September 1, 2024 at 5:27 amThere is consistently a listening ear if you have any concerns and they are cheerful to give you advice to assistance discovering at home too.
Management are also exceptionally supportive and consistently take any concerns seriously and responds quickly.
The app is a excellent way of knowing what’s going on with the day and keeps you updated.
After lockdown my little one was so anxious and nervous but with assistance from Monkey Puzzle he’s now so much more confident.
I’m quite sad that our Monkey Puzzle journey will be coming to an end this summer when the little one starts school.
I would strongly suggest Monkey Puzzle to any parents especially those with a quieter kid that needs some encouragement My little one has been attending Monkey Puzzle Stafford since January 2020.
In that time I have seen his self‑assurance go from strength to strength, he loves coming home and talking about the science experiments they have tried, showing us yoga and the French words he has learnt.
The team are all incredible and super welcoming.

They have helped my daughter settle truly well and have kept me informed all the way on the handy app. The food is homemade and my daughter loves it. Management are welcoming and supportive. Monkey Puzzle is a lovely childcare centre.

There is also a massive change in my daughter’s development in the short time she has been going which is exceptionally satisfying. My daughter has recently started Monkey Puzzles and can safely say she has settled truly well, she has never been left before so this was a massive step I can not say in words how exceptional Monkey Puzzles has been with her.

My kids consistently go happily into childcare centre and the team consistently provide effective updates on collection and pick ups and also over the family app. The team are consistently welcoming and approachable and management are excellent too. I sense they have all of the kids’s best interests at heart which is so lovely to see! I would suggest Monkey Puzzle Stafford to all of my family and friends. My kids have been attending Monkey Puzzle Day Childcare centre Stafford for 2 and half years and I couldn’t ask for a better childcare centre.

November 24, 2024 at 10:24 amMy son loves going to childcare centre and has achieved lots of goals and come on leaps and bounds. He especially enjoys his yoga lesson and french lesson. All the team are just incredible and give a huge sense of relief leaving your kid in a secure, loving enjoyable place. The app they provide as well is remarkable giving you daily updates of your kid’s day and what they have eaten and learnt throughout the day. The food supplied is 10/10 for the kids with lots of healthy variety. I would highly suggest it. Monkey Puzzle is a remarkable childcare centre providing incredible care, nurturing and discovering for all the kids.

The team are remarkable and are truly encouraging of little one’s independence, whilst also supporting them and helping them learn. Remarkable hot meals and my daughter normally has seconds as she loves the food.
Outstanding discovering opportunities for the kids, lots of invitations to playtime with different tables and activities set up daily and outdoor playtime too. So highly cheerful that we chose Monkey Puzzle Stafford for our daughter.

January 4, 2025 at 9:57 amShe started in May 2022 and has grown in so many ways this past 12 months, she loves telling me all about her day with such joy on the car journey home. Also, she learnt how to count to 10 in French at 2.5 and is highly confident with her colours and shapes!
The updates with all team is exceptional, they are highly thorough with feedback/development. They are all so lovely and attentive that makes us sense truly comfortable with her being there. I also adore being able to click on the app and see what she’s been up to throughout the day!
Highly suggest, incredible childcare centre. Thank you. I can’t thank the team at Monkey Puzzle enough, my daughter absolutely loves coming to the childcare centre and she feels so cheerful and secure going there.

January 18, 2025 at 9:14 amThe price is great, comes with nappies and food and they help, they understand if have any trouble paying childcare centre. Many thanks from the heart for all your hard work, adore, dedication and patience to the kids, and for keeping personal belongings in order (toys, clothes), helping with potty training, attentive when they were not feeling well, making everyday a enjoyable setting to go to which was also highly important.

The kids are all cheerful and engaged in whatever activities are available. Parents and grandparents are consistently welcomed and included in special events within the childcare centre. Remarkable place for my granddaughter to spend time discovering and playing with her peers. Cannot suggest the childcare centre and team highly enough.

The team are welcoming and make you sense at ease leaving your kid there. The childcare centre has great values and the kids are spoiled there with all the activities and celebrations such as Christmas, Easter, Halloween etc.
Couldn’t have asked for a better setting for my daughter to be in. Thank you to all the team there for their adore and hard work. Highly appreciated. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

March 1, 2025 at 3:17 pmThis was the only childcare centre that stood out to us, they took their time showing us around when we went for a visit, they showed us all the safeguarding procedures they have in place which was comforting. Now she’s been attending for just over a month and she is loving it, we are so cheerful we decided to go with this childcare centre! The team are just so lovely and she loves going there, and especially loves their outdoor facilities! My little girl started attending this childcare centre in March this year, we viewed other nurseries including ones closer to us and more convenient to get to.

The owner, manager and all the team are so approachable and eager to help in any way. Would suggest it to anyone who lives in Stafford. My little boy has settled in well, team are truly supportive and want to help as much as they can.

I was offered taster sessions which was perfect for me, I could then see what my son would be doing etc. With the help from the childcare centre team, my son has excelled in so many ways – crawling, talking and walking. Every day there is consistently activities which are outstanding as they help with the kid’s growth and knowledge. I would suggest Monkey Puzzle to anyone and everyone that I know. Overall it is an outstanding childcare centre. Monkey Puzzle was the highly first childcare centre that I went to go and view when I decided the time was right to put my kid into childcare centre.
