September 6, 2024 at 7:45 amOur other kid went to two separate nurseries in Telford and both of which ended up with bad Ofsted reports. We sense Apley are highly great with updates, food, activities and team. We are highly cheerful with our kid attending this childcare centre. Our kid started here in April and so far we are highly cheerful with this childcare centre.

The childcare centre and team go above and beyond any normal expectations you would have of a childcare provider. Worth every single penny. 5 stars from us! I’m not being dramatic when I say Kids Planet Apley is a godsend!

September 21, 2024 at 8:21 pmI cannot give them enough praise they are so supportive to his needs when moving rooms so the transition is as smooth as possible. The encouragement he is given by all team to try new things (food especially) is incredible. He is thriving at the childcare centre and we couldn’t have asked for a better or safer place for him to attend and expand his growth. Thank you. My son has attended the childcare centre since he was 6 months old so from babies to tweenies and now in toddlers, he has loved every room and the team are just incredible.

September 28, 2024 at 4:49 pmThe team in the baby room are absolutely incredible and were so accommodating to our routine, it made us sense more comfortable leaving him there at first. They truly made our first journey of leaving our son perfectly. He is now in Tots and the team are incredible! He absolutely loves his days at childcare centre, it’s lovely to see. All team are so compassionate and attentive this is including the office team too! We appreciate the care and comfort you provide to our son and we wouldn’t trust anybody else. Thank you Kids Planet. Our son started the childcare centre September 2022 in the baby room and since then he has come along so well, it’s been incredible to watch him grow.

She has had excellent bonds with every adult in every room she has been in and has made lovely friendships with her peers.
Kids Planet Apley is a lovely community for my daughter to be part of, and as a parent you sense included with the detailed handovers given every day.
Now my daughters leaving to begin her primary school journey and everyone at Apley childcare centre will be missed. My daughter has attended this childcare centre since she was 11 months old.

October 10, 2024 at 9:21 amOur eldest started in preschool and consistently loved attending. He still talks about his childcare centre experiences now (which I think speaks volumes). We currently have two boys attending who started from the baby room. We can’t thank the team enough for all of their adore and care. They are all highly supportive and have become just like family. The boys adore attending childcare centre which make drop offs much easier. They are offered a range of experiences within the provision both inside and outside. All three boys adore the outdoors and Apley provides excellent opportunities for this. When planning the activities they take into account the individual interests and offer discovering opportunities to assistance this. As a family we couldn’t imagine sending the boys anywhere else! Thank you to everyone for all of your continued hard work in creating fantastic early years memories for our boys. We will be forever grateful. All three of our boys have/are attending Kids Planet Apley.

October 13, 2024 at 11:24 amThe team are outstanding and made her sense so welcome, it’s made it so easy for me to return to work without any worry. I’ve noticed her discovering and interaction with others has improved massively and can’t wait to see her develop further as she grows through the stages at Kids Planet. The childcare centre facilities are exceptional and so many activities for the kids to delight in. The value for money is excellent too. I’ve spoken to other friends and families who have kids attend other nurseries and have to take nappies and lunch. With Kids Planet, this is all included and makes life easier, knowing they are eating well and less to pack each morning. Thank you so much to everyone. My daughter has been attending Kids Planet since January 2023 and she couldn’t be happier.

November 5, 2024 at 7:46 pmThe team are exceptional and you can tell it’s not just their job but their passion to assist and encourage the growth and development of the little ones. My little one has been there for 16 months now, as a premature baby we were told his development might be delayed but he has met his milestones ahead of time and we thank the childcare centre for their part to playtime in this. I would highly suggest this childcare centre.

November 27, 2024 at 7:06 pmWe have loved each room and will be forever grateful for the hard work from the team and the memories they have created. The care they deliver to the kids is exceptional. I have no doubt that when I drop them off they will have a enjoyable filled day full of enrichment.
They are nurtured and supported. Their interests valued and incorporated into daily activities and their achievements are celebrated.
We will be sad when the day comes to say our final goodbye because it’s such a exceptional childcare centre. But, I believe the journey through this childcare centre has prepared them perfectly for their next step into school. I currently have two kids in preschool who both started when they were six months old.

January 23, 2025 at 2:03 pmShe consistently has a smile on her face with no hesitation to go into her room. She has an outstanding relationship with all of the childcare centre assistants and the kids who attend.
I have consistently found the office team to be exceptionally supportive.
I will 100% continue to use the childcare centre for school summer holidays for both my kids. My daughter has been attending this childcare centre for the last 3 years and there hasn’t been a day where she hasn’t wanted to go into childcare centre.

February 11, 2025 at 12:16 pmI cannot speak highly enough of all the team who are all clearly dedicated to creating a cheerful and secure setting for the kids. As my sons have progressed through the different rooms at the childcare centre, I can see the positive impact the team have had on their development and self‑assurance. They are both cheerful to attend the childcare centre and settle well. The team are highly creative in providing a variety of different activities, which are tailored to their developmental needs. They have more recently been on some trips out, which they truly enjoyed. The menu is varied and they consistently seem to delight in their meals and snacks! The management are outstanding and efficient at communicating with us about any changes at the childcare centre or responding to any queries we’ve had. Above all we are so glad to have chosen Apley and think they have given our sons the best start. I have 2 sons that attend Kids Planet Apley.

This is a excellent boost of knowledge ready for starting school with numbers, letters and phonics. I will be sad when my daughter graduates for school as the childcare centre has been a big part of ours and our kids’s lives for so many years. My son started in babies all the way through to starting school, my daughter also started in babies and is currently in pre-school.

Both of my girls attend(ed) the childcare centre from 18 months old and the development made was/is incredible (eldest is now at school, youngest in tweenies). They were/are consistently cheerful and loved. Most importantly, I trust the team, they are exceptionally welcoming and the turnover is low. Keep doing what you’re doing, we truly appreciate it. Over the years, I have been a team member and a parent at Ercall Village/Apley Village/Kids Planet.

We have timely reviews and are encouraged to work with them to ensure we assistance our kid’s development together in a consistent approach.

April 27, 2025 at 8:05 pmMy son settled into baby class within a matter of weeks only going 3 days per week. He comes home exhausted from all the enjoyable and interactive activities. The food menu is impressive and I was shocked by how varied my son’s meals are.
I have had a few incidents of different illnesses with my son and I cannot give the childcare centre team enough credit for how prompt and experienced they are with identifying issues and managing appropriately at childcare centre while communicating with me constantly throughout the day.
The team are highly approachable both for parents and kids. Personally, I adore how they treat my son and are interested in his life, what he gets up to outside of childcare centre and how they interact and include these things in his day-to-day discovering and playtime.
The childcare centre is immaculate with a lovely selection of toys and playtime set-ups for the babies.
I cannot praise the childcare centre or the team enough. My son has attended Apley Village Day Childcare centre since April this year.

May 2, 2025 at 2:18 pmThe team are incredible – every morning they all greet him as I walk through the building and take him to the baby room, and the team in his room are fantastic. They are highly compassionate, attentive and inviting – I sense that he is highly well looked after when I leave him.
There are lots of interesting toys to playtime with, the team take the kids out into the woods on walks, plenty of books to read and enjoyable outdoor playtime areas which he truly enjoys. The food goes down highly well – I think he often asks for seconds!
I cannot imagine a better childcare centre for our precious son. Our son has been in the baby room since he was 11 months old.

The team are so welcoming and welcoming, they are more than willing to help with any question or query. I sense she is treated amazingly while she is at childcare centre, her speech and development have come on so well. I would suggest this childcare centre to others thinking of sending their kid. My little girl has been coming here for a year now, she started at 11 months old.
