Brixton Nursery & Pre-School

I knew it was the right place for my daughter when I went to look around it as everyone was so open and welcoming. She had to settle in pre-lockdown and then recently again, post-lockdown and both times the team have helped the transition with warmth, adore and great humour. I believe this childcare centre is a very nurturing place and the team in the baby room are so lovely and teach her so much. Her physical development and language are coming on very nicely and it’s incredible to me every time she does something at home that we haven’t taught her. The outside space might be small but they get to use the leisure centre facilities and also take them out a lot to parks and the market. I adore this place and I cannot suggest it more highly. This childcare centre is incredible.

My kid has been attending for just over a year and is extremely cheerful. He has made fantastic development and adores his educators and friends. The team are inviting and supportive and I sense that we are in partnership with them in providing the best for my kid. We are all so cheerful to be part of the Brixton Childcare centre family. I cannot suggest Brixton Childcare centre highly enough.

She enjoys (a lot!) the meals offered and learned countless songs that she consistently repeats at home. Her development is stimulated by the proposed activities and the team are very attentive when I go there. My granddaughter for more than 1 year participates in this childcare centre and she is consistently cheerful to meet her friends.

The Brixton team are incredibly inviting, careful, sensitive and thoughtful and I know that he feels secure and secure. Everyone has taken the time to get to know him as an individual and it is clear that they understand what makes him tick, how to encourage him to learn and participate in all their imaginative activities and also when he just needs a cuddle. I cannot suggest this childcare centre highly enough. My son has attended Brixton Leyf Childcare centre since he was one and now, two years later, he still runs into childcare centre with glee every day without fail.

He was looked after by an incredible, diverse and talented team and became part of a fantastic family. His rate of discovering and development increased massively through the wide range of enjoyable discovering activities and playtime, tailored to his needs and discovering style.
It makes all the difference when people and particularly educators and carers genuinely adore what they are doing, what they are great at, and what gives them purpose. We truly couldn’t have wished for more. It was perfect.
Eternally grateful to Brixton team and so many cheerful memories, cultivated (great!) behaviours, traditions, high fives, Italian-Spanish fish names (“Pirrania!”) and muscle demonstrations… I know that our son (+mum & dad) will treasure consistently. Lost for words to describe how incredibly lucky we sense that our son spent over three very cheerful and formative years at LEYF Brixton, after a brief false start at another popular childcare centre that didn’t sense 100% right.

Our son now 8 years old has excellent fond memories of childcare centre and the excellent bonds he made with his educators and friends, which he’s still in contact with. Likewise, our daughter, now 4 years old and has recently graduated this summer 2022 and is in primary school reception. She’s had a remarkable cheerful, discovering and playing journey at Brixton LEYF childcare centre and made excellent friends along the way. They both have been thriving ever since and that’s thanks to all the nurture, dedication, interest in their wellbeing and warmth they received from all their educators, including managers and chefs, over the years. As new parents, we took the chance and gut feeling with Brixton LEYF childcare centre and we are ever so grateful and satisfied with our kids’s well-being and enthusiasm for discovering – especially in a cheerful setting. Brixton LEYF is just remarkable! Our two kids attended Brixton LEYF Childcare centre at the early ages of 1 year old and right up to graduation day, before they headed off to primary school.

Our son is still in its pre-school group, whilst our daughter has left the childcare centre two years ago to start the primary school.
The core team members are really dedicated and haven’t changed over the years. I sense that they have (and are still) providing a nurturing setting where kids like to go and where they establish strong friendship bonds between themselves. Two years on, and some of our daughter’s closest friends are the ones that she met in the childcare centre. Both of our kids have been attending Brixton LEYF childcare centre.

Both of them absolutely adore the team, and as parents, we cannot fault the childcare provision! I would absolutely suggest this childcare centre to anyone considering it. My daughter has attended this childcare centre for the last 2 and a half years, and my son for almost 2 years.

He’s been attending for several months now and it’s a joy to see his smile as he enters the childcare centre room every day. In a short amount of time, we’ve seen him develop in an incredible way. He is so cheerful, he loves the educators who take such great care of him! All team are consistently very welcoming, cheerful to share what the kids have done and how they’re evolving. We’re very cheerful with the choice of childcare centre for sure! We are so cheerful to see our son thrive at Brixton childcare centre!

A fantastic childcare centre where kids can develop and learn in a secure, attentive and enjoyable setting.
