Busy Bees Manchester Hyde

Staff are great caring for my son, for ages he would be upset when getting dropped off in the morning but the staff always tried their best to comfort him, I would feel comfortable knowing my son would calm down and be well cared for.
They are flexible with regards to the days my son goes in and as a shift worker, my days working are different every week. The nursery is excellent at allowing me to be flexible with the days he goes in. The staff know my son as an individual and that’s so important to me.

This nursery is fantastic. The staff are absolutely brilliant and look after the children like they are their own. My daughter went here full time from being 6 months old – that was 10 years ago and now my son has attended since he was 6 months, he is nearly 2.
The meals are varied and home cooked, and will offer an alternative if necessary! Nappies, creams, sun cream etc. all included – to suit your individual child. About 80% of the staff are still here 10 years later – including the manager, cook and Spanish teacher along with many of the key workers who are amazing with the children. Can’t fault this nursery at all. It is as Ofsted rate it -OUTSTANDING!

The staff at Brookbank have been very attentive and wonderful with both our children.
The staff always keep you informed and the day sheets mean that even when you’re in a rush you always know what has happened throughout the day. The caring staff here always want to know what your child has been up to and they really push the learning and development of your little one through lots of varied activities.

My daughter has recently started at this nursery in the baby room, she has settled really well with fantastic support from her keyworker and other staff. She has already done lots of ‘firsts’ when it comes to activities and seeing pictures of her happily playing, really brightens my day. I have seen a huge difference in her already and her excitement as we enter the nursery says it all!

Both my children have attended Treetops Brookbank Hyde. My son left to start reception in September. He started at the age of nine months till four years old, and from start to finish been a truly fantastic team. From old staff to new, I couldn’t have wished for better care and support through his journey at nursery. My little girl started at nine months also and still attends (two and half years old she is) she loves everything about nursery especially the staff. When she leaves I will miss the place and the friendly faces and chats. God bless you all and from the bottom of my heart thank you again.

Our little boy started this nursery in September 2020, he was just about to turn 2 and wasn’t talking, with covid he had no interaction with other children and was behind on certain aspects of his development. We viewed a couple of nurseries but as soon as we were shown around by a staff member, we knew this was the right one, she was so passionate about the nursery and the children and you could tell she absolutely loved her job. The outdoor play area was also a factor in choosing.
Our son has come on so much since being there, his social awareness and development have changed, and we know he is not far now from talking and this is down to the help and support from all the staff, they are amazing and really help and look after the children, the activities they do and work they put in is fab.
We couldn’t fault this nursery one bit and my son loves all the ladies who look after him.

I can’t fault anything about this nursery. Our child has been here from 11 months old, now 3.5 years and will be staying until 5 years old.
Our child has been identified as having SEN and the nursery has gone above and beyond for our child and supporting us as parents to get the best start for them.
Our child has come on leaps and bounds as our child is supported to be confident in themselves. We can’t thank the staff enough for their genuine care and commitment to getting the best for our little one.
We phone up often to check our little one is ok. We have regular meetings to check on progress and were never made to feel like we’re too much as parents.
SENCO is absolutely fantastic and the whole management team complements each other fantastically. They really work as a team and it shines through.
We were particularly impressed with safeguarding procedures and documentation for injuries etc. it really reinforces that our child is safe whilst at nursery.

Busy Bees, Manchester Hyde is a fantastic nursery. The staff are professional, attentive and friendly. I have recently recommended this nursery to a close friend for her 7-month-old baby as my experience with my son since attending has been very positive.

Honestly, there would never be enough words to describe this nursery and the staff! My 16-month-old daughter attends the baby room at this nursery and is absolutely thriving, she is deaf, and staff go above and beyond to learn signs and focus on her communication, so she doesn’t fall behind. Nothing is ever too much for the staff, and when she was diagnosed with a milk allergy, they were quick to put her on the allergy register and have a designated staff member to sit with her at meal times. The parent app is also brilliant for seeing what she’s been up to through the day when her nappy was changed, what she’s eaten, how long she’s slept and pictures throughout the day of what she’s doing! If you’re looking for a nursery, I highly recommend you go and have a look around this one – the garden alone is wow!

Our son has attended since 2020 and having a previous experience at another nursery, we were blown away by Manchester Hyde. The activities and environments available are amazing and our son is always talking about things he has learnt. The parent partnership is amazing and we are regularly updated on the app with staff always planning new things. Would highly recommend.
