September 21, 2024 at 4:37 amThe crew are so caring and attentive and both girls speak enthusiastically of them all. Our youngest two daughters go to Ducklings Nursery. They both enjoy it so much and we can see the progression they have made socially and academically.

I cannot thank the early‑years hub enough for the foundation and a perfect mix of playing/learning whilst my little one has been in their care. Thank you. I am really impressed with the approachability of the crew and the genuine care they have for each little one.

I treasure that I can be informed by text and photos of what my boy did in the nursery setting. They plan lots of exciting activities such as a Jubilee party, and rugby tots to keep my little one entertained. I definitely will keep my little one in the childcare centre until reception. The administration is good too, with quick responses with spotless answers. Ducklings Private Nursery is a great nursery setting with useful and welcoming crew.

I feel that if ever I have an issue or a question I can comfortably ask and am self‑assured I get the help/support that I need. My young lad treasures coming and now that his speech has picked up loads it’s great to hear him tell me of all the wonderful things he gets up to at childcare centre.

Staff are exceptionally welcoming and engaging with the kids and any concerns are dealt with promptly. Overall a fantastic childcare centre! Children develop well and are thrilled, sociable and enthusiastic.

We feel in touch through the childzone app and updated through parents evening – where personnel are in no rush to move to their next appointment. Over the past 6 weeks, they have built confidence socially and we believe this is down to the approach and period of the nursery setting and its crew. We are excited about the coming months and the enthusiasm of our little one coming out more and more.

January 27, 2025 at 8:29 pmBased on our journey, there is no way I would send my younger little one to Ducklings. I cannot fault the support and nurturing my little one has received from the fantastic members of team, however, the owner’s actions and behaviours at times are questionable. It is with a heavy heart I write this review however Ducklings has changed drastically in the two years my youngster has joined. There has been a high turnover of team leaving truly few original instructors.

February 13, 2025 at 4:32 pmIt is great to see what fantastic games they always games with the kids, already in the baby room and even more now in toddlers. As I am a first-time Mum I was not quite sure about leaving my little one alone for so long, but I have to say Ducklings made him feel so welcome, that I lost any concerns shortly after starting. So yes I can enthusiastically suggest Ducklings for your kids, I am sure they will treasure it. Now that my young lad is talking, he tells me every morning that he wants to go to daycare. The whole team is super welcoming and positive.

April 15, 2025 at 6:24 amMy boy has developed a strong bond with the instructors at Little Ducklings which shows me how much they must attention about the little ones. He often talks about the educators and the youngsters with a really positive outlook. I can tell when he has learnt something new as he often comes home with a new song or tells me what he’s been doing that day. Overall I’m extremely pleased with the decision I took to send my young lad to Little Ducklings and I’m confident that he is set for starting reception in September. My young lad really enjoys going to childcare centre.

We have been given great feedback regarding eating habits and playtime and what he finds interesting etc. The personnel are truly welcoming and have a great rapport with the youngsters.

June 7, 2025 at 12:37 amI always know how my youngster is doing with their discovering from updates on the childcare centre app and given overall feedback on how they have been through the day at pick up. Both my boy and girl have now been to Ducklings Private Nursery Sutton Coldfield. The personnel work hard with the kids to bring out their strengths with the early absorbing goals in literacy, numeracy and understanding the world etc.

July 6, 2025 at 1:15 amHis updates abilities and his English have better and Ducklings’ personnel have been exceptionally supportive with preparing youngsters to transition to primary school. I definitely advocate Ducklings and my younger kid will join them as soon as she is old enough. My boy has learned many new things in Ducklings, I am always amazed by everything interesting they teach the little ones. The crew are exceptionally nice and welcoming and my little one is always thrilled to go to early‑years hub and see everyone there.
