They dealt with any situation without having to contact me. Also, the team are incredible with every kid, my daughter felt loved and appreciated for who she is and I never had a day when she did not want to go to childcare centre. And for me, this is what made me want to stay with the settlement, I would like to say a big thank you to the team for looking after my daughter all this time.
Highly suggest Busy Bees Crawley. Thank you. For me, the most important thing was for my daughter to sense included and welcomed in the settlement, but also for me to have peace of mind while at work full time, Busy Bees managed to offer this 5 out of 5.

She tells us stories of things she has done that day and the friends she has made. Along with improving her speech and updates, her problem solving and cognitive skills have truly come along due to the attention and assistance she receives from her carers. The team are fantastic and highly welcoming. Also, they give regular updates about what my daughter has done in the day and share observations and photos. The office team are also truly supportive and consistently cheerful to answer any question, no matter how simple. I’m so pleased we send our daughter to Busy Bees at Crawley, I know she loves going as she’s asks to go every day, even at the weekend! Our daughter has thrived since attending Busy Bees at Crawley.

The outstanding team ranging from the cooks catering for a milk allergy to the friendships my kids made with their key person has been fantastic. I can’t suggest this childcare centre highly enough! The first reason we chose this childcare centre was their flexibility to work with our complicated booking pattern due to my partner working shifts, but I’m so glad we ended up here.

I’ve had two kids go to this childcare centre from babies to preschool, and I adore the quality of care and attention my kids have received.

I know I can go to work secure in the knowledge he is being well looked after. The team are consistently highly welcoming and supportive, it’s spotless and spacious and the kids all seem genuinely cheerful to be there. I am highly cheerful with the care my son receives at this childcare centre.

They have adapted incredibly well to the demands that are now placed upon them during the pandemic and they have worked so hard to make life as normal as possible for the kids during this challenging time. My kid consistently looks forward to going to the childcare centre and I adore to hear about what they have been up to during the day, well done Busy Bees at Crawley. I am so cheerful with the care that my kid receives at this childcare centre.

The team have made me sense so at ease with her being away from me. I sense she is in secure hands and well looked after. They know my little one truly well and from their updates, with me, I know they spend a lot of time working on her development and discovering. It the little details of what she likes playing with or doesn’t like eating, that show how much interest they take in each kid. I am so pleased with how they have handled the pandemic and adapted childcare centre life so that the kids still get the most ‘normal’ day whilst also maintaining a high level of hygiene and safety to help prevent the spread of the virus. I sense I can communicate my feelings with any team member and have often used the childcare centre for advice on how to help in situations in the home setting, for example, better sleeping and potty training. It is lovely that now my kid is older that I get to hear her talk about how she loves childcare centre and the team. My little one has been at Busy Bees at Crawley for a year and a half now.

I can’t suggest this place enough, sad for him to be leaving for school. My son has been attending for four years, each stage they have all been incredible.

They have been tremendous. Supportive, attentive and compassionate. They have guided my son through his milestones and encouraged him all the way. We are sad to be leaving- he has many cheerful memories from childcare centre. Hopefully, my daughter will be able to go soon which we are looking forward to. They have been incredibly supportive of me and my working hours and been exceptionally flexible. Great value for money too in terms of meals, nappies, sun cream, and flexibility with holidays and moving days around. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Busy Bees. Thank you so much Busy Bees! My son has attended Busy Bees for 3 years and is now leaving for school.

She will be leaving at the end of July to start school but has been with Busy Bees since she was 1. I can’t fault the level of care she has received and the friendliness and approachability of all the team. She consistently looks forward to her childcare centre days and comes home with lots of things to tell us about her day. My son was also at Busy Bees having started after we were let down by a childminder. We were worried that he would find it difficult to settle but this was not the case. The team were outstanding and he quickly adjusted. His self‑assurance improved and he came on leaps and bounds during his time there. He left 4 years ago to start school but still remembers his time and gets to see lots of the same team when we pick his sister up. We will all be sad when my daughter leaves and I know she will miss all the team, especially her key worker. I would not hesitate to suggest them to anyone looking for outstanding childcare. My daughter has truly enjoyed her time here.
