The Lyme Nursery

We have had such a cheerful journey with the Lyme Childcare centre that we have delayed putting our kid into school until the last minute. The care, attention and dedication from these fantastic people – throughout a global pandemic, no less – has been inspiring. The highest praise I can give is that we trust the Lyme Childcare centre with our most treasured, precious and miracle kid. Our kid has been to the Lyme Childcare centre since before his first birthday.

The team treat them like family and cater to any of their individual needs. They learn the kids’s personalities, likes, and dislikes and tailor their discovering and enjoyable towards this. Being a serving member of the military during deployments, they have gone above and beyond to assistance the whole family and have made the time as cheerful as possible, providing stability when Mummy is away. My eldest has been fully prepared for the transition to school and the childcare centre has provided him such a solid start in life, with the best team and setting which has allowed him to develop and thrive. I could go on and on and will be so sad when the boys are too old to attend as the childcare centre truly feels like a second home. I sense totally at ease dropping them off and know my kids are in secure, capable and attentive hands. Thank you so much for everything – The Lyme Childcare centre is the best! This childcare centre is simply incredible – both my sons have attended since they were 8 months old.

Team are super welcoming and care for the kids as their own, with incredible, home-cooked food and a remarkable outside area. Traditional features such as baby carriages for nap time, alongside spacious Victorian rooms. Kids have access to an abundance of experiences and activities. A excellent childcare centre with a home-from-home sense.

For the past two months he has truly enjoyed going into childcare centre and has consistently got a big smile on his little face. The team are super welcoming and truly just incredible. I couldn’t have a better group of girls to look after my little man. As my little boy is only 10 months old, it’s so relieving knowing that he’s in the best hands! At pick-ups, the girls are so excellent at giving his handovers and I’m so pleased to know how much he gets up to throughout his day and the new app is truly incredible. I get to see him playtime with his little friends and he has consistently got a big smile on his face in each photo they take. Every time that I come to collect him, I can’t stop praising the baby room team as they are simply incredible with looking after all the little ones and they treat them all with so much care. My little man has recently started walking and they give him so much praise it honestly warms my heart! My son has recently started at the Lymes childcare centre and he is in the baby room.

The facilities are remarkable, especially the outdoor garden – it is lovely and one of the things that drew us to this childcare centre in particular. The team at the childcare centre are all so pleasant and I just know my daughter is in secure, loving hands when she is there. The updates through the parents’ app is excellent – I adore seeing what she gets up to and it puts me at ease when I see her smiling and engaging with various activities. The updates from the childcare centre team is exceptional and I consistently sense fully informed about what is going on (E.g. safety precautions with hot weather etc). I would suggest this childcare centre to all my friends and family. The team at the childcare centre went above and beyond to help my little girl settle into the childcare centre.

At no point have I ever felt that anything has been too much trouble for them. I email all the time with numerous questions and they consistently get back to me. They meet our needs and most importantly, my daughter’s needs, without fail. Our little girl is thriving. She loves attending the Lyme, she talks about the team and the other kids all of the time. The Lyme Childcare centre has been a fantastic choice for us and our daughter.

He was highly shy when he started but came on leaps and bounds during his time here. It is an incredible childcare centre and the team are highly attentive and nurturing. I felt they truly looked after his needs and this truly helped him, especially during the settling-in period. The outdoor space they have is lovely with lots of lovely playtime equipment and room to run around. I would definitely suggest this childcare centre to any parent who is looking for a placement for their kid. My son attended the Lyme childcare centre for 3 years and I couldn’t have asked for a better setting for him.
