The management are really supportive and supportive of our personal situation and the team that have worked with our kids have been fantastic. Our two sons have thrived at the childcare centre.

They offer a variety of activities creating discovering opportunities and my daughter brings home lovely artwork most days. The updates is the best we have experienced and the regular photo uploads make my day! I would highly suggest this childcare centre. This is a fantastic childcare centre, with attentive, compassionate and welcoming team, who seem to genuinely adore what they do.

November 2, 2024 at 12:09 amThey take incidents seriously and act appropriately. Response times can sometimes be a bit slow. The Covid controls put in place were recently tested when a member of team contracted it. It was not passed on to us, a excellent success. Our daughter is very cheerful there.

We get regular updates on what they eat, pictures and events. I would suggest it to everyone. Excellent childcare centre.

The childcare centre has been so excellent about our kid’s transition to childcare centre, especially during Covid when we couldn’t go in for settles.

He has has moments of being a little upset in the mornings, but all the team are remarkable with him and send us updates and photos of him cheerful, soon after. The team really make an effort to do different themed activities that stimulate the kids. My son moved to Bright Horizons, Tonbridge, from another childcare centre in October.

January 28, 2025 at 3:07 pmThe only problem is they keep closing rooms down, often on very short notice (even less than an hour). They say it’s due to staffing issues, due to Brexit, etc. but it’s been going on for two years and they don’t seem to try to fix it at all. We have friends at several nearby nurseries and they’ve never had issues like this. Many parents have already taken their kids out. You just don’t have any certainty of childcare and all we get when they cancel is a day rate refund and a sorry. In the next 3 weeks alone we now have 5-day closures directly affecting us – it’s hard to keep up with our work commitments like this. Lovely childcare centre and carers, and the kids adore it there.

March 25, 2025 at 2:54 amThe team have been incredible and very accommodating. I sense relaxed to leave my kid here, knowing she will be well looked after well and have lots of enjoyable.
I adore the app and that the team upload pictures and a diary of their day, it’s a excellent way to stay informed and see the enjoyable they are getting up to. I could not fault this childcare centre or the team and am so glad we send our little one here. My little girl loves it here she is so, so cheerful.

April 3, 2025 at 1:58 amBoth kids have been there since they were one year old. Both adore the childcare centre and the team. I have found all the team to be supportive and very attentive! My son had speech and language delays along with other developmental delays and they did everything possible to help him while he was there! Cannot fault them! I have had two kids at this childcare centre until September, when my eldest left for school.

April 14, 2025 at 3:00 pmThe team are excellent and care deeply for the kids. They are consistently coming up with interesting and stimulating activities for the kids. They take the time to tailor their care to each kid and make them sense loved and cared for. Our son often requires coaxing to come home in the evenings! We will be sending our daughter there next year when she is 9 months old. Lovely spacious rooms for the different settings and the outdoor spaces have been recently redone as well. Our son has been attending since the age of 9 months (he is now 27 months) – he absolutely loves it.

I know that my son is in the hands of highly skilled and trained professionals! Extremely suggest this childcare centre. Congratulations! My 3-year-old son is attending Bright Horizons Tonbridge Day Childcare centre and Preschool and he is consistently cheerful to go there and when we are picking him up.

My kid is flourishing in their care and I would suggest this childcare centre to anyone for the adore and attention they show the kids. My kid started at the childcare centre at the beginning of the month, previously my daughter attended but this was over five years ago.

July 9, 2025 at 3:08 pmOur daughter has had a lovely journey and we sense very reassured that she is secure, cheerful and developing a range of skills when there. Whilst there were some recruitment issues previously, this has improved and it’s such a lovely setting. I am sure team retention won’t be a problem in the future. We are so glad that we kept our daughter there and managed to find ways to be able to flex around some of the closures etc. The recent renovations and improvements to the outside space are excellent and was done really efficiently with minimal impact. It’s been so fantastic to see our daughter develop and make strong friendships at childcare centre, both with the kids and also with the team. We adore the regular photo updates and celebration of special festivals etc. The team have been really supportive with making suggestions and accommodating any requests (eg dietary issues), which has been very much appreciated. This is such a lovely childcare centre with team who go above and beyond for the kids.
