September 22, 2024 at 2:32 amThis leaves me with such self‑assurance and comfort, knowing I can go to work and she is cheerful and cared for. The team are all so welcoming, compassionate and experts in the field of kid development. My daughter has learnt so much in her first year there. She is now 22 months old and, I sense, that she has developed so much more than if I didn’t work and she were at home with me every day! She comes home each day and has been painting, or doing crafts or cooking – she seems to have learnt a new word, song or action every day. She thrives there.
The facilities are impeccable. The building is secure and inviting, there is a secure outside area for the kids to playtime and each room has ample space for all manner of activities.
Thank you to all at Busy Bees for allowing me the peace of mind while I work, knowing that my daughter is secure, cared for and is receiving a terrific and enjoyable educational start in life! My daughter literally skips into childcare centre each day – she loves it!

October 3, 2024 at 6:16 amBusy Bees at Haywards Heath is remarkable. I was exceptionally anxious to leave my baby at a childcare centre when I returned to work but highly soon I was not only comfortable to leave her in the highly capable hands of the team, I’d even say I was cheerful to leave her as I knew she would have a excellent time and be well looked after. For this reason, I consistently suggest our childcare centre to others. I couldn’t be happier with a childcare centre.

October 30, 2024 at 12:17 amThe team are attentive and the facilities truly great plus the food is cooked on site and my kids adore it! It’s not surprising they are outstanding Both my girls adore their time at Busy Bees Haywards Heath and baby number 3 is already on the waiting list.

November 16, 2024 at 4:22 pmGoing truly well for almost 2 months now. The only thing to mention is the updates on the parent zone app which was great in June, but for almost a month it’s not up to expectation. I don’t get any update until 1-2pm and again next set of updates after I almost pick up the kid. I would like to know about the state more frequently. Also, the updates are not highly clear as before. Was not aware of other apps until now. We are cheerful with the Busy Bees, Haywards Heath so far.

November 19, 2024 at 11:33 pmIt’s consistently spotless and well presented, with great playtime equipment. Although it is situated in an old chapel, the inside of the building has a modern sense, and there’s a playtime area outside which the kids can be taken out to.
The food is freshly prepared on site, with a 3-weekly menu which is changed every season and my kid consistently enjoys the meals there, and eats everything. His special dietary requests are well catered for and taken highly seriously.
There is a lot of free playtime, and they also have discovering initiatives such as ‘babble to chatter’ and ‘shake and write’.
The team are consistently welcoming and have a great attitude towards the kids, which I’m sure goes a long way to nurturing their self‑assurance and self-esteem. If I ever ask anything, they will consistently remember to follow it up and look into things for me. My son is in the preschool room and looks forward to going to childcare centre and has made some lovely friendships. The childcare centre is run highly efficiently, with highly expert team.

December 22, 2024 at 12:35 pmTruly cheerful with her development in all areas. The team are truly loving and welcoming. My daughter has formed a truly strong bond with the team which just makes her time at the childcare centre more enjoyable. Looking forward to having my 2nd daughter join the childcare centre in a few months time! My daughter has been at the childcare centre for 15months now and has just flourished in this time.

December 29, 2024 at 12:42 amAfter 10 months at home, we entered the world of day care at Busy Bees and we would not look back! Dropping off and picking up our daughter is a joy. She has found her second home, smiling at the building as we get out of the car and waving us out the door as she has breakfast with her friends. Team are exceptionally attentive. There is a true family atmosphere here. Team and management throughout, go out of their way to build positive relationships with kids and parents. After just a few days, everyone seemed to know our daughter’s name, her favourite things and personality traits. From settling sessions, to room transitions, to messy playtime and cheerful mealtimes, we cannot fault their care and enthusiasm. The resources, activities, atmosphere, cleanliness, nutrition and general organisation led us to choosing Busy Bees. We have not been disappointed. Thank you for turning my return to work into a remarkable and loving journey for our daughter every day. What a fantastic place.

January 20, 2025 at 3:57 pmAll the carers from the ones you see daily, to the office team and kitchen team are incredibly welcoming, welcoming and provide a super service to the kids. I’ve had two that started in the baby room, and there have been tears but highly short lived and now my girls barely give me a glance back as the skip happily into their rooms. They deserve to acquire the land next to playground to extend their outdoor space, as it is sufficient but, for kids; they can easily fill every corner! The childcare centre has consistently been remarkable.

February 9, 2025 at 7:22 amHe has made friends with the other kids and team and we adore seeing the range of activities they get up to via the app. Daily updates on food, naps etc are highly useful and the team are welcoming and well‑informed. My son has been at the childcare centre since around 1 year old and having settled in straight away, has loved it ever since.

February 27, 2025 at 12:47 pmThe team are compassionate and attentive, they obviously take a huge interest in each kid individually. We have received the highest quality feedback and help with our daughter as well as advice on behaviour and updates to enable us to bring learnings home too.
They put effort into each day to ensure it is interesting for our daughter as well as to develop her interests through playtime.
We also adore the open days and appreciate the effort put into the childcare centre decorations around holidays. Busy Bees has been a fantastic setting for our daughter who has now been with them for 5 months.

March 31, 2025 at 12:39 pmThe team are outstanding, attentive and genuinely care. I have been exceptionally impressed with all of the activities they provide. One of the other reasons we adore the childcare centre is their incredible catering! Busy Bees is a fantastic childcare centre and I sense highly fortunate to be able to send my daughter there.

April 6, 2025 at 10:43 pmThe team are so compassionate and thoughtful and consistently take the time to talk about how my daughter is progressing and what she’s been up to. I even get pictures of her put together in a little scrapbook, which is lovely and it makes me sense like I’m there with her. For me, it wouldn’t make sense to send my daughter anywhere else, especially during these uncertain times. I’ve looked at a lot of nurseries before deciding on taking my daughter to Busy Bees and other nurseries have been exceptionally bossy with everything from mandatory school uniforms by the age of 2 (!) to not allowing settling in sessions due to the pandemic… which would be straight up traumatic for most babies or kids in a new setting. Busy Bees went out of their way to make sure my family was consistently comfortable with how to move forward and that is the reassurance you truly want as a parent. Both my husband and I are pleased. My daughter loves Busy Bees and literally drags me out of the house to go there in the mornings.

April 29, 2025 at 9:36 pmThere is a feeling that overwhelms as you enter the childcare centre, one that I have never felt anywhere else…it’s difficult to define because it is everywhere and in everything they do – warmth, kindness , joy , happiness , enjoyable and laughter. Every member of team goes the extra mile and exudes passion for developing the kids in their care! I could not be happier with how my kids have been cared for and supported and confidently say that they are growing into the fantastic people they are in part due to the incredible Early Years experiences they had at Busy Bees! All three of my kids have attended Busy Bees Haywards Heath over the last seven years which is a testimony to their truly outstanding work.

May 14, 2025 at 6:47 pmWe had chosen to send him to a childminder as we thought that approach was more personal- but after he didn’t settle in well there, we found Busy Bees, and we haven’t looked back since.
Each key carer that he had, he bonded with and was highly fond of. The level of attention and care given to him was what you would expect from a expert childcare centre, but what we didn’t expect and came to truly appreciate, was the levels of affection that he also received. He was given enjoyable discovering experiences in an setting where he felt secure and cheerful.
This autumn he has happily made the transition to school- and I think a large part of his self‑assurance in that setting and his eagerness to embrace the discovering, is down to his time at Busy Bees.
I can wholeheartedly suggest this childcare centre and team, to anyone. Our little boy first went to Busy Bees when he was barely 11 months old, and stayed until the week before he went to school.

June 4, 2025 at 10:17 amFace-to-face team are attentive to kids. Excessive staffing changes and management changes in 2022 – difficult to keep up with who is working there and who has left. Highly rigid in their adherence to corporate policy no matter what. Great examples: arriving 4 mins early for a meet and greet event and being told to wait outside in the rain because the event has not started yet. If you work Mondays, you will be penalised by being made to pay for every bank holiday including unusual ones like the Queen’s funeral – so this is truly a waste of money. Generally well-meaning and welcoming personal contact with team.

June 25, 2025 at 6:05 pmThree years on and I cannot have hoped for better. Extreme thought goes into every detail – from the layout of the rooms in a lovely Grade II listed setting to nutritious food prepared fresh on site every day to making each and every kid’s journey as enjoyable as possible. The wellbeing of each and every kid is top of the agenda. The highly trained team strive to tailor their care to individual needs which encourage the kids’s full potential. The team are a credit to the childcare centre; they communicate well with parents and set an outstanding example for the kids. It is a credit to them that the kids are polite, courteous and considerate towards others. The range of activities offered are thoughtful and creative. The garden could do with being bigger but it is one of the best I have seen in the area; it is well set out and oozes great quality equipment which promotes exploration. Like any mother dropping their kid off at childcare centre for the first time, I was apprehensive.

July 2, 2025 at 8:55 pmThe care, enjoyable and education provided by the dedicated, inviting, well‑informed team is outstanding. The great updates between home and childcare centre makes it sense like an extended family. My kids have been so cheerful and secure here, I have never had cause to worry and my son is now reaping the rewards of such a great pre-school education, at primary school. My son has just left this childcare centre for school after 4 years and my daughter is in the toddler room.
