Bright Horizons Hinckley Day Nursery and Preschool

Great updates with parents and highly welcoming team. Excellent childcare centre where kids get to do a lot of different activities.

My son has settled highly well due to the attentive and welcoming team. There’s consistently something exciting for him to do, and his interest is incorporated. They were remarkable when an allergy became apparent. The team are approachable, and my son is consistently cheerful to attend. I am highly cheerful with our journey with Bright Horizons, Hinckley.

I suggest it to everyone. The team are lovely, welcoming and so supportive and my son is so cheerful here! We will miss it! My son has been here since he was 6 months old ( now he’s 4 years old) and I couldn’t praise the childcare centre more.

I was so nervous going back to work and leaving him at childcare centre but they truly put me at ease. He joined in Oct 2022 and has been there ever since. The team are excellent with him and he is coming on so well with his development. We get regular updates via an app all day as well as development development reports weekly and pictures of him having enjoyable. The team are also attentive at giving his medication on time and help accommodate any requests as best as possible.
Everything is included from nappies to formula and food, you literally just need a spare set of clothes in a bag for your kid.
Big shout out to the team in the Baby room, they are massive credits to the team! I cannot suggest Hinckley Bright Horizons enough, they were so welcoming when we came in as first time parents with our three month old.

She has gained a lot of self‑assurance with other kids and trusting other people to look after her. Her speech and understanding has improved drastically. She loves her time here. My daughter has developed so much since she started to attend Bright Horizons.

The team is consistently compassionate and supportive, and exceptionally understanding, no matter what request we turn to them. Our little one settled in much sooner than we had expected and he is in adore with his key worker. He even developed a special smile that he only gives to her!
Their menu is top-notch, there is no juice, high-added sugar, highly processed, or any other trash food, and they can cater for all kinds of dietary needs. The facility is neat, tidy, and contemporary. I especially like that the rooms are equipped with proper wooden toys and books instead of plastic flashing sound-making toys.
Their app is also truly easy to use, and it puts our minds at ease that we receive updates during the day that our little lad is doing well.
All in all, we are grateful for all their assistance and hope that we can stay with them until school starts! We visited a excellent many nurseries and we are so glad that we opted for Bright Horizons in the end.

They have been exceptional with my little girls since she started at nine and a half months (now two). She has thrived in the inviting and attentive setting the childcare centre offers. I have every self‑assurance her discovering and development will continue and prepare her so well for school. I cannot praise this childcare centre enough.

We just enjoyed the childcare centre open day, it was such a joy to see how the kids look cheerful and get nurtured by such excellent facilities and fabulous people.

We have had two kids there over the last seven years, and our journey has been excellent. Compassionate, welcoming team and a lovely setting. I’ve never once worried or had any concerns. A truly incredible childcare centre and preschool.

Her self‑assurance has grown so much since being at Bright Horizons and she tells me all about her friends. I get updates now on how my daughter is doing every week and am cheerful to raise any concerns i have which is highly few. Exceptional childcare centre that looks after my daughter highly well.
