March 19, 2021 at 12:00 amThis is a fantastic nursery. My daughter settled really well and has really grown and developed since. The staff are lovely, friendly and approachable. I have no worries while I am working and she is at nursery. I can see what she gets up to throughout the day via the app too. I one hundred per cent recommend.

March 19, 2021 at 12:00 amI can’t rate this nursery highly enough. My four year old has attended Busy Bees at Dudley since she was nine months old and my son also attended before starting school. The staff are incredible, always cheerful and nothing is too much trouble. My daughter has a great relationship with the staff and she talks about them fondly at the weekends. I particularly like how they include the children in the conversation at handover which shows how child centered they are. Really accommodating which is important for working parents, the nursery has been a life line through this pandemic. I remember their first days at nursery and how supportive the staff were of both me and my children with their introductions. The piece of mind I have, knowing my child is somewhere safe and somewhere she is happy is priceless.

March 19, 2021 at 12:00 amMy son has attended the nursery since he was one and is now nearly four. I have been happy with all of his care. Any problems, I have been able to speak to his key worker or the manager and they have been supportive and dealt with the issue immediately. My son adores his key workers and I am sure he will be ready for transitioning to reception, thanks to his nursery. The fees do feel quite expensive but I do think it’s worth the money.

March 20, 2021 at 12:00 amBoth my children attend this nursery, my youngest daughter has only recently started. We cannot fault the staff and team at all. They are all excellent at what they do and under the current circumstances, they have adapted to this exceptionally well. All the staff are friendly and really know my children well and on a personal level. I could not recommend this nursery enough.

May 16, 2021 at 12:00 amI can’t praise Busy Bees at Dudley highly enough! Initially I was a mum that struggled with the idea of nursery as I wanted to do everything with my daughter myself but the development I have seen in her since she started is huge. She is coming home with new words, new skills virtually every week and socially she has blossomed. Me and her dad can tell how much time and energy is invested in her because she comes back with a big smile on her face and babbles. All of the staff are pleasant but I have to say a big thank you to two members of staff for their work with my daughter. They’re both lovely and I would strongly recommend Busy Bees at Dudley if you’re looking.

May 17, 2021 at 12:00 amOur daughter has attended Busy Bees at Dudley since she was eight months old. During the time she has been there her confidence has grown so much. The staff are fantastic. They know all the children and even the parents! Nothing is too much trouble. The app is an excellent way to see how the children are getting on.

We cannot rate it highly enough, she is so happy there and seems to have built up a great bond with the staff. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and really care about the children. The app is fantastic as it means I’m kept updated throughout the day of what my daughter is doing and receive photos and videos of her having lots of fun. I would highly recommend to anyone considering the nursery for their little one.

They have all been working so hard to keep to high standards and keep the nursery running through Covid-19 which has allowed parents to work. My son as come on leaps and bounds whilst attending nursery so would like to say a big thank you to all management and staff.

May 17, 2021 at 12:00 amThe nursery is very welcoming and they have made a great connection with my son. He’s had a great start there with them. They have been very supportive about medical needs, his condition and the team have taken the time to get to know this and have supported us in every way possible. The care we receive is excellent and I couldn’t fault it. The range of activities on offer are all age appropriate and my child has learnt lots already in such a short time. I wouldn’t send my child any where else and it is lovely to have all the photos and observation sent straight to my phone during the day for us to see that he is having a lovely time and learning lots.

May 25, 2021 at 12:00 amWhen my son started nursery I wasn’t sure what to expect never having to have used one before and I wasn’t sure I was 100% keen on the idea, however, it’s been a real eye opener. I love to see all the information on the app each day and the amount of stuff my son has learnt and been able to experiment with has been great given the fact as covid came he’d not done a lot before starting but this hasn’t stopped him getting stuck in. At first, I wasn’t sure he would settle as he was always upset and refused to eat but now he walks in happy, plays and eats and is always so smiley on all his photos. He’s made some great relationships and even plays with the others in his group I’m told. It’s been a great experience so far and I’m sure many more will follow in the time that he is there.

Every time I pick him up he’s like a different child comes back with confidence, things he’s learned that day he brings home and does them with us and it’s amazing to see him grow and develop. What they do with him is amazing and the app is fantastic, I sit waiting for updates and pictures from his day. I really love the app. I’m so glad I chose this nursery from the people to what they are teaching my son. It’s amazing and so glad I went with them.

October 5, 2021 at 12:00 amWonderful nursery. Can really see the progress our little one has made both in personality, eating, sleeping habits and overall confidence. Additionally, we love the menus and the app updates that keep us connected to our little ones through regular updates. Staff are wonderful and accommodating and we are mentally at ease knowing our baby is in very good hands.

November 1, 2021 at 12:00 amStaff are always caring and attentive to our child’s changing needs. No question or request is ever dismissed. All staff including admin, room practitioners and key workers are helpful and friendly. The nursery itself is well equipped and in such a short space of time, it is evident how much our child has progressed in her development. After only attending since September for one day a week, she is already happy to attend without any tears already. That speaks volumes for how happy she is to be left in their care. Highly recommended to any parent.

The boys come home happy and have always had a good day doing lots of different activities. Staff have always been very helpful with any questions we’ve had and have always tried their hardest to help. Very very pleased with this nursery and I always recommend to friends and family.
