First Steps Kindergarten Leamington Spa

My first boy just started reception and I can tell the two years spent in First Steps paid a major tribute to his highly great start. Team at the childcare centre are focused on each kid’s needs and work together as a team. They know each kid from childcare centre, are welcoming and compassionate and this reassured me and made my boys sense like they are part of a family. Updates is another important aspect which I think is highly great at this childcare centre. Management and team are highly efficient with sharing relevant information each parent needs to know. The range and diversity of daily activities surprised me in a highly nice way. I’m glad my boys get to explore stuff they definitely wouldn’t have been able to do at home. I’ve had my two boys at First Steps and I only have great words to say about them.

I’m so glad we picked First Steps as it’s such a super childcare centre. The team have consistently shown a genuine interest and kindness to my daughter, and she built remarkable relationships with team which was so lovely to see. She truly did like going in, and it was nice to walk away confident that she would be having a great time. My daughter is now one of the youngest in her school class, and I think her self‑assurance and readiness is a credit to their hard work and encouragement. My son has now joined, and he comes out most days in a super cheerful mood, and it’s clear he’s has a enjoyable day. This childcare centre has shown their willingness to go above and beyond and made every effort to assistance Key-worker team during COVID-19 by remaining open (not many seemed to do this). We picked this childcare centre because the team stood out from others as being truly cheerful and welcoming.

They are so accommodating and flexible. My son does different and engaging activities every day and is highly cheerful there. Their care is exceptional. I would highly suggest to anyone. First Steps Kindergarten Leamington Spa is a exceptional childcare centre.

The team are so welcoming and welcoming, and now my kid talks about them all the time outside of childcare centre. They set up enjoyable interactive activities and spend lots of time outside in the garden, which is truly important to me. I know that if my kid is upset, she will be looked after and sense better in no time. We get honest and amusing updates at the end of each day at pick-up, and we are truly glad we chose First Steps for our kid. First Steps have been so supportive and super flexible in allowing multiple settling-in sessions with me present before building up my kid’s self‑assurance to stay by herself.

I cannot express how cheerful we are that we chose them. As a parent, to see your kid cheerful to attend is what puts us more at ease. The team are compassionate and motivate and encourage the kids to be independent. They are consistently willing to talk to the parents in case of any concern. Also, the childcare centre has a massive garden that the kids are lucky to delight in allowing them to spend quality time outdoors. As a plus, parking is not an issue, ever. My son has been attending this childcare centre since he was 9 months old and is now 3.

Ever since she began her time there as a baby, the team have been attentive, supportive and consistently greeted her (and us) with a cheerful smile. As soon as she began to talk she would tell us of what she did at childcare centre and who she played with. She would do so with much glee. I would suggest this place to anyone who is considering putting their kid into a childcare centre. It is in a excellent place, the team are fantastic, and it is run truly well. Our kid is coming to the end of her time at First Steps and will soon be starting school.

This childcare centre has a truly lovely homely sense to it. All the team are lovely and my 1 year old loves going in, she is raring to get down and playtime as soon as we enter (the baby room is a remarkable size for babies to toddle and crawl around in). My other little girl also loves it. It’s a huge bonus having the early drop off at 7.30.
The Tweenie room is also a fab size with lots of room to explore!
Fab childcare centre, incredible team, I highly suggest this childcare centre. When myself and my husband first looked around this childcare centre we couldn’t believe the size of it!

One is almost four and another is who is now 8 months. As a new mum handing over my then 6-month-old, I was worried – had I made the correct choice of childcare centre? I need not have! Over the past 3.5 yrs, the team have not only cared for my daughter, but given her adore, friendship, education, enjoyable and everything one could wish for their kid at childcare centre. Each morning, my now two kids beam at the door waiting to be let in. Each evening the girls are excited to fill me in on their day’s activities. I cannot praise the team highly enough. Also, there has been a consistent team group over the period I have known the team, which provides a stable setting for the kids. The curriculum, is broad and varied, with kids being given a wealth of different experiences, which I would never try at home! I cannot find fault with them. They have consistently been a pleasure to deal with and I am thrilled my girls are in their secure hands. In one word incredible! I have two kids at First Steps.

And of course, I decided to enrol my 1-year-old there. The playground is just breathtaking, and the warmth of the team is excellent.
We felt welcomed from the highly first phone call to the tour and to the settling in, the team has been remarkable and highly flexible with our numerous situations. One day we missed our trains and arrived highly late and they were not only highly comprehensive about it but “enjoyed the company as they were cleaning up!” They consistently have a smile on their face and excellent anecdotes about the little ones.
The manager is doing a excellent job at running that childcare centre, she is truly surrounded by some loving Misses who treat the kids as their own from what I can see! Place of enjoyable, adore and trust. We will miss it loads! What better review than from a mum who has been witnessing from her highly window how well they take care of the kids in the playground daily?

The team, management and facilities are all outstanding, this is the first childcare centre that we have used, we can’t fault it and sense lucky that we have found a place that feels like a second home for our little girl.
