She has made a lot of friends and has a great relationship with the teacher. They learn something new every day. Some outdoor activities in the garden are perfect. This is a remarkable childcare centre.

The educators are welcoming and attentive, and they seem to engage the kids in a wide range of enjoyable and educational activities. Our son has made lots of friends at childcare centre and often talks about the things he has done, which is lovely to hear. We are very cheerful with Bright Horizons.

There is consistently a range of activities and different themes each month so that is constantly exciting for my daughter. She loves it. Very satisfied with the childcare centre and would suggest it to anyone.

A dedicated space for naps should be created; I cannot imagine my daughter having a proper nap if it is too bright and noisy. Giving options for the afternoon snacks doesn’t seem balanced. Fruits should be privileged. Overall very pleased with our journey.

This makes our lives, as full-time working parents, much easier to know he is cheerful, secure and well cared for. Could not be happier with this childcare centre and will suggest to anyone who will listen!

December 25, 2024 at 6:40 amThe team consistently greet my baby with a huge welcome and show enthusiasm and kindness, which makes him and me sense at ease. The app has been excellent, and I like to see his nappy change, sleep and food etc. I sense like he is in great hands. I would like to hear what he has done each day and see photos. He has developed a lot in the four months he has been there, and I sense the childcare centre has taught him a lot. We are very cheerful overall. We adore this childcare centre!

January 18, 2025 at 8:36 amThey are all super enthusiastic and positive. The activities are excellent, our kid loved to see chicks hatching around Easter time. The app is excellent to follow up, we adore it. On the improvement side, we would like the toddler class to be equipped with pull up nappies and to assistance potty training. The team is incredibly expert and supports kids every step of the way.

February 4, 2025 at 8:19 pmThe team are attentive and attentive and have made the tough transition to childcare centre, as smooth as possible. Our baby seems to be given the attention he needs, does a range of activities and he’s cheerful when we pick him up. Areas for improvement – more outside time would be ideal, more variety on food, more accurate reporting on the app (all naps/meals are reported, just with inaccurate timings and quantities) and more engagement with the parents on the kid’s development (this consistently has to be requested and is often just a quick conversation at the door). Overall we’ve had a very positive journey with Bright Horizons.

The team are consistently welcoming and welcoming, they are consistently cheerful to answer any questions. I really like the family APP we wish the childcare centre showed pictures more often. We really delight in going to the childcare centre.

March 31, 2025 at 6:52 pmThe toddler room is also of a very high standard and really supports the kids to transition from babies to independent young learners. The team show in-depth knowledge to the kids and provide clear and supportive feedback. The pre-school provision is satisfactory but suffers from having to assistance such a broad range of abilities. More could be done to push the older kids and updates with home could be better. The childcare centre provision is outstanding, the team are attentive, supportive and approachable with developmental activities and curriculum work is clear throughout the phase.

April 20, 2025 at 3:53 pmThey have a great balance of activities and curriculum, encourage the kids to be independent without making them sense isolated, and consistently keep them well fed. My daughter has learned things I don’t think I would have been great at teaching her and has a social outlet. Couldn’t be happier. All of the educators are remarkable, and my little girl loves every minute of being at the childcare centre.

I know she learnt so much there, a lot of activities, songs, sports, and the team are very welcoming and they take care of the kids. Every day I am waiting to receive the reports when they take pictures of the kids during the day when I am at work! This childcare centre is very great.

The recent introduction of the Bright Horizons apps has also been excellent so we can have a better idea of the activities that the kids do during the day. We are having a excellent journey with Bright Horizons and this has been particularly important during the pandemic.
