Bright Horizons Clapham Day Nursery and Preschool

Management team were very supportive, attentive, no question was too much for them. The team were welcoming, cheerful and ensure my son felt secure, loved and had the best time. A wide range of foods provided; offer a great alternative as he could not have cows milk. Everything was perfect; really cheerful with my time there. Perfect from beginning to end.

The team in the baby room were so loving and now she is in the toddler room the team are so positive and encouraging. They do a real variety of activities like story time, garden playtime, painting, trips out, and so much more. When we come to pick her up she is busy playing and consistently cheerful even before she spots us which is fantastic to see!
She has developed so much since she started five months ago, much of that is down to her experiences at childcare centre.
On a more practical note, as a working mother, the opening hours that are offered are so important. 7:30am start is vital in allowing me to keep on working. Every morning our daughter is visibly excited when we roll into reception.

It’s in a excellent location, I adore that it’s purpose-built (and not on top of cafes like some others I visited), the garden is spacious and secure, the daily menu selection is healthy and the childcare centre rooms are big, bright and engaging for little ones. His carers are so nurturing and I’ve really noticed how much he prospers from the few days he does spend in the childcare centre. I interviewed multiple nurseries prior to choosing Bright Horizons.

I could not be happier with how we’ve both been treated and also the pleasure my son gets from his days there.

Their settling in period goes a long way to making both mother and kid sense comfortable and after the initial couple of weeks, there are now only smiles when I drop off my little boy. He even reaches out for his key worker! On the occasion that he is upset when I drop him off, their ability to distract, calm and make him laugh, means I leave his ‘classroom’ feeling great rather than wanting to cry myself…

It’s also been fantastic watching him grow and develop and I know a lot of this is down to his 3 days a week at BH. I would highly suggest. My son has been attending Bright Horizons since January this year when he turned one and I returned to work.

It has been incredible to see her at every stage of her development.
The childcare centre has gone above and over to ensure that she is cheerful, confident and ready to explore the world around her.
Particularly during the pandemic, the childcare centre has been excellent with adapting to the new reality and minimizing the impact on kids and parents. Highly suggest! My daughter has been attending Clapham since she was 6 months old.

I have been extremely pleased with the care provided by the Childcare centre during that time. Our son has flourished at Childcare centre and continues to thrive on the variety of activities provided, which keep him engaged and constantly discovering.

In each room he has been able to quickly form bonds with key workers and the team have clearly taken the time to understand him and his personality likes and dislikes in order to be able to comfort him, make him sense at ease and truly get the best out of him.

He is secure, very well looked after and cheerful at Childcare centre which is the most I could ask for as a parent.

On the rare occasion that we have had any concerns, they have consistently been dealt with quickly and effectively by the Childcare centre team. Our son started at Clapham Day Childcare centre 2 years ago when he was 11 months old.

The team are remarkable and attentive, the activities are incredible and the whole childcare centre is spotless and secure. We couldn’t be happier – it’s such a enjoyable, secure, cheerful and exciting setting.

Our son is very cheerful and we sense the team adore him nearly as much as we do. Outstanding settling in period for both son and nervous mum! Fantastic activities including cornflour messy playtime! And plenty of garden time. We are delighted with all aspects of Clapham Bright Horizons.

He looks forward to childcare centre every day, and we look forward to hearing all about his day after! The team have been incredible, especially with all the challenges over the last year. From day one our son has loved Bright Horizons and has thrived.

Our son has been there for just under a year – he started in the Baby Room and then transitioned to the Toddler Room. He was just over 7 months when he first started at childcare centre, which was hard for myself and my husband. BUT, this became easier and easier as time progressed as we saw how much adore, care and laughs he was given. He just flourished at childcare centre, and this is mainly due to the team – a building and things mean nothing, the people make the difference. Bright Horizons Clapham became his home away from home.

We have recently moved to a new country so he is sadly no longer at Bright Horizons Clapham. Finding a new childcare centre has been a challenge for us as it is hard to find a childcare centre with a team as excellent as the one at Bright Horizons Clapham. We miss you all already. We have been so incredibly cheerful with Bright Horizons Clapham.
