All the team are so welcoming, welcoming, and communicative with you. Right from the get-go, he enjoyed being at the childcare centre and bonded truly well with the other kids and team members and is consistently telling me about his days there. His updates has truly improved, as well as his moods as he truly looks forward to going, and wouldn’t be anywhere without me beforehand. I’m so glad that he has settled in well and it is obvious that his self‑assurance has improved when socialising with others, as well as his temperament with other kids too. There is a parent app where you can see what your kid has eaten, how much they’ve eaten, and nappy changes and the team upload a photo of your kid whilst doing an activity which is truly lovely to see on your updates! Everything about the childcare centre is so lovely, definitely a great choice for your little ones! There is nothing less than great to be said. My little boy has been there since early January now, and absolutely loves it there!

Her keyworker made me sense immediately at ease on our settling-in days and was so inviting and loving towards my little girl; I knew that she would be ok! The deputy manager has also been an incredible assistance and consistently checked in to see if I was ok through my transition back to work (which is also so important to have!).
The team have also been highly supportive of our use of cloth nappies, which I was highly worried about as not many people use them. The food menu is also highly varied; I adore checking my app to see what has been offered (and mostly eaten!). My little girl has truly thrived there the past few months, and I am just so thankful we chose Heath Mill! My kid started at Sandhills Heath Mill in March 2023, and I couldn’t be happier with her transition, and this is mainly down to the fantastic people and setting there!

However, lacks in updates from time to time between team members. Overall great. Welcoming team. I sense my kid is looked after well, however, could reassure them when gets emotional a little more. Food is great but a little expensive, especially when comes to a full day, as my kid doesn’t eat £13 worth of food. The fees are quite excessive, but the care is highly great. The childcare centre is highly great.

The app allows you to see updates about their day and allows you to message back to the team. The team a highly expert, compassionate and consistently ensure my kid gets the right level of stimulation. My kid leaves childcare centre feeling energised and loves nothing more than telling me what they did that day, what they ate, and who they interacted with – I cannot ask for more from the childcare centre team. My kid attends and gets a huge amount from childcare centre life!

The team truly do make the place; they are consistently so welcoming and welcoming, and my kids flourish there without a doubt! I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest it to other parents. It would be excellent if there were larger rooms and more outside space, but this is dependent on the location ultimately. Excellent childcare centre with incredible team!

She’s truly coming on in playtime, and they played a massive part in the speed of her potty training. She’s consistently excited to go in and playtime with her friends. Would definitely suggest this childcare centre. All the team are so lovely here and truly helped my daughter settle in over the last six months.

This childcare centre hasn’t let me down; they have earned my full trust. They keep me updated throughout the day, and the menu for the little ones is incredible. I see how much the team truly care about the kids. They listen to the parent, and nothing is too much trouble for them. There is nothing I could ask them to improve on because everything is five stars. Thank you, ladies, for everything. My first son went to Sandhills Heath Mill, so I knew exactly where I wanted to send my second kid when I was ready to go back to work.

Team put my mind at ease every day and show care, adore and kindness to my daughter. I find team pass all relevant information to each other so they are informed on the needs of my daughter. They are welcoming and she truly enjoys her days at childcare centre! My daughter has recently joined Heath Mill childcare centre upon my return to work.
