The feedback at the end of the day is consistently remarkable and both of my girls are so cheerful being there. We have been so impressed with Busy Bees.

He cannot wait to see the management and his key workers, as they all make him sense so cheerful and welcome. He goes into Busy Bees at Shenley and doesn’t even look back. The care is just fantastic, the food is nutritious and the enjoyable is never ending! Thank you so much to the whole team, we sense so fortunate for our kid to be with you each day. My kid is so excited to go out the house and to Busy Bees at Shenley each morning.

The key workers form lovely relationships with the kids and really get to know them and their quirks so I sense secure that the kids are being cared for and loved. The outdoor spaces are excellent and the kids are outside in all weathers which I like. I would definitely suggest this childcare centre! My kid has been at this childcare centre since 2018 and the improvements that I’ve seen with the new management are incredible, it’s like a different childcare centre, so much so that my second kid is there now too.

She runs in and out, comes out spotless, tells me about her day and has developed so much since she had been there. Special shout out to 3 of the team in particular. My kid loved her key worker and spoke about her all the time. Thank you for being so welcoming. My kid has had the best start to her childcare centre life with Busy Bees.

My daughter has attended from the age of 11-months and is now 3 and a half years old. The facilities are excellent. The rooms are spacious, with lots of excellent activities. There is supportive information at the entrance to keep us updated as parents, which is useful for when we weren’t able to go inside to collect our kids. I adore the outdoor space and how this is used so well. However, most importantly, the team, room leaders, deputy and childcare centre manager are fantastic. They are consistently so welcoming, nurturing, well‑informed and welcoming to my kid as well my older daughter who attended this childcare centre too, and me and my partner. When we have challenging days, the director, another member of team and the room team have been so supportive and given us excellent advice which has been reassuring. I sense confident that my kid is going to be well cared for, nurtured and exposed to lots of stimulating activities and thrive every day. I am very cheerful with Busy Bees Shenley.

There is no consistent feedback as the morning shift and evening shift do not seem to speak to each other, they never know about any instructions I left with the morning carers and there was no written feedback in the parent review process. My kid had frequent unexplained bruises, cuts and scratches, never had an explanation. The teaching aspect is non-existent that I can see, they depend heavily on parents paying extra for everything that should really be included in the fees which are above average. The management is extremely poor as trying to address issues with management is basically impossible, every issue raised is quickly dismissed. All together ensuring your kid reaches milestones is not monitored. Your kid can easily fall behind or get lost. My kid did not have a consistent key worker, the key worker was changed a couple of times without letting me know directly, I found out when I was collecting my kid a week after.

I would add that since the new manager has come in, the childcare centre appears to be getting even stronger and better in all regards and I am confident that under his leadership and direction it will go on to become an even better setting.
We would like to thank everybody at Busy Bees for their investment into our daughter over these years. She came in as a little girl and is leaving a little lady. Our daughter has attended Busy Bees Shenley since September 2017, and in the whole time there she has consistently been extremely cheerful and well looked after.
We have found Busy Bees to be a nurturing and attentive setting which has enabled our daughter to really grow through these years.

He is cheerful every morning to be dropped off and adores the team. He is fed very and well and takes part in a variety of activities, both inside and outside. There is excellent daily feedback through an app, which advises of everything, including photos and observations. The team have been extremely attentive and supportive and we cannot fault them. Especially as we are first-time parents and tend to call a lot! Thank you to the manager and all the team at Busy Bees Shenley. We suggest to all! Our son started at this childcare centre a few months ago and absolutely loves it.

Their happiness has consistently been my priority and that is shared with the fantastic team at Busy Bees. I adore the childcare centre and the inviting setting provided. Both my kids have been through the childcare centre in the last six years.

The team are genuine and care about the kids on an individual basis. The facilities are excellent, with impressive outdoor space.
Updates is fab, and I’m very cheerful to be sending my son here.
Can’t suggest it highly enough! Since joining the childcare centre a couple of months ago, we have had nothing but positive experiences.

He has made such great friendships and loves all of the educators. He has come on leaps and bounds with his discovering. He loves talking about what he did at childcare centre – so many enjoyable activities for them. The facilities are outstanding – discovering areas, soft playtime, sensory room and so much outside space. The centre director is excellent – she is very hands-on, approachable and close to the kids. My daughter is also at the childcare centre and is cheerful there too – the care in the baby room has been fab. Our son is consistently so excited to go into childcare centre and runs in with a smile each day.

Both of them adore going to school every day, so much so they sing and clap when I’m parking up outside the school.
The school provides a inviting, welcoming and loving setting and you are consistently greeted with a welcoming smile by team. My daughters have formed close bonds with the educators there and sometimes don’t want to leave when I come to fetch them.
They learn through creativity and have lots of outdoor playtime which my kids adore. They are taught to be independent little beings while still having their educators on hand for guidance and assistance.
My daughter leaves Busy Bees to start reception in September and I know how she will miss it there and all the bonds she has formed with educators and friends alike.
I’m so glad we chose to send our girls to Busy Bees and I look forward to the years ahead there with my younger daughter and to see her continue to thrive. Both my daughters attend Busy Bees, my eldest started from 2.5 years old and my youngest at 8 months old.

The current Centre Director arrived in late 2019 and I have to say that he has turned the childcare centre around. I am sad that my youngest has now moved on – our entire family has felt welcomed and loved by all the team, not just the kid attending the setting. Towards the end of 2019, the childcare centre was having a few problems with lots of team changes, and then came along COVID to challenge everyone. And I have to say that the Centre Director and his team handled it perfectly, and since the return of the kids in June I have nothing but praise for everyone. My daughter was so cheerful there, and every morning she would bound in through the doors and never look back. What more do you want? I am only sad I am not around to see where he will take this childcare centre in the future. I have put both my daughters through the Busy Bees childcare centre at Shenley over the past four years, with a few ups and downs along the way.

Our two boys (aged 4 years old and 22 months old) have really thrived under the centre’s care. They run in at drop off, hugging the educators and have huge smiles on their faces every day at pick up.
They are well looked after, the curriculum is excellent, the food is healthy and they actually eat it (unlike at home) and they have made fantastic friends. We could not be more pleased with our childcare centre journey. To all the remarkable educators and team, thank you so much for taking such excellent care of our boys. We are lucky to have you! The Busy Bees, Shenley team led by the centre director and deputy centre director, are absolutely incredible!

This childcare centre improved my daughter behaves and her language, she listens more and she knows how to playtime now. Overall I will never change this childcare centre! My daughter loves this childcare centre and this makes me cheerful and has self‑assurance that she is enjoying her time with the team members and other kids.

That is partly down to the care and adore she has had at Busy Bees.
Sending your kid to childcare centre is filled with anxiety and for me especially, my daughter going at such a young age was a real struggle for me in the work/life balance.
However, after locking myself in my car and crying on the first-morning drop off she has loved every minute. The team that has looked after her through each phase has consistently made her sense secure, loved and given her self‑assurance and encouragement every step of the way.
In particular, she has such a lovely relationship with her main caregiver and talks about her all of the time.
I cannot speak more highly of the manager and his team. Their professionalism and welcoming familiarity are so comforting you can see everything they do is for the kids, to give them the best journey and also to have enjoyable! My daughter has been there since 4 months old, starting in July 2018 and has thrived and continues to blossom into an incredible little girl.

They both adore going to the childcare centre, and they’ve never said they’ve ever had a bad day!
The changes in team over the last 18months have only improved the childcare centre, and the way they’ve handled things through the pandemic has been outstanding.
There is a clear direction provided by management and the room managers communicate key issues and development goals well.
We would highly suggest it to anyone who is looking for a childcare centre, we are just sad that our eldest will be departing for school in September. We have had both our girls in Busy Bees Shenley since the age of 6months.

The childcare centre has lovely outside spaces with a great range of activities to keep kids entertained and to further their discovering.
The app is excellent for keeping us informed of his daily routines, and any queries we have as new parents to the childcare centre are answered swiftly. The welcoming and approachable team have helped our kid settle in quickly, and he is consistently very cheerful when we pick him up.

We moved our little one here from a so-called ‘outstanding’ childcare centre and have never looked back. Every day starts with a smile and the little one consistently comes home cheerful and giggling about their day. I adore this childcare centre, I adore the management that is so welcoming and genuine, everything here is transparent. The kids are cheerful, the food is excellent. Not restricted or on rations. No budget or basics. The kids are sung to, read to, encouraged to playtime with each other. As a parent, I could not ask for anything more and I assure you I have viewed 20 + nurseries spanning from South London to North London on various moves. I have been on parent committees and involved in helping to recruit for new management at a number of nurseries that I have merely been just a parent at, I understand the importance and the concerns as a parent and I would honestly say Ofsted ratings should not be the deciding factor a parent’s instincts should be the only factor. Fantastic childcare centre, highly recommended.

I was worried post lockdown how the kids would adapt to being back but the childcare centre sent videos during lockdown which was lovely and also activities. The pre-school room is excellent with many new resources and I am excited (but sad) about my son’s final year with all the enjoyable they seem to have planned to get them ready for school. My daughter came on leaps and bounds within a week of being back, her speech continues to amaze me but I know the team are extremely encouraging. The team are incredible and really do care about the kids. I have two kids here, both joined at six months old and I continue to be very cheerful with our choice of childcare centre.
