I sense so comfortable leaving my daughter with her educators each day, knowing that she will be well looked after. I also think all the educators did an incredible job during the covid crisis. I would highly suggest this childcare centre. The team at Bright Horizons are all very welcoming and supportive.

After our daughter, who spent 4 years here, we now have our son with them. Can vouch for consistency of care and development that we have experienced here. Highly recommended. Very cheerful with Bright Horizon Mount Vernon team and overall facilities.

They take attention to detail and care of each and every kid to the best of their ability. We get regular updates via emails and the new app, and I have been able to attend a parent’s evening at the childcare centre. The introduction of the App to see in real time what your kid is doing is a excellent addition and I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest them to friends and family. Bright Horizons Mount Vernon childcare centre is a lovely childcare centre, where both my kids have been looked after by remarkable and welcoming team.

She is greeted by all members of team so personally. She walks into childcare centre with a big smile. My daughter has learnt so much i.e. colours, numbers, letters, shapes and the attention given to the likes and dislikes is second to none. Generally, my little one is a fussy eater, but she enjoys most of her food at childcare centre, especially the puddings! My daughter comes out of childcare centre with a huge smile each day, which speaks volumes. The new app is a excellent way to see what the kids get up to each day. I cannot find any reason to complain. The childcare centre is remarkable and I thoroughly suggest. My little girl loves coming into childcare centre.

My daughter enjoys her time there. She plays and learns a excellent deal, whilst making friends and she gets on so well with the team, who are very compassionate and attentive. She will miss them all when she goes to school, but her baby brother will be starting there, as it’s just such a excellent start for kids. Bright Horizons, Mount Vernon, is a remarkable childcare centre and preschool.

He has learned so much and the level of care is second to none. We are very cheerful with Mount Vernon! Our son has been attending full time since 8 months old and we couldn’t have asked for a better childcare centre for him.

During the government announcement in January and warning to stay at home, the childcare centre went ahead with the parent evening allowing parents in. We decided not to go as this was very stupid and I am critically vulnerable. Days later three cases of covid in the childcare centre and one being my daughter! Now I have covid, thanks very much! The manager hasn’t even contacted us which is very unprofessional. Also, for eligibility for assisted funding, we were told there has been a form for us in reception for weeks. We never go in the main building and no one told us. We then received a phone call to say for the 15 hours we don’t need to fill out anything. Days later an administrator called us and was very aggressive and wouldn’t accept we were told this by them! The childcare centre is now doing outside walks with kids and we said we are not cheerful and don’t consent to this because there are lots of cars! Ever since the manager changed, the standards and level of care have dropped!

The team are welcoming and welcoming. My kid has learnt and grown within a relatively short time here. The new App is a remarkable tool to communicate the kids’s discovering and day to day experiences. The soft playroom is a real bonus. The parking can be hectic at times but we have managed to drop off and pick up fine. Our journey at Bright Horizons Mount Vernon Day Childcare centre has been really lovely.

The team are approachable, welcoming and really care about the kids. They are consistently interested in my daughter and really invest in her care, which you can sense when dropping off. I like the app, as I get to see daily updates and pictures of my daughter playing with her friends and taking part in activities throughout the day. Cannot suggest the childcare centre enough. My daughter has attended the childcare centre since she was 9 months old and the team have taken such excellent care of her throughout every stage of her development since being at the childcare centre.
