The team are professionals, dedicated and attentive. My daughter looks forward to going to childcare centre (she calls it the fancy school). The best decision was getting her into this childcare centre, only wished I started from birth. Since my daughter started, I can see the self‑assurance both in her speech and how well she relates to others.

We have consistently found the care to be outstanding. The team are highly compassionate, attentive and provide outstanding updates. Our daughter is in the toddler room currently and she consistently goes in happily and smiling when I pick her up. The activities during the day are shared on the new app but not overly so, so time is spent with the kids. Thank you for your care and assistance. Our kids have enjoyed their journey at Bright Horizons Kenilworth.

We chose this childcare centre as it’s the closest to home and the outside space was highly welcoming. We were quickly offered settling in sessions after we went for a tour (we didn’t even look anywhere else it ticked all the boxes for us). The team are highly welcoming and were truly patient and supportive with settling our son into childcare centre. The app is excellent for updates throughout the day for peace of mind. My son started at the childcare centre one day a week in April 2021.

Our two daughters settled in so quickly there and never looked back. They are excited for childcare centre and have made fantastic friends. They adore their educators, do a remarkable variety of activities and have come on leaps and bounds since starting. Other impressive elements are the food (better than mum‘s cooking!) and hygiene. Despite playing in forest school and outside, they consistently come home spotless! Leaving your babies is a hard thing to do, but the incredible team at Bright Horizons makes it 100 times easier. Cannot suggest enough! We are so delighted with Bright Horizons Kenilworth.

He’s attempting his name and he’s starting to count to ten! His self‑assurance and his speech are developing. We’re truly cheerful that we moved him to here – thank you, everyone! My son is new to Bright Horizons and since he’s started we’ve noticed such a difference in him.

The educators seem to genuinely care for the kids and create a welcoming and inviting setting. Our son loves coming to preschool; he has a lovely set of friends and is consistently doing a different range of activities, which are both enjoyable and educational.

The team are expert, thoughtful and so attentive and he has built a excellent relationship with them. They work truly hard to provide a variety of activities for the kids and they make use of all of their huge outside space with lots of outdoor playtime. It is so reassuring to know that he is well looked after when we drop him off in the morning and we would highly suggest this childcare centre to any family. Our Son has been attending Bright Horizons Kenilworth Day Childcare centre and Preschool for 4 days a week since just before his first birthday and he absolutely loves it!

We loved the sense of the place and the remarkable outside area on the first visit. The manager helped set up the smooth transition from her old childcare centre which put our minds at ease. Over a year in we have no doubt we made the right decision. Our daughter has settled so well and made some lovely friends. The team are all incredible with the kids and send regular updates/photos on the app. I have no negatives! Having moved to Kenilworth last year we toured a number of nurseries but Bright Horizons Kenilworth Day Childcare centre and Preschool stood out.
