There is very poor communication between nursery colleagues and parents. The management is highly unprofessional and will make a simple situation very hostile. They will openly admit they do not understand situations but bully and threaten you to agree with them. They will lie to you making a two-way working relationship untenable. In one situation one manager told me she was unfit to work just because I asked a question.
Best to go elsewhere at all costs.

August 31, 2022 at 12:00 amHaving all of my Nieces and Nephews go to this nursery, it’s safe to say that I would definitely send my own children there in the future. The staff hold the upmost care for the children, ensuring they offer the best for their needs and developments. They have some amazing activities for them too such as rhythm time, live animal sessions and many more. The activities they hold during special times throughout the year (birthdays, Mothers/Father’s Day, Christmas. and multinational events such as Diwali and Eid) are incredible and have a real diversity in what they do. The Management and Staff always ensure we are being heard and handle situations effectively. Highly recommend!
