Bright Horizons New Eltham Day Nursery and Preschool

She seems to be quite cheerful to wave us goodbye in the morning when dropping her off in the childcare centre.
Overall, it has been a great journey in terms of the space/facilities; the childcare centre is the best in the vicinity. Recent team changes in the youngest group due to permanent team departures, a higher portion of agency employees aren’t excellent, but we will monitor her mood and adaptability.
Management is responsive and tries to accommodate requests when asked. My daughter has attended the childcare centre since May 2022.

My son is very cheerful there and he enjoys going daily. The team are nice and supportive and the facilities are generally in great working order for the kids. Overall, a positive journey with the childcare centre.

Joining in baby room, moving up through toddler and childcare centre rooms and now about to graduate preschool. The team, led by the childcare centre manager have been tremendous throughout and we have had 100% self‑assurance in all of them. They have managed the challenges of the last year expertly and have given us self‑assurance that our kid has been secure whilst providing an uninterrupted service of childcare without the need to close our bubble, a testament to the hard work of the team at New Eltham. It’s a welcoming and welcoming childcare centre in a newly refurbished building with incredible gardens for the kids to delight in and explore. We wholeheartedly suggest New Eltham and will be really sad to leave this chapter behind us when the time comes to move on. Our little one has thoroughly enjoyed every day spent at New Eltham Day Childcare centre.

Each room has been excellent with outstanding key workers and room leaders, all the activities they do are exceptional. I adore the fact that they spend as much time as they can outside and exploring, my daughter has come on leaps and bounds since joining. The food they have is excellent too and excellent variety of flavours. My daughter absolutely loves it, she has been there for over a year and moved up to her third room now.

She enjoyed her time in the baby, toddler, childcare centre and preschool rooms. She bonded well with all of the team and has made a lovely little group of friends. As parents, it has been so reassuring to see her run in happily every day, and she tells us off if we pick her up too early as she consistently wants to carry on playing. The team are all lovely, attentive and expert. The rooms are newly refurbished, spotless and well equipped. The gardens are excellent, and the kids’s kitchen and sensory rooms are an added bonus. The food is very great quality, and the on-site chef is a excellent asset to the setting. We are so cheerful we found New Eltham for our daughter. It’s been perfect! Our daughter has loved her time at New Eltham Day Childcare centre.

My eldest started school as a confident and robust little girl – The childcare centre were excellent preparing her for that. She was a muddy and creative kid and the childcare centre embraced and encouraged that too, which I really appreciated. She came home muddy and full of paint almost every day – it was remarkable! Often she didn’t want to come home! My younger daughter currently attends the childcare centre. She too does so many activities that I would never think to do at home and I really delight in seeing the pictures that the childcare centre team post almost every day. The childcare centre have been asking for feedback recently and I’ve noticed that they’ve really listened and actioned a lot of suggestions already – tea parties with parents for example, which I think the kids are really enjoying. The team there are energetic and thoughtful and my daughter is really comfortable with them. It’s a lovely childcare centre and sets kids up excellent for their big move to school. Both my girls have been to New Eltham and loved it.

My daughter loves it and is thriving! Updates is excellent and I sense that even though my kid is young, she is already discovering so much and gaining a excellent foundation for her future education. Welcoming and nurturing childcare centre.

He has made such a lovely bond with his key person, which is so nice to see. He consistently comes home with some incredible artwork and some of the activities they do are exceptional. The childcare centre have a excellent app which tells me all about my son’s day, as well as his development development, which is completed by his key person. This is also a great way to communicate with the toddler room team and share activities and days out that we do at home. The childcare centre building itself is fairly new and has a large outdoor area and as my son loves being outdoors, this is excellent for him. The management team at New Eltham are very accommodating to my son’s needs and went above and beyond to assistance during the settling-in process. Thank you. My son started in the toddler room in April this year and he loves it!

She loves the team and has such a excellent time. We know that when we drop her off she is in secure hands. Because of our jobs we have had to continue to work during the pandemic and the childcare centre has been a godsend, proving some level of normality for our daughter. Our daughter absolutely loves coming to New Eltham Pre-School.

We see the same faces every day and team are consistently cheerful. The facilities are excellent and the kids are consistently doing a variety of different activities. There is a lot of outside space and the kids have access to the space, all day. Food is healthy and varied and it has greatly improved my son’s fussy eating. Would highly suggest. Team at the preschool are remarkable, they do clearly care about the kids.
