May 24, 2021 at 12:00 amOur daughter loves attending this nursery, the staff are excellent and are always doing fun activities with the children. Staff are caring and thoughtful. The staff go the extra mile with the children and always give us good feedback at the end of every day. I feel the staff have a great relationship with the children and really interact with them to help develop their skills. I would definitely recommend this nursey.

Finding the right nursery is always hard but I would not hesitate to recommend Droitwich Busy Bees.
My son has a serious medical condition, and they are brilliant at taking care of him and his needs. They do not hesitate to call me if they have a query.
So pleased I chose the nursery.

I’m yet to meet one I don’t like, but a special mention goes to a lady in the toddler’s room, who my little girl just loves and has gone above and beyond to make sure I’m fully updated despite a communication issue I have. I love the use of crafting and playtime to encourage skills such as colours, numbers, climbing etc, and the menu has a good variety, which I would fully recommend, especially vegetarian, which I know is a bit hit and miss in other places. My little one is always so happy and chatting away when I go to collect her, she clearly feels safe and happy there.

May 25, 2021 at 12:00 amThis last year has been an utter struggle for all. However, as a key worker, I have been able to carry on putting my child into nursery, which was a very worrisome time and does continue to be so. I do feel that the nursery has handled the situation extremely well with the children and has demonstrated their seriousness of dealing with the task of keeping not only my little one safe but everyone else’s too. As well as protecting their staff by enforcing strict Covid-19 restrictions. The care has always been the best and that continues. We have used this nursery for three years now, and I choose this one after lots of peoples recommendations and visiting the nursery, which was the deciding factor, you could tell that the children in their care are well cared for. This is a nursery that invests in the children and their staff, and it shows. Highly recommended.

I always get a full report of behaviour. I am so impressed with the support and organisation during the lockdown period as well.

May 25, 2021 at 12:00 amMy child has had lots of wonderful experiences and has attended from a baby. Staff are extremely friendly and caring, have got the best approach from a parents perspective. The food menus cater for all children and an alternative is offered especially when my child is being fussy with food. Outdoor areas offer a range of physical challenges. Really pleased with the overall care my child has been offered.

May 26, 2021 at 12:00 amWe are beyond delighted to have chosen this nursery. The level of care and love given to our boy is beyond what we could have hoped for. It says it all when we drop him off in the morning and he holds out his arms to the nursery nurse with the biggest smile possible! He’s learnt so much and loves going to nursery. We have complete confidence in them and know he’s in the best hands possible. We couldn’t be more thankful. The staff in the baby unit are just extraordinary and our son loves them so much.

July 6, 2021 at 12:00 amMy grandson attended here from 18-months-old until he left to go to school. On leaving, my grandson was super confident, independent and totally ready for school life. He flourished whilst at nursery, and on the occasions that I collected him, he couldn’t wait to tell me about his fun-filled day. I always found the staff so welcoming, helpful and ready to offer support and advice when needed. We felt part of the nursery family, and as a grandparent, I would not hesitate to recommend the nursery to anyone.

July 6, 2021 at 12:00 amMy little girl has been in the Droitwich Spa Busy Bees nursery since she was 9-months-old and she has really flourished there. She loves going to the nursery and has made some great friends there. The setting is fantastic with loads of activities to keep the children busy. The staff is brilliant; they are friendly and provide first-class care. The managers are excellent; they answer queries promptly. They ensure the children are well looked after and safe. The nursery has handled the Covid pandemic brilliantly keeping the children safe. I am getting updates on a daily basis about my child’s day via the nursery app, which I think is brilliant. My little girl is starting school this September and I think the nursery has prepared her well for this. I can highly recommend the nursery to anyone.

July 7, 2021 at 12:00 amMy son will soon be leaving the nursery to move on to “Big School” after attending since he was 9 months old. Throughout the nursery, we have had a positive experience, and he has always seemed to be happy to be left in the morning.
The staff within the setting are welcoming and friendly. He has some lovely bonds with the practitioners, and one person particularly has moved through the nursery as he has progressed and she has been an absolute superstar! He will be lost without you. The practitioners have been on hand for advice and support in various development stages; and been knowledgeable and professional. I feel the nursery has handled the current situation well. I know I can ring to speak to his key worker at any time; I do not feel his learning or wellbeing have been hampered.
The observations we receive through the app are lovely and show a range of activities.
I’m very confident my son is ready for school, and I cannot thank the nursery enough for their major input.

June 7, 2023 at 12:00 amOur daughter absolutely loves attending Busy Bees Nursery. Even from a young age it’s been clear when dropping her off in the morning that she has built positive relationships with the regular staff in her room. She can’t wait to get over to them for a cuddle and to start playing.
Staff are very friendly and accommodating; nothing is ever too much trouble. They are happy to answer any questions and are always available for a chat. We have built a great relationship with our child’s key worker.
Communication from the nursery is great and the regular updates on the app have given us so much peace of mind. We absolutely love seeing the photos of what she’s up to throughout the day. She engages in a range of exciting and stimulating activities.
The meals and snacks provided are balanced and healthy; it’s wonderful knowing our child is being exposed to a wide variety of foods during her weaning journey.
Couldn’t recommend Busy Bees enough.

We have really noticed changes in her development since she started, only last month, which has been a real joy to see. The nursery is great at keeping us informed about her day via the app, and we love getting updates and photos. Staff are very friendly and positive and highly skilled. We feel confident that they have our daughter’s best interests at heart and have got to know her quickly, building a lovely relationship with her. We are very grateful knowing she is being so well looked after on the days she attends – thank you.

June 9, 2023 at 12:00 amMy daughter began going to the nursery in March 2023 and the team there have been brilliant so far. Our little girl looks forward to going there and I have never experienced any issues. They have all been great in helping her settle into nursery and making me feel at ease and that she is looked after well.
They communicate with us via the app which is great, I know this must take a lot of time but any more pics you can add when she is there would be great (appreciate there is not always time).

June 16, 2023 at 12:00 amThe facilities and staff at Busy Bees are fantastic. We did struggle with so many different staff as our son started, but he is well settled now. It’s nice that they understand his personality as much as we do.
My only gripe is the app often logs me out and doesn’t recognise biometrics, and I have to reset it – a very minor issue.

July 7, 2023 at 12:00 amWe are very happy with the nursery and staff. All staff are very helpful and supportive and our daughter absolutely adores her key workers. At the start, our daughter struggled to settle in as she only comes one day a week, but the staff really put extra effort to help her to settle in and she loves to go to the nursery now. It’s always nice to drop her off in the morning as we know she will have a fun day.
