June 28, 2018 at 12:00 amI brought my child to the nursery a few years ago with speech and language delays. Today I am the happiest I could be due to seeing how many positive changes that have happened. Huge progress in speech and language, much more independence in daily routine tasks. Very good care, excellent communication and the best place to bring your child.

June 28, 2018 at 12:00 amMy son loved this nursery and settled in quickly, staff were kind and facilitating. Very transparent and well intentional staff and management.
Only criticism is the staff seem really stretched so less time can be delegated to innovative education or taking time off so activities can be based on an individual basis, but that is no fault of the staff.

The staff is amazing, and the nursery manager listens to any concerns and take actions accordingly. The large outdoor space is rarity in London and the children go out regularly. Thank you so much for being kind and caring! I have been very happy with everything.

The staff and carers are attentive and enjoy what they do. They are engaged in the development and provide regular communication. We are very happy with the decision made to send our daughter here.

May 24, 2019 at 12:00 amOur daughter started at Bright Horizons Holland Park when she was 11 months old, she has loved it there ever since, she is now 20 months old. She enjoys painting, baking, messy play and loves singing the nursery rhymes and bilingual beats. The toys are clean and of a large variety. One of her all-time favourites is the baby gym and of course playing outside in the gardens (the baby room has 2 outside spaces). We are very happy because she is happy!

July 25, 2019 at 12:00 amOur daughter attended this gem of a nursery for two years. Expertly and lovingly run by the manager and the toddler and preschool room admirably and lovingly run by the room leader, our child was extremely happy here. The whole staff from the teachers/carers to the kitchen staff are just excellent and the atmosphere in the nursery is bright and cheerful. Upon leaving, we were presented with two books charting our daughter’s progress throughout her two years, with photos and written reports. These serve as a wonderful memory of her ages 3-5 and are something we would have been proud of doing ourselves!
I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to my family and friends (I already have). Our daughter spent two happy, formative and well cared for years here and she will miss going there immensely and as she told me today “I will miss all my teachers”. And I will miss going there to pick her up everyday! We have been left with wonderful memories of this marvellous institution!

We were there just under a year and saw such an improvement in our daughter during her time there. We will miss everyone and want to say a huge thank you for everything.

December 16, 2020 at 12:00 amA really great nursery, friendly and professional staff and happy kids. My daughter has really developed since joining and is always eager to walk in the door. Her activities vary every day, and she has forged some strong relationships with staff and other children. The culture is relaxed and homely supported by enough structure and discipline to allow children to grow and learn boundaries.

December 16, 2020 at 12:00 amMy children are very happy in the nursery and look forward to going there each morning. They love all staff who are very caring and friendly. The outdoor space for playing is fantastic, and each age group has its own space with age suitable toys. As a mum, I feel 100% confident that my children are looked after in a caring, loving way as well as stimulated appropriately to their age needs, they do lots of crafts every day, play outside, learn to read and count, so they are ready for a reception class when their time comes. They have been attending this nursery since September 2019 and have gone through different classes, which differ in age, but what they all have in common is the caring staff. The food is cooked freshly on-premises and is well balanced and delicious. This nursery is a win-win, open throughout the year with no half terms, which is very helpful for working parents.

The staff are really nice and available to answer any questions. They went beyond expectations during the Covid-19 time to support parents.

Our 21 months daughter has been developing so much since she joined and she was running to go to the school in the afternoon saying us bye while running to join her amazing teacher and her colleagues. Our daughter’s teacher has done a fantastic job, developing her and making our daughter even more independent, happy and confident. The Manager of the school is also extremely nice and professional. We highly recommend the school. The only reason we are leaving is that we are leaving London but if we could, we would have to bring the school with us in our luggage!

The breadth of activities on offer is fantastic and the app allows you to have daily updates on what they’re doing. I love that they spend so much time outdoors and do a huge array of craft activities, it’s brilliant and they love it too. The staff are attentive, engaged and enthusiastic – we couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Particular thanks to certain staff, they’ve all been fantastic. (Our children have been there since 13 months and are now almost two).

The staff is so caring and personable and the facilities are bright and spacious. Lots of fun, creative play and activities (water, sand, crayons, cooking, planting) my daughter just loves it!

Our three-year-old daughter comes back home happy and her development is the best sign for us that she is happy at her nursery. We were worried at first as we moved from another country, but all the staff was super supportive. Their professionalism and experience is obvious. Thank you everyone. Having an access to an outdoor space from each classroom is of huge importance as well and we are very happy with it.

Our kids (almost three and one years old) both enjoy going there and we can tell they have grown fond of the staff. They organise such fun and activities for the kids, and they learn a lot (on communicational level, motor skills, social skills etc).

A great bunch of staff and we always feel comfortable that our toddler is having an educational, friendly and activity-packed day when we drop off! Also, the team has remained together for some time which is not an easy feat at any time let alone in the UK at the moment!

April 21, 2022 at 12:00 amUntil a recent move away, this nursery was a rock for our children, who attended for three or so years and six months, respectively. We would recommend it without a doubt. The manager and another member of staff were exceptional and always went above and beyond to help us. They also know how to have a good time though, and I must give special credit to their dressing up skills! There are also some very special staff members at Bright Horizons Holland Park Day Nursery and Preschool who formed solid bonds with our children and made every day fun and worth going to nursery for. Our elder son in particular got some amazing support from his key person. To two members of staff in particular, and all the others, thank you so much. The activities they do every day are clearly varied and we could see it helps them in their development. There is also a comprehensive and very useful app-based system for following the children daily which means I can see regular photos of them in the setting. The catering was fresh and varied. If we still lived nearby, our kids would still be in this nursery!

July 11, 2022 at 12:00 amFrom the wonderful building and excellent open-air playing spaces to the warm, organised and approachable staff – Bright Horizons Holland Park is a real gem. Our son has been there for the last 4 years and recently graduated. From day 1, the staff led by a fantastic nursery manager and her excellent deputy were so helpful with all aspects. The room leaders were truly brilliant from the baby room through to the brilliant leader in the pre-school room. But to be honest, every single member of staff was amazing. Our son grew to love going to nursery every day. The fantastic activities, the cheerful staff and the excellent continuity of care all helped. They did a truly amazing job during covid to keep things running and the kids happy. Recently they have introduced an app that is fantastic. We would highly recommend this nursery.

September 9, 2022 at 12:00 amWe would not hesitate a second to recommend Bright Horizons, Holland Park Nursery. Our two daughters (3 and a half and 1 year old) both started at 8 months old. They love it and we do too. The facilities are clean, bright, spacious and each room (baby, toddler, pre-school) has its own outdoor area. Children benefit from a great range of activities tailored to each age and development stage. Opening hours are amazing, the app with daily updates is very good and last but not least the staff are the best! Our daughters are happy to go in the morning and always come back with big smiles on their faces. Thank you!
