Emscote House Day Nursery (Leamington Spa)

In my kid’s first 4 months of childcare centre I have never had an issue. Every week he is happier and happier spending time at the childcare centre and he is almost sad to come back home. Excellent variety of entertainment, kids are followed highly well and they take excellent care of babies (they are spotless and they use great brand nappies/creams). The updates is consistently fast, effective and expert; I had issues for payments leaving my tax free childcare account, they have been highly supportive and understanding. I am exceptionally cheerful with my choice and I would definitely suggest it. Highly pleased with the place and the excellent team.

The team were exceptional in settling the kids into the new childcare centre, particularly my older daughter who found the transition harder. The practitioners are highly attentive and take genuine pride in how they care for the kids, providing feedback and showing the appearance of the rooms. The room leader in preschool has also brought in new initiatives and additional discovering opportunities which have been outstanding. The childcare centre and company acted brilliantly throughout lockdown which was not the case with all nurseries when speaking to friends. The only minor criticism is that when the more senior leaders within the rooms are not present, there is noticeably slightly less structure, but no drop in the care! We would highly suggest Emscote House Day Childcare centre (Leamington Spa) and will be sad to leave. Both of my kids moved from another childcare centre where they were highly cheerful, to Emscote House Day Childcare centre (Leamington Spa).

My kid has had a excellent start to childcare centre, he was highly welcomed into the baby room and had a excellent relationship with his key person who showed excellent care as well as the rest of the team, he has since moved into the ladybird room and has settled truly well into the room, he has a excellent relationship with his key worker and the rest of the ladybird team and is highly cheerful to go into childcare centre and has so much enjoyable and is cared for greatly whilst there

I suggest this childcare centre to all my friends who have had babies, as it’s just so remarkable. The team are incredible and so welcoming and I sense like they all know my kids personally, which is lovely. Everyone there couldn’t be more supportive. You can go to them, I normally email them with a query and they get back to me highly quickly. My kids consistently say they have had such excellent days there and consistently seem to be doing such enjoyable and exciting things. Ten out of ten. my kids adore it here. Both my kids go here and have done since they were highly young.

The team are attentive, attentive and welcoming and have got to know our son well. The feedback we receive at the end of the day is in depth and lets us know everything he’s been up to and eaten. We are consistently pleased with the activities he’s taken part in and are impressed with how he’s developed since starting at childcare centre. Our son has been attending Emscote House Day Childcare centre for 6 months and we are exceptionally cheerful with the care he receives.

Every team member clearly cares for the kids and has an interest in the kid (even after they have left for primary school!). They are excellent at communicating with parents through daily feedback, weekly newsletters and an app allowing you to see your kid’s assessments/developments along with photos. Having experienced two other nurseries due to relocation, as a parent this has been my favourite and my kids are clearly cheerful when they are there. The outdoor area is impressive for a town location and kids are encouraged to playtime and explore outside regardless of the weather/season. Everything is included in the cost so you don’t have to send in any nappies/milk/bottles/food etc. We have had two kids at Emscote House at different stages and we can’t fault their care and provision.

The team are highly welcoming, the app is incredible so I can upload pics and so can the childcare centre. I have even moved away but commute just to keep her in this childcare centre. My daughter has been coming here for over a year now and she loves it so much!

Highly great updates and effective parent partnership. My son is consistently so cheerful to come into childcare centre, even when he is at home consistently talking about childcare centre or his educators. I can see on his discovering development how much is progressed, and how exciting he tells me the incredible activities is, consistently set up for the kids. Highly pleased with the childcare centre overall, definitely suggest it. 100% My son started childcare centre at 2 years old in Bumblebees, since day one team has been incredible consistently highly compassionate and attentive.

They have different personalities and interests, but both enjoyed their time immensely and have flourished under the care of the team, who are compassionate, welcoming and consistently full of enthusiasm. The only negative over this time has been a lack of consistency in the online system used for feedback, which has varied from frequent/detailed to highly little at times. However, having said that, for us, personally, it has not been a major issue, there is consistently a team member available at pick up and drop off to communicate relevant information about the day, chat through any worries and celebrate any achievements. The kids are consistently well looked after, supported through any problems/awkward phases and encouraged to develop their own interests and spend time discovering through activities they delight in. The indoor and outdoor facilities are both excellent. Both my kids attended Emscote House from the age of one up to the start of school.

We have been using the Childcare centre since 2018 and in this time have not experienced any issues. The building is in a excellent location and it’s like home from home. Its team are highly welcoming and make you sense a part of a family. My kid has enjoyed their time being a part of this family and we shall all miss it. I rate Emscote House Day Childcare centre as exceptional overall. My kid is due to leave to begin School.
