The childcare centre is outstanding! Our son started after he was two years old for a couple of mornings a week. He joined the ‘baby’ class and was cared for by his key worker. What a lovely lady, he learned to walk and talk with her help and he talks of her fondly.
Now, having been through a few different age groups our son is in the preschool class. He attends Monday to Friday. He is confident, sensitive to others and he loves discovering. His current teacher/leader is energy itself and a true inspiration. She is exactly what our son needs and I thoroughly trust and delight in our daily debrief.
I would suggest this childcare centre, the location and facilities are outstanding. The team are attentive and highly trained. Our son has gone from strength to strength and has loved his time at the childcare centre. And this is from a dad who used to sit on the grass outside the childcare centre with a son who cried and refused to let go and go inside (a member of team came out and rescued us). Thank you. They made excellent friends! The childcare centre accommodated us for extra days when we needed help with settling in at school and for family events. Our kids were highly cheerful here and the team are attentive and supportive.

My husband and I are both highly pleased with the care from the team she receives. I am impressed with the activities (water/sand playtime, building blocks, crafting/painting, observation of eggs hatching…) and topics (different holidays, planets, health and safety, recycling, phonics, measuring ..) that are prepared for the kids. I adore the stimuli she receives as I sense it opens her mind and starts playfully preparing her for school starting in the fall (I adore you 20 kilometres long #measuring). We both look forward to seeing what she did in the day, which we can follow on the parent platform. Our daughter has been attending Bright Horizons Twickenham Day Childcare centre since she was 15 months old and she will be leaving in the summer to start school.

Our son is looked after to the best standard every time he attends and he’s so cheerful to be there. We’ve noticed such a difference in his development and he’s constantly discovering new words and skills. They do a fantastic variety of activities for the kids and the outside area is incredible for daily fresh air and outdoor playtime. I tell all my friends and family about the incredible app – we get daily updates and lovely photos and the comfort of knowing how he’s getting on during the day, is invaluable. We couldn’t rate the childcare centre or suggest it highly enough. We couldn’t be more thrilled with this childcare centre and every member of team who works there.

Our son is so cheerful there, had made fantastic connections with the team and remarkable friends also! They are flexible, have time to talk about his day at pick up, and consistently welcoming! Thoroughly suggest them! A childcare centre I sense should be chosen because of the people that will be working with your kid and that is exactly why we selected bright horizons Twickenham meadway, the team are so genuine, attentive, just lovely people, it’s a bonus that the facilities, including incredible garden, excellent choices of food and activities are all remarkable too!

He absolutely loves the mornings he spends there as there is such a vast amount of playtime available to him. He has consistently loved being outdoors and is so lucky to have such a large outdoor space available to him, with activities he shows interest in. The team are all nurturing and supportive. Updates has consistently been outstanding. Our son wakes in the morning full of excitement at what activities there might be in preschool.

This childcare centre is just right, striking the right balance. Our daughter hit the ground running with her key person and the team is welcoming and attentive. We’re yet to see our daughter come home unfulfilled. Continuous feedback allows us to focus on specific areas of development and the same works in reverse. The team is eager to know our daughter’s breakthroughs and are keen to develop them further. We visited many nurseries before we made our choice.
