Busy Bees Alton Manor, Belper

The team are incredibly attentive and engage well with them to the highest degree. The cuisine offered is well-balanced and is consistently discussed with enthusiasm at the end of every day! I fully suggest sending your kids here, it’ll be one of the best decisions you make as a parent. We have been using this well-managed childcare centre/preschool now for nearly six years and it’s a fantastic setting for the kids.

The team are remarkable and take the time to get to know each kid and will consistently go above and beyond to help. My son consistently surprises me with the things he has learnt. They do lots of activities and the outdoor areas are ingenious as they have equipment that can be moved around so it is consistently new and exciting. Our son loves going to Alton Manor.

If I mention childcare centre she consistently says her key person’s name. She is consistently cheerful when I collect her and enjoys the lovely food! At a recent parents evening, I was so pleased to read about how she is progressing and I could really tell her key person knew her interests and knows my daughter as an individual. Thank you for all your hard work and care you give to my daughter and all the other kids. Since my daughter started Treetops Alton Manor in October 2018 her development has come on amazingly.

Would suggest this childcare centre to any family or friend. Started my two boys at this childcare centre (2 years old room and preschool room), at the beginning of 2022 and consistently really pleased with the care provided and all the team are lovely.

They listen to my concerns and views and adapt accordingly. I know she enjoys childcare centre and they supply a range of activities, which have contributed to her development in many areas. She enjoys her food, eats well and naps well. The team are open, welcoming and give verbal and written feedback daily which shows they truly know my little girl. We have only had issues with correct fees, which have taken longer to sort than they should have and in my opinion the under-floor heating is too hot. My daughter has been at Alton Manor since she was 13 months old and although she struggles with drop off I sense reassured that she settles quickly through their nurture and activities.

The team are all welcoming and attentive to the little ones needs and the food consistently smells incredible. Highly suggest this childcare centre. My little one has been attending Alton Manor, Busy Bees, since she was 10 months old She loves all the imaginative activities that are planned and that there is lots of outdoor time in summer.

We moved to the area from Ireland and were a bit worried as our son seemed very insecure at the time because of the sudden changes. The team made everything possible to make our son sense welcome and part of the group. They consistently have plenty of team in the room and he quickly learned the names of everyone. They serve quality meals that are cooked on-site and are very easy going with times, payments and administration which is a huge extra. Over the span of these two years, there were many improvements made to the building, the playtime areas and the toys. They seem to be consistently up to something interesting be it a new activity for the week, new songs, dances or plays, or a fire engine visiting. Overall, we quickly learned to trust the team and we are convinced that he couldn’t have spent his childcare centre years in better hands. I can only very strongly suggest choosing Alton Manor. Our journey with Alton Manor in Belper has been nothing but very positive.

Since joining, he has settled in exceptionally well, he absolutely loves going in! All the team who work in his room got to know him really quickly and were all aware of his medical and dietary needs. They set up a grandparents’ day which both of his nanas’ loved attending. The team were able to talk about my little one with them, despite him not being there for long. They had organised cards painted by my son for them both as a thank you for coming. Since he has been attending, my husband and I have seen him really develop a adore of dancing, to music and drawing! We get regular updates on the app including photos, which is lovely. My husband and I want to say a huge thank you to all the team who work with my son, we can see how much they care and the hard work they put in daily. The catering team also go to extra lengths to make sure his dietary requirements are met, which is a huge weight off our shoulders! My son started attending Busy Bees, Alton Manor in August.
