I’ve felt so comfortable leaving him here knowing he will have enjoyable and be looked after by an experienced and attentive team. My son has come on leaps and bounds in the 9 months or so since he started.

I had experiences with other nurseries, where they treat parents like criminals and the place is like prison. At Bright Horizons, they have consistently been understanding, easy to approach and talk to, and they have been highly compassionate and loving towards my kid too. The most differentiating journey I had with Bright Horizons, is the kindness and compassion of the team members.

My kid has come a long way since starting here and that is thanks to the team here. They are consistently so supportive and help in any way they can and keep me up to date about my kid. I could not ask for better.

We had had a bad journey with another childcare centre and the team took time to discuss this with me which was much appreciated. The longer-than-average settling-in period gave time for my son to get to know the team and other kids and also built my self‑assurance in the childcare centre itself. It is a cheerful, positive and welcoming place and the team in the baby room are exceptional – calm, welcoming, super experienced and incredible with my son and the other little ones. I have full self‑assurance that my son will be well taken care of here and that means everything! I would thoroughly suggest this childcare centre – it is inviting, attentive and well-managed and the team are fantastic.

The team members are so attentive and supportive. My twins adore coming to the childcare centre. They are so loved and cared for. I have seen my twins develop in all areas and that makes me highly cheerful and pleased. Thank you, everyone, at the childcare centre for taking care of my twins. She recently moved rooms and her new key person is just as lovely as the girls she’s been with previously! All of the team here are so compassionate and supportive and truly adore the activities they create for the kids, they have taught my little girl so much, she surprises me with something new every week and I couldn’t be more pleased with the setting. My little girl loves coming to childcare centre and doesn’t want to come home at the end of the day!

He started following a negative journey at another childcare centre so I was already highly sceptical. However the whole team put my mind at ease by ensuring he had enough settling in sessions. I already saw a positive change in his behaviour in the first few weeks. My kid absolutely loves attending childcare centre and goes in with open arms and a huge smile on his face. The team and management consistently go above and beyond when it comes to care and development. Management are so welcoming and welcoming. The childcare centre is highly spotless and consistently has a fresh new look when it comes to special occasions. My kid can be fussy with food but not when it comes to childcare centre meal times as there is a huge variety which I adore. The app is consistently updated with his development and pictures which is so supportive. I would 100% suggest this childcare centre. It is a excellent place for your kid to develop, flourish and the whole team are just incredible. It has been just over a year since my kid started at Bright Horizons.
