They all have been so lovely, welcoming and highly patient with her and they have supported us a lot too. We are deeply grateful to you for everything you have done! We can firmly say that she spends quality time being in the preschool room developing new skills. This is the first place where we have seen our daugther cheerful and also she has been in secure hands!

she has grown so much since being at Banana Moon and she loves the team. Couldn’t suggest Banana Moon enough. My daughter absolutely loves going to childcare centre, she has so much enjoyable she loves playing outside and playing with her friends.

With her being born during Covid, she experienced highly little interaction with kids or adults! Since then, she has come on in leaps and bounds. She often speaks about her key workers at home and is excited every morning of her scheduled days. A diary update is provided within 10 minutes of pick up, detailed with what food had been eaten, when her nappy has been changed and activities throughout the day. Sending her here was the best choice we’ve ever made for her so far! Lovely team, a real pleasure. We started our daughter in Banana Moon in May last year.

The team are incredible, compassionate, supportive and attentive in so many ways. I can’t put into words the journey we have had and the assistance to our son and ourselves as his parents. They consistently have activities for the kids to do and events and like to include the parents. They have helped my son come out of his shell and given him so much self‑assurance. I couldn’t thank them all enough it’s such an incredible group of people who adore what they do!

He now walks in without even a goodbye most days. Consistently comes home cheerful and speaks about his day. He has progressed in his speech since being at Banana Moon.
He loves going three days a week and is highly well-fed.
The team are lovely and consistently available for a chat with any concern. My son struggled to settle in when he first attended back in September, but the girls made him so welcome and comforted him when needed.

She has attended this childcare centre from baby room and previous to this her older sister, now 7, attended the childcare centre also. We have consistently found the team to be so welcoming and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. It is consistently hard leaving your kid somewhere new for the first time and trusting ‘a stranger’ with your most treasured possession, but after meeting the team, we never had any doubts this was the childcare centre for our girls. The app keeps you up to date with daily activities, meals and photos and the face-to-face end-of-day feedback is lovely to hear how busy the kids (and team) have been. The activities are carefully planned to the interests of the kids, clearly lots of time is spent thinking about the kids’s experiences and discovering. Thank you Banana Moon for helping our girls on their journey – we will miss you all so much! Our daughter is just finishing her time at Banana Moon Day Childcare centre as she moves to start school.

The team are absolutely fantastic and truly took the time to get to know my son to help him settle and sense welcome. The food is excellent and he eats so well there, I’ve truly noticed a difference in his self‑assurance towards food. He does a excellent range of activities including lots of messy playtime and outdoor playtime and is consistently encouraged to take part and get involved. I can tell by the photos received that all the kids are having a excellent time. Overall, I’m exceptionally cheerful with Banana Moon Ashmore Park and would like to thank all the team for their patience and encouragement with my son, we’ve seen excellent development in him so far! My son has been at Banana Moon Ashmore Park for 6 months now and I couldn’t be more pleased with the childcare centre.

Managers are quick to respond to any questions or queries I have. The team are lovely and consistently give me a detailed explanation of his day, activities, food etc.
My son speaks highly of all team and kids in his room.

My son is in babymoons, and I’ve noticed a clear improvement with his self-sufficient skills (feeding himself, eg) and he seems more keen to explore new surroundings. It’s great that no parents can enter the building (Covid guidelines), and I think this should stay this wast for safety. The app is a truly great idea to keep up with news and kid’s day. I have used Banana Moon for my second kid as my elder kid enjoyed it so much. The team are consistently welcoming and approachable and clearly delight in their job.
