Buckingham First Nursery

The management team, the practitioners, the kids, the setting and pretty much everything within this childcare centre has blown me away. It’s just perfect and I can’t actually find enough words to describe incredible! After having visited several nurseries, I instantly felt something extra special about Buckingham First and it has certainly lived up to my initial impressions all through the past 2.5 years; their fabulous team sets them apart from other nurseries. They have gone above and beyond my expectations to provide outstanding care, nurture and assistance for my little boy. He has grown in self‑assurance, comes out of his shell and absolutely adores the girls at childcare centre. Thank you Buckingham First for giving my little boy the best start to his discovering journey. I can only describe this childcare centre as a little haven for little people.

The team there are incredible and management are very approachable and welcoming. Updates with parents is outstanding and can trust that my kids are in secure hands. The facilities are well maintained and resources enrich the development of kids at the centre. Food served there is gobbled up by little one and even asks for seconds. It’s weird how she does not eat the same food when I cook it at home! The childcare centre also provide parent classes on various topics such as E-safety and looking after your kids’s teeth.

The childcare centre leaders are fantastic along with the practitioners which round off what is a second home to my kids. I have a kid who has been with Buckingham First a few weeks upon opening and also have my 1 year old who is about to start their Buckingham first journey in Baby Birch (she is in the settling in phase).

Both of my girls attended from baby birch to rising pines. When we were looking at nurseries over five years ago, we just knew that this was the one. It became a second home for our girls and they absolutely loved it. The girls learnt so much and I am thankful for the team for that. You can really see the adore and care that goes into the way they teach and care for the kids. The updates with parents is outstanding too. My girls also loved the food here, so much so that they would have seconds. The management are so lovely, you could not find more wholesome people. We adore this place so much, that our third kid will be starting here soon. If I could give this childcare centre 10 stars, I would!

From starting in the lovely sensory orientated baby birch room, he has since moved into the bright and airy downstairs rooms with enjoyable outdoor spaces and ever-changing activities. The owners of the childcare centre are expert but inviting and inviting, with excellent updates skills and what I sense is a very honest and transparent approach to early education and the facilities and team provided. If there is ever a problem or concern, the owners and management have consistently been on hand to offer a solution. The other parents and kids are lovely, and it makes for a excellent childcare centre I would definitely suggest to others. I think their rates are reasonable for the service they provide, and consistently seem to find and keep their childcare centre team for long periods of time, a testament to the services provided. My son has been going to Buckingham first since he turned one and he has flourished in such a inviting and attentive setting.

He has been supported all the way through and has developed so quickly since joining. He has built excellent friendships with the other kids and adores the team. He doesn’t like change, so when transitioning between age groups, the team helped him handle it by prepping him early and working with him to build up to handovers between rooms and key workers. They are truly invested in his growth, consistently give us in-depth updates at pick-up, and collaborate with us to ensure he continues making strides both in childcare centre and at home. We’re so grateful for all they have done and continue to do for him, and will definitely be sending our second to Buckingham First as well! My son has been at Buckingham First Childcare centre for almost two years, and has loved it from the beginning.

She started when she was eleven months and as first-time parents, we are grateful for all the adore and care Buckingham First Childcare centre has given our daughter and us which has made our first transition away from our daughter so reassuring. She really enjoyed her time there and really bonded well with all the team. The team are consistently so welcoming and supportive. It is remarkable how much Buckingham First Childcare centre has taught our daughter over the past year. We are really sad to leave Buckingham First Childcare centre due to a house move otherwise this would have been a perfect childcare centre for her to continue attending. We will definitely miss everyone at Buckingham First Childcare centre and will be back to visit whenever we’re in the area! Buckingham First Childcare centre has been an incredible childcare centre for our daughter.

If I can give the childcare centre 6-stars, I would! My daughter has been attending Baby Birch (6months – 2 years group) for almost a year now and I have seen how much she has developed. I can’t thank the team enough for looking after my precious little girl, I have full self‑assurance in them, knowing that she will be well looked after (she eats better and sleeps better at the childcare centre than at home!).
She has become very confident (and bossy at times) and she enjoys her day there so much – I know this because as soon as we get near the entrance, she gets very excited and runs towards the door and happily goes in with the team.
I would highly suggest this childcare centre to everyone! We adore the Buckingham First Childcare centre!

We are very cheerful with the personalised care and attention that she has had from all the team at Buckingham First. The childcare centre has consistently felt inviting, welcoming and welcoming. The team are very great at making the little kids sense comfortable and are consistently encouraging their development. I have consistently found their advice on her development (eg toilet training, sleep routine during the day etc) very supportive. Our daughter talks a lot about her educators and friends at childcare centre and all the things she enjoys. They have put in extra measures in line with government guidelines for COVID. Even though parents don’t go into the building for drop-offs and pick-ups, we still have the opportunity to speak to her educators and discuss any concerns. I would highly suggest Buckingham First for anyone deciding on where to send their little one. Our daughter has been with this childcare centre from the age of 1 year, so she has been in Baby Birch, Little Elms and is now in Rising Pines.

Would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at the childcare centre. I would highly suggest the childcare centre to every parent looking for a very strong headstart for their little ones. Buckingham First Childcare centre is the best ever decision we have taken for our son.
All the team are fantastic and have helped my son to be such a confident little boy.
