July 13, 2021 at 12:00 amWe are very happy with the nursery, the staff are wonderful and go to great lengths to make sure the children are happy and well stimulated. Our daughter loves it and we are very pleased. The food is great also.

July 13, 2021 at 12:00 amExcellent staff. All those we have come into contact, have made my Child’s experience wonderful. He is clearly at home and enjoys his time at nursery. He settled quickly and the staff made this process easy for us as the parents. During lockdowns, they have tried to keep us feeling like we are part of a community.

July 13, 2021 at 12:00 amI have huge confidence in the staff, their kindness is outstanding and they put such amazing energy into all aspects of the nursery, from the food, to the activities and ensuring individual needs are met. Thank you very much for everything you do

July 13, 2021 at 12:00 amI have had a great experience seeing the toddler room when my son started at Bright Horizons. The team is very welcoming towards me and my son, who has developed in many ways due to the staff here, such as his physical development and toilet training: also learning mathematics for example numbers.

July 14, 2021 at 12:00 amA very caring and kind environment where our son has flourished. The staff are knowledgeable and approachable and create a safe and welcoming space for all children. Our son adores his room leader and key worker and made so much progress.

July 14, 2021 at 12:00 amWe are very happy with Wimbledon House’s facilities, it is possibly unique in the area for the amount of space the children have, especially outdoors. This gives them the freedom to roam and grow. More importantly, the staff are excellent – the care they provide is genuine, our son looks forward to coming into pre-school every day. Our son has been here since he was 9 months old and he has grown into a happy, polite, and sociable boy thanks to the efforts of all of the staff.

July 22, 2021 at 12:00 amVery friendly staff, caring and I feel very comfortable leaving my little girl in their care. This is the second nursery I have sent her too and the facilities and staff are so much better than the previous nursery. Very happy here.

July 22, 2021 at 12:00 amAbsolutely lovely staff and great facilities. My daughter loves coming to nursery and even asks to go on her days off. Great garden space too with lots to keep the little ones busy with. I would definitely recommend the nursery to other parents.

November 1, 2021 at 12:00 amSuch a great environment for all ages. My pre-schooler is loving the new challenges and experiences of the more school-like environment in pre-school and is really benefiting from the extensive access to both indoor and outdoor facilities at all times. She enjoys all aspects of her time in pre-school and is always happy to come in each day. My one-year-old is also flourishing in the baby room, and especially after so long struggling with the social restrictions bought about by Covid, she is loving the opportunity to play and interact with other babies and adults outside of the home environment.

June 23, 2022 at 12:00 amA brilliant nursery, the staff are lovely and genuinely care about the children. My baby loves going in and they make a real effort to focus on development and personal needs. They focus on having a key worker per child and ours is wonderful! The nursery is well managed, helpful and very professional.

June 23, 2022 at 12:00 amMy son is always happy to go to this nursery and that is the best indication for me. The staff are lovely and very caring. They also helped me to potty train my son, I honestly couldn’t have done it without them. The managers are very kind and helpful, always trying to accommodate our needs. I am very happy with my choice!

June 23, 2022 at 12:00 amSending my pre-schooler and toddler to Bright Horizons Wimbledon House Nursery and Preschool has been such a wonderful experience. The staff are second to none and provide such a positive, nurturing and fun environment while keeping a professional manner. My toddler wakes up most mornings asking if it’s nursery day, with the biggest and most hopeful smile on her face. There have been many tears when I’ve had to tell her no nursery today. My pre-schooler has grown so much during his time there and is now feeling confident and ready on his journey to school in a few months, thanks to the staff who have provided so much support to help guide him along the way. They have all made such an impact on my son and I’m often told by him what his teacher says or what his teacher does. He will certainly miss them all. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bright Horizons Wimbledon House Nursery and Preschool to anyone looking to send their child there.

June 23, 2022 at 12:00 amThe nursery has caring staff, with pleasant and spacious rooms with lots of equipment. The staff have a nice teaching technique and the staff loves every child individually, above all the kids are allowed to be as they like. My daughter moved to this nursery into the preschool room from another nursery. I was very very unhappy with my previous nursery. I found it very difficult to trust another nursery again. We found ourselves demoralised and very much in fear after our previous nursery. However, Bright Horizons Wimbledon House Nursery and Preschool team made the very best effort to make us comfortable and confident. My daughter is given individual care and she is loved for the way she is. She loves the nursery and she settled in, in one week. The staff helped with her food and playing and were very patient with potty training, and they never complain about my child’s mischievous acts. The staff understand child behaviour very well and support their learning. Very elaborate observations are made. We love the entire team such as the manager, deputy manager, room leader and our carer. The nursery has a very big garden.

June 23, 2022 at 12:00 amSince my son started here he has come on leaps and bounds in regards to his communication, speech and other aspects of his development. He looks forward to his weekly nursery sessions and happily skips off without a second glance at mummy. The caregivers all seem wonderful and I couldn’t fault the nursery. Keep up the good work guys.

June 23, 2022 at 12:00 amMy toddler has been going there since they were 8-months old and they really love it. They always come back home having learned something new. Such as new songs, dances, words and expressions. The opening hours are long which is very convenient for us as we’re both working, and the grounds are large and always clean, with several outdoor play areas. The staff are very friendly and professional.

July 1, 2022 at 12:00 amOur daughter is enjoying every day in the nursery. She is in the Baby room with friendly and caring staff helping her development. The staff sees us as a parent and there is never a day they don’t have time for a handover telling us about our daughter’s day. We feel the nursery is a safe and good environment for our daughter.

July 8, 2022 at 12:00 amBright Horizons, Wimbledon House has been great for our daughter. We moved into the area when she was almost 3 years old and transferred from another Bright Horizons. The transition was smooth with my daughter settling in very comfortably.
The staff are very caring and are always looking for opportunities for children’s learning. They are actively organising events, taking the kids to nearby parks, and helping the kids explore their surroundings. Massive gardens for all rooms – my daughter is really enjoying all the outdoor space.

March 30, 2023 at 12:00 amWe have a child with additional physical needs and have found Bright Horizons, Wimbledon House extremely eager to learn how to care for him. They have actively engaged with his support workers such as having visits from the physio and the SALT team. Highly recommend them and feel that our kid is in safe hands.

March 30, 2023 at 12:00 amBoth my daughter and I are big fans of this nursery and all the wonderful staff. My daughter is excited and happy to throw herself into the arms of the baby room staff in the morning and she’s all smiles when I collect her in the afternoon. The lovely pictures they share throughout the day always show what a lovely fun time she’s having. On my side, I felt quite nervous returning to work when she was only 9 months old, but the staff have always kept me fully informed about her progress. The slightest behaviour out of the normal is flagged to me immediately by phone, just as an update so I can decide what if anything I would like to do in response. I have wonderfully detailed updates at the end of every day from people who obviously care very much for my daughter. Any requests I have made have always been taken very seriously. Such open and honest communication has completely set my mind at ease, and the joy on my daughter’s face has made this nursery a safe and happy place for us.
