Bright Horizons Mongewell Park Day Nursery and Preschool

All the team are super welcoming and he has connected with every one of his key workers and gets on excellent with them. He is consistently telling me he loves the bike garden and that is his favourite part of childcare centre and just going outside in general. Another moment he truly enjoyed was when Santa came over in a helicopter. The childcare centre had organised it all and it was just the best journey for him, he wouldn’t stop talking about it. My son has been going here since he was one year old and he has loved every moment.

The team are all exceptionally great with both kids and parents, both in the rooms and the office. We get detailed reports about her day and sense confident they know her well and are looking out for her at all times. My daughter is cheerful to be dropped off each day, even with new team members because she is so comfortable there. She gets to do a variety of activities, her interests are accounted for in choosing activities, and her speech and social skills are coming on well. Everything is included, besides nappies, which I think is great value, and being open all year round, is super convenient. I could not suggest highly enough. I’m so pleased we chose to return to Mongewell Park Childcare centre, for our third kid.

She has excellent bonds formed with the team as well as other kids.
The food seems to be highly great as she eats exceptionally well and often just needs a small snack before bedtime.
Our daughter comes home most weeks having learnt something that we truly did not expect until later years such as the organs of the body.
The team are consistently excellent with communications when required.
I can not suggest the school highly enough and thank the team for all their efforts. Our daughter has been attending for approx 2.5 years full time and has loved going to school.

Both of our kids adore the outdoor area and the enjoyable activities that they join in with every day. We particularly loved the summer fayre that the childcare centre did as it enabled us to meet new parents, spend time with team and see how much our boys adore their friends and the childcare centre as a whole. They were so excited to show us around and their favourite things that they like to do. The team team are approachable and exceptionally attentive, we are highly grateful for everything they do each and every day, we cannot suggest Mongewell enough. The boys cannot wait to tell us each day what they have done/achieved every time they attend. Both our boys have attended the childcare centre and settled exceptionally well; the team and office team are highly accommodating, expert and well‑informed.

Excellent updates and supportive management, who know the kids well. Both my kids have been highly cheerful there. Large garden and excellent sensory indoor toys and activities, including information and updates technology equipment. Attentive, team and team.

The wide range of activities on offer to the kids makes for highly interesting days. The room and office team are attentive and exceptionally great at their jobs. The room leader in Orange Room is exceptional, and the team make a real effort to link activities to specific discovering outcomes for the kids. The free flow into the garden area is a real bonus for busy little kids who like to stay active, and the weekly trips to forest school and the bike garden make our son highly cheerful. Our little boy loves Orange Room at Mongewell Park and is truly blossoming there.

The setting is on lovely grounds and all the team are welcoming and supportive. The childcare centre has helped build my daughter into a confident girl ready for big school. We are going to miss everyone at Mongewell. Thank you for helping me to raise a strong confident little girl. My daughter has attended Mongewell since she was just over 1.

All the team know who we are and are consistently welcoming and welcoming. That’s what I noticed about Mongewell when we looked around before the girls started there. All the team we came across smiled, said hello and greeted the kids. That was the clincher for me and proves that the team delight in their work. One member of team in their room sings every day, and our girls have correspondingly started singing songs at home unprompted! Our twins adore their Greenroom, and talk about their favourite team all the time, and notice if they are away in another room or on holiday.

She previously attended another childcare centre and made it highly known to us that she was unhappy there.

The team at Mongewell are fantastic. I would highly suggest this childcare centre (and I frequently do to prospective parents.) My daughter is thriving and knowing that she is so secure and well eases my guilt at being away from her. I adore the daily reports with photos showing what she has been up to and what she has eaten. It makes us chuckle when the report says that she has had seconds.

We are eternally grateful to the team for their assistance during the potty training period!

Truly a fantastic place with excellent people. My husband and I are so cheerful that we picked this childcare centre for our daughter.

The team are welcoming, well‑informed and will go above and beyond to keep the childcare centre running smoothly. They have looked after both of my kids so well, even when they had special requirements. I have never hesitated in leaving them with the team as I know they get the best of care and they are cheerful. I will miss the team when my kid moves on to school. Absolutely exceptional childcare centre, can’t rate it highly enough.
