Busy Bees Norwich Airport

Every morning we arrive, we are greeted by the management team, with lovely smells coming from the kitchen, preparing the day’s food. There are clear and calm routines every morning and my son feels both cared for and secure with the team when he waves goodbye. During the day, we get updates on an app with how much he ate and often pictures of what he has been up to. They have a lot of space indoors and a garden area that has been recently re-done. The resources available are exceptional as well. At pickup, we get an update about what he did that day and because I have often seen pictures of what he has been doing – we can have a nice chat about it on the way home.
We have had journey with quite a few other childcare settings as we have an older kid as well and Busy Bees is by far, the best. My son has been at Busy Bees at Norwich airport for almost two years now and we can’t fault them.

He had previously been with a childminder but the difference in his discovering and care was phenomenal. Instantly I felt far more relaxed about leaving him and even left him longer than I needed to because he never wants to leave. The online discovering journal is remarkable and I can keep up to date with his day. When I collect we are given feedback and it’s consistently personal; I truly sense the team know my son and value him as an individual. Cannot suggest the childcare centre enough. My little boy started at the childcare centre in May 2021 as he turned 2.

My little girl loves going to Busy Nees childcare centre each week and I know that she is receiving the best care. Every week is full of different activities and sensory playtime, the food is outstanding and I am so glad my daughter is a part of the childcare centre. My journey with Busy Bees Norwich Airport has been nothing but positive, exceptionally welcoming team who keep you informed throughout the day on how your kid is getting on, they are all highly approachable and I sense more than comfortable asking them any question or query I have.

Our daughter has consistently been cheerful at this childcare centre and the team are excellent about personalising her needs relating to both home life routines and her discovering and development.
Also, they do get them outside and do messy playtime inside lots which we adore.

Our twin boys started at 10 months old in 2017 and loved the team. We sadly lost one of our sons in 2019 to SIDS, Busy Bees provided us and our other son with unmeasurable assistance and our son remains at Busy Bees until he starts school in 2021. They have been key to his development and the survival of our loss as a family. Thank you all. xxx We could not be happier with the service we have had from Busy Bees.

All the team are so welcoming and welcoming and my son has come on leaps and bounds. He is naturally a highly shy boy, but is consistently highly cheerful to go and loves all his educators! He has gained a remarkable amount of self‑assurance, so lovely to see! My son thoroughly enjoys his time at childcare centre and will I not be looking to change until he moves up to full-time school.

To say I was nervous was an understatement, but she has loved it from day one. The team are lovely and have got to know everything about her. She’s now 13 months old and loves her time there, even smacks her lips when we pull up in the car park, because she knows she gets breakfast as soon as she goes in. As soon as she sees her key worker or the general manager, her smile is so big. You cannot put a price on the feeling that your kid is secure and cheerful. Thank you to all the team, we will be forever grateful! My daughter enrolled in the childcare centre at nine months old because I needed to return to work.

The change of routine has been a bit daunting for him, but I cannot fault the team. They have been both attentive and patient with him and I know he settles quickly after waving me off, he loves all the activities that they do and comes away excitedly telling us what he has done for the day, who he’s spent the day with and normally gives a rundown of what he’s eaten that day. I can’t thank the team enough as I sense they’re a big part of why he’s becoming the little independent boy he is. With how pleased we’ve been with our eldest attending, it was a no-brainer in sending our youngest son to them as well, he has recently started in the baby room and has settled quickly with them. The team again have been so attentive and attentive, you can see that they want to see all the kids thrive and help guide them along the way. I would highly suggest the setting to other parents. My eldest son has been attending the childcare centre for two years and has just moved into the preschool room.

Our daughter truly enjoys her time at Childcare centre and we put this down to a number of factors. Firstly, the team are remarkable. Their friendliness and attention to detail shine through and we have complete self‑assurance all of our daughter’s needs are catered for by the team throughout the day. The range of carefully thought out activities delivered by the team ensure our daughter has enjoyable whilst being educated at the same time and we could not be happier with the role the team have played in helping our kid develop. The facilities themselves are second to none and the garden space is used frequently where possible which is an added bonus on top of the classrooms. The menus are varied and our kid eats well at the Childcare centre, trying different foods all the time. Lastly, the online portal which gives regular and informative updates is well used by team. Having assessed all Childcare centre options we decided on Norwich Airport, Busy Bees ten months ago and we are delighted that we did.

They were excellent at supporting him through potty training and helping him achieve other milestones too. This is compounded by hearing the journey of others at other nurseries, who haven’t had the same positive journey as us. My son has been attending Busy Bees at Norwich Airport since just after the first lockdown ended and I couldn’t be happier with them – he enjoys going to childcare centre (mostly), has fostered a few friendships with his peers, his speech and language is outstanding and their updates has consistently been fantastic.
