Throughout the whole process, Banana Moon Day Childcare centre Kingsbury was so supportive. We had a virtual tour as it was not possible to visit the childcare centre. The team member was informative and answered any questions we had without patronising us. We had three settling sessions, the first was done outside, which meant we could both attend. The team were exceptional and my son loved every second of all three sessions. The diary app which is used by the childcare centre during the day is exceptional. Plenty of pictures and information from nappy changes to the food they have eaten are updated regularly throughout the day. It truly makes you sense involved in the day. The food that is served is healthy and has a excellent variety. They do a variety of activities from messy playtime to storytime. You are kept up-to-date with their process through the golden moments and formative assessments. We found ourselves during the first lockdown trying to find a childcare centre for our first kid.

Since our daughter started the improvement in her is remarkable, she plays and interacts with kids having not been around them previously so well her eating and dining skills have come on so well along with her speech. Any concerns you have with your kid there is consistently advice and assistance given and all team go above and beyond to help. Daily diary sheets are given which tells you what they have been doing, what they have eaten etc and verbal feedback is given each day. I can’t suggest this childcare centre enough, the difference in our daughter is stellar. Our daughter has been attending since August 2016, the assistance provided during her settling in stage was outstanding.

The team are so welcoming and fill you with self‑assurance. The setting is lovely. It’s such a excellent setting and my little one loves childcare centre and the team so much. I would definitely suggest this childcare centre to anyone. I know my little one is secure and well looked after here and the app lets you see what your kid gets up to throughout the day which is incredible as well. Loads of different activities for him to do and varied meals and snacks. Excellent indoor and outdoor facilities. Our son has recently started here and we are so pleased with how he has settled in and started to develop.

As our daughter was only born just under four weeks before the first national lockdown, she was unable to attend baby groups or socialise with family and friends. This worried us about the impact it could have on her social development, therefore we decided the best thing for her was to start childcare centre. We decided to bring her to this childcare centre due to the location of the setting and the positive reviews the place had, since she has started we have seen a positive impact on her development. The team and my daughter’s key worker are so lovely and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure that her needs are being met. They have an app that keeps you up to date with your kid’s development and also how they are getting on throughout the childcare centre day, which includes meals, nappies, sleeps and activities. All the staffs are highly welcoming and supportive. It is so reassuring to see how cheerful she is when she gets there and how comfortable she is with her key carers.

I’m so cheerful I chose Banana Moon Day Childcare centre, Kingsbury, as my son is thriving and absolutely loves it there! He’s consistently doing new activities and the childcare centre keeps me updated on everything he does. All of the team are supportive and welcoming and I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest. My son started in January 2023 aged 11 months old and like any parent I was apprehensive.

He has come on so much and has achieved a lot, such as feeding himself and playing with other kids in such a short amount of time. All the team are lovely and supportive anytime of day. They have been so supportive during the Covid-19 period and I’m generally so cheerful to have found such a lovely setting for my little man. My little boy started at this childcare centre in September 2020 after a recommendation from a friend, I have been so cheerful since then.

She started after her first birthday and settled in immediately. They do a exceptional job and keep you informed on all activities. I truly sense she is in most attentive hands. Incredible setting and exceptional team! My daughter has been attending here since February and loves it.
