Two years on it is like a second home to him. Never did I imagine we’d have to weather a pandemic together. The management and team at the childcare centre have been incredible throughout and have adapted so well. Updates throughout the pandemic has been outstanding and the safety but also the emotional well-being of the kids has been a priority. The pandemic aside, the childcare centre provides an incredible inclusive setting for kids to develop and thrive. My son has been attending Abbots Hill Childcare centre since he was 9 months old.

Our journey of the childcare centre has been stellar and our son has thrived, both physically and emotionally, in the nurturing and stimulating setting created by the team. We were particularly impressed at the way in which the childcare centre has responded to the challenges caused by the pandemic and have been reassured throughout by the precautions taken to keep everyone healthy. I would not hesitate in recommending the childcare centre to others or sending other kids there. Our son has attended Abbot’s Hill childcare centre since he was a year old.

Our daughter has thrived in this attentive and nurturing setting. The team are so welcoming and compassionate, consistently have time and work collaboratively with us as parents.
Not once has our daughter not wanted to go to childcare centre and she speaks so excitedly about her day when we pick her up.
Our other daughter starts at the end of the year and we can’t wait to see her delight in everything her sister has so far. Well done to everyone at Abbot’s for making this such a fantastic little community. This is a fantastic childcare centre and we couldn’t suggest it more highly.

She has loved her time here and we couldn’t be happier. All the team are expert, attentive and you can tell they really delight in working with the kids. We can’t suggest Abbot’s Hill Childcare centre enough. We adore this childcare centre, my daughter is in Stepping Up now and we will be so so sad to leave the childcare centre.

I have consistently found the team extremely expert, highly customer focused and willing to offer help and advice. They are all to a person constantly thinking and working for the best interests of the kids in their care.
I particularly like and appreciate the time they set aside at collection time to discuss with each parent/relative face to face the activities, mood, eating behaviour and assistance offered that day or session. This is further supported and supplied with a hand over sheet.
I can honestly say that every member of team and management I have met or spoken to are highly expert in their approach to kid care.
The site itself is, without doubt, the best-equipped childcare centre I have come across.
I would highly suggest this childcare centre to any parent. I am the grandfather of a kid at this childcare centre and deliver and collect him on a regular basis.

The team are all fantastic and consistently cheerful to see her, the childcare centre itself is consistently spotless and we only ever get smiles from our daughter when dropping her off. We adore receiving updates on her development and are so pleased with how far she has come along since she started. The updates with parents is excellent and we are encouraged to tell the team what she has been doing at the weekends so they can talk to her about her experiences and practice any new achievements when going back on Monday. The meals provided by the lovely cook are consistently nutritious and healthy, security is great and the team clearly delight in their roles. We couldn’t be happier and would highly suggest every aspect of Abbot’s Hill Childcare centre! We are absolutely thrilled with how well our daughter has settled in to Abbot’s Hill Childcare centre.

The team are consistently welcoming and genuinely care. My son has been going to this childcare centre since the age of 6 months and he is now just a little over 2 and I have never had any issues. The parents evenings are informative and really give the parents a chance to discuss development, and the updates on the app as well as the pictures make parents sense they are missing less of those special moments and have regular updates of how their kid is progressing. This childcare centre maintains an outstanding level of kid care, offers a nutritious and varied menu, encourages as much outdoor playtime as possible and really celebrates different events and cultures across the board.

All activities, standard of teaching and professionalism outstanding. Very cheerful with my kid’s welfare and development and would thoroughly suggest the Childcare centre. Members of team genuinely care and are diligent and efficient in everything they do. The way the childcare centre and all team have worked and handled Covid lockdown conditions selflessly is beyond outstanding! Well done and thank you to all. The team are stellar, they have got to know our daughter so quickly, their updates is excellent – they will call about any concerns, email response is very speedy, and they give a nice update at the end of the day. Our daughter speaks so fondly of her key worker (our extended family even know about her). The team have picked up on development areas well, and that one on one advice and attention is impressive when they are managing many kids. I cannot suggest Abbot’s Hill childcare centre enough, the playtime activities are varied and the kids go for walks in the impressive grounds. The picture updates during the week are so fantastic. My daughter joined Abbot’s Hill childcare centre a few months ago after we moved to the area and comes home so cheerful, talking about her enjoyable day.

They provide outstanding care for my daughter. They have helped so much with her development and suggest activities we can do at home. I drop her each morning knowing she is going to have a enjoyable-filled day in a secure attentive setting. I could not suggest this childcare centre highly enough.
