September 13, 2024 at 3:15 amExcellent correspondence from all crew with regular updates. Always a wide variety of food offered. The personnel have adapted extremely well throughout covid, making changes sometimes at short notice that reflect the changing needs of little ones, parents and personnel and have always kept parents updated via written, email and verbal updates. Always hygienic and well organised with appropriate age-related equipment for absorbing. You do receive value for money but fees are high which is similar in all nurseries in the surrounding area.

October 19, 2024 at 11:33 pmHer first graduation and all she did was have fun to achieve it Have and will definitely continue to endorse the early‑years hub. Our young lady had an incredible time with her Busy Bees family and we had a fabulous time too. Luckily baby number two is still there to enjoy it all. A massive thank you to all at Busy Bees QE. The party was a complete surprise and really fun for all involved. Well done to the whole organising team and a special thanks to the class educators for looking after our baby girl. What an fantastic farewell party for the childcare centre graduates.

November 15, 2024 at 7:59 amWe had natural concerns about him going to childcare centre so young, however, from the start we were reassured by the lovely kind caring personnel and felt totally self‑assured leaving him in their care. He clearly had lots of fun doing different activities and felt thrilled and secure, and we greatly appreciated how caring the team were to him, and how cheerful and cordial the crew were to us. Our boy started at Busy Bees when he was 7 months old. We were impressed with the wide range of international foods provided and how his eating competences developed there. We appreciated being encouraged to call whenever we wanted to see how he was doing. We also particularly liked the multicultural activities, and that he often brought home his artwork and lovely cards and presents he had made. We had to move to a new childcare centre a year later as our circumstances changed and felt really unhappy to leave. We would wholeheartedly endorse to others.

November 17, 2024 at 8:56 amThe food is of a high standard and good portion sizes too and they really encourage them to use spoons/forks to help develop their table manners. The crew are so engaging and interactive and they help encourage all the kids to participate. The baby room is lovely and spacious with separate sleeping area with cots in, so really nice if your baby is quite difficult to settle for daytime naps. The toddler room has further their important advancement and it’s where he learnt to walk and talk! Very sensible team when the kids are poorly and will give medicine and not always expect them to be picked up which is good if it’s difficult to leave work. My little one has been at Busy Bees between age 1-2 and a half and I have only moved him because I changed jobs. The nursery setting always has activities and lots of fancy dress opportunities which is fun for the kids. Also a good garden area for the crawlers. Lovely arrangement and an assortment of toys to stimulate exploring and help develop their hand-eye coordination.

December 13, 2024 at 5:45 amI would wholeheartedly endorse Busy Bees to anyone. I have felt at ease leaving them there knowing they are safe and being well looked after. Busy Bees at the QE is a great childcare centre, all the personnel including Admin are extremely caring and useful. My girls have grown and learnt so much while being at the nursery setting and have enjoyed going. My 2 girls joined this nursery setting from 2014-2019.

December 29, 2024 at 5:57 amMy little one has went to Busy Bees QE since 2018 and they have supported my young lad with his SENCO targets. His key worker is fantastic and I have seen such a change in him over the preceding six months during this difficult time. I’m kept up to date and we work alongside childcare centre.

January 10, 2025 at 6:00 amWe can sleep at night now knowing our only grandson is well looked after and in a secure and lovely early‑years hub and our grandson even has a special childcare centre nurse he goes to if he’s having an off day. All the kids sat enjoying their meals with the nursery setting girls waving and smiling to me, each being helped to feed themselves on little table and chairs, not one crying could I hear throughout the whole childcare centre. I needed to pick our grandson up early (which was pre-arranged). From the moment I rang the door, security was fantastic. Well done girls, it was a pleasure to meet you all xxx All the usual concerns all mums and grandparents have. Our only grandchild first went into a early‑years hub when mum went back to work and have to say we were beside ourselves worrying what if he is left to cry and what if he’s not looked after properly? Yay, I’m so thrilled our young lad and wife chose Busy Bees QE. These tiny 1yr little ones bought tears to my eyes. I was taken to the dining room and I could have cried.

January 20, 2025 at 10:02 pmEntrust your precious little ones to Busy Bees QE without hesitation. All have cared for both my daughters as if they were their own. Indeed, the team go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the inclusion of all kids no matter what the circumstances. The personnel here consistently display great warmth, empathy and a fun-loving nature as well as being consummate professionals. They act, at all times, to create an environment in which little ones can thrive.

February 1, 2025 at 8:15 amThe removed toys haven’t been noticed by my young lady because there are other things to activities with. The food sounds fantastic. Staff record the headway of each youngster and tailor activities to help them develop at their rate. Definitely suggest them. Temperatures are checked throughout the day, certain toys have been removed and they wash their hands regularly. The menu is balanced and refreshed with the change in seasons. Covid adaptions are not intrusive to the kids’ day. I feel thrilled when I drop her off that she is protected, cared for and will be pleased. The building is purpose-built, so absolutely suited to a early‑years hub setting. Staff do their best to get to know each little one and even the office crew greet her by name. My little one joined the nursery setting in 2018 at 10 months and is now 3.5 and in the preschool room. The garden has a good-sized soft tarmac type area and a separate grassy area. Activities are varied regularly, so she never gets bored, and are appropriate at each age stage.

March 5, 2025 at 4:25 amMy boy has enjoyed the attention he has received there. My wife and I are exceptionally passionate about my son’s growth and we really appreciate the regular catch up opportunities we had with my son’s primary carer. We will miss all the support my young lad has received here and we will miss the admin assistance from the management. The admin/management team are really competent as they went above and beyond to help me secure funding for my young lad and extended their assistance even at the time of leaving the nursery setting due to job relocation. This is a great early‑years hub for those who want a great start for their kids from a young age. Great team both carers and admin. My young lad knows the names of virtually all the team members and it’s a sign of the close interactions he had with the carers and that he cherished. Competent and professional.

March 8, 2025 at 11:17 pmShe walks into childcare centre without even looking back at me, she is already too interested of what is going to happen. The introduction of the app was great, especially in this pandemic time when there is limited opportunity to talk to the personnel about your child’s day. If I tell her in the morning we are going to early‑years hub she is gets excited. My young lady who is nearly two treasures going to that nursery setting. Now, I can follow it on my mobile phone! I even know what and how much she eats and her nappy changes. The management has been extremely accommodating and understanding. I can link to it and follow it when she is back at home. I had to change the booking pattern almost every month recently because of the pandemic affecting my family situation. I know if there are new activities she is engaging into and what she is absorbing. I also think she really likes the ladies who attention for her. She started when she was one and she joined half days.

March 23, 2025 at 9:47 amMy family has grown and the team have been brilliant with helping to prepare my kid for the arrival of a new sibling and made the process much easier for all of us. Outdoors playtime is incorporated into the day and there is a large garden to activities in. The previous year has been a roller coaster for everyone but the childcare centre has been fantastic with their response, adapting at short notice and helping the youngsters adjust to this new normal. The centre is always hygienic, tidy and the crew are welcoming and often greet all the little ones by name, even ones I haven’t met before. My kid has was enrolled at this nursery setting for the past two years and has learnt so much during her time spent there. All activities are appropriately age-related, engaging and varied, my youngster especially enjoys reading and activities have been related to the current favourite story. I am extremely thrilled with the support and attention my kid receives and the new sibling is already signed up to join when I return to work.

March 26, 2025 at 3:19 pmThank you to two members of crew especially! He settled in quickly, and as he progressed through the rooms, he enjoyed his time spent with the different caregivers. They have spacious open rooms, and all the crew get to know the kids extremely well, so I was always comfortable leaving him knowing he was in good hands. Good updates on the app and parking outside, which can occasionally get busy with the hospital traffic, but overall, a great period for a first-time mum, so thank you, Busy Bees! My young lad went to this childcare centre from the age of five months, and I was impressed with how cordial and caring all the crew were.

March 27, 2025 at 5:35 amNot only a kind and smiley face to welcome us in but also encouraging, professional and regimented in the rules. Throughout unprecedented times the crew at Busy Bees have been exceptional. I just can’t speak more wholeheartedly of them. Thank you each and every one of you. Thank you so much for the incredible hard work and time you give to my little boy. They have faced extremely uncertain times but their priority has always been the safety of the kids and those associated with the youngsters. He is really coming out of his shell outside of the home and I put a lot of that down to the fabulous people looking after him.

March 27, 2025 at 2:10 pmThere is always a varied diet offered at the nursery setting and the girls are great at making sure the kids are drinking enough during the day also. The protocol of temperature checking on arrival and the way they have handled covid puts me at ease sending my girl there during this time. We get updates constantly of how she is progressing and photos are often uploaded to the nursery setting app which is a lovely thing for us to see during the day at work. She’s adores attending there. The indoor and outdoor games facilities seem really good depending on the weather. My little one has went to Busy Bees QE for the past 12 months and I couldn’t be happier sending her there. They have had a lot of changes over the past few months due to Covid and seem to have adapted to these exceptionally well, and contact of these changes have been passed to parents promptly with any queries being answered. We can tell when collecting her int the evening that she has an incredible time while there.

April 13, 2025 at 8:42 amShe’s always so animated when telling us what she’s been up to during her day and we can clearly see the various things she is exploring and the little ways in which she’s developing. I always get a sound handover at pick up time, of the day she’s had and things she’s done particularly well in but also things she may need a bit of help on improving, which allows me to work collaboratively with the childcare centre in addressing those. She gets a good diet through her meals and the childcare centre take her safety and wellbeing exceptionally seriously, always contacting me immediately with any issues. I’m self‑assured she’s protected, delighted and well looked after. The childcare centre uses excellent means of communicating daily, not just the meals but quantities she’s eaten, and also the activities she has partaken in. My little one has been at the childcare centre for a couple of months; the enjoyment she gets out of going shows by her excitement in the morning when dropping her off and enthusiasm in the afternoon when picking her up.

April 28, 2025 at 4:11 amThe team have been warm, welcoming and helped my little one settle in quickly. He had never really been to a early‑years hub full-time and had spent the prior year at home and in a different country too! They have provided a caring, nurturing place and I can see that my little one feels protected and thrilled. Additionally, his meals seem delicious!

May 17, 2025 at 3:48 amWe are pleased with it. Very pleased it remained open for NHS workers. The workers are useful and kind but we are mirroring the feedback from a improvement report or a minute chat about our son’s behaviour and headway. We don’t know activities and sites so it is difficult to answer those boxes. It’s truly difficult to give an accurate evaluation of the childcare centre during these times as the face-to-face contact is minimal. They have strictly followed the Covid-19 rules and we felt secure for the previous year. Also reassured as we see and feel that our little one is exploring but we don’t really know how, what and when. Thank you for that.

May 21, 2025 at 12:11 pmNice people. My little one always goes with a smile and returns in the same way. There are a variety of activities for kids, indoor and outdoor. Hygienic environment and food quality. Kids are well received and taken support.

May 30, 2025 at 8:02 pmI have entrusted the personnel at this superb early‑years hub with both of my youngsters full time since they were eight months old. They are kept safe, stimulated and developed by a great site and great individuals and I would never want my youngsters to go anywhere else. My boys have benefitted from the kindness, respect, patience, knowledge and fun of each and every member of the team at Busy Bees QE; from the cleaner to the manager, everyone knows my boys’ names and their personalities and takes delight in talking about them as much as I do. Even though it is a large percentage of our joint income to put them in nursery-we haven’t ever regretted the decision to send them to this one of a kind site.
