From the truly first day, he is extremely delighted, the team is exceptionally kind with him, they are exceptionally close and extremely careful. Our boy goes to the early‑years hub five days a week full time. The crew is always organizing activities to stimulate him, always keeping us updated about everything, food, sleeping, daily activities, we couldn’t choose better! Every single day when we drop him there he is smiling and he looks truly comfortable playing around since the minute one.

The management always reply to all questions as soon as possible. The team are truly professional, lovely and caring people. They keep all of the youngsters protected and healthy and update the diary on time. Highly endorse Highfield Day Nursery. My boy really enjoys attending the nursery setting.

My little one is enrolled at the childcare centre 5 days a week. It was lovely to see the kids with their playgroup, educators and parents. The crew are like family and we, as parents feel really self‑assured that our youngster is receiving the best support. The Sports Day, Queens Platinum Jubilee celebrations are a special call-out. He adores his time in the Nursery. We definitely couldn’t have chosen better.

We would have no hesitation in recommending to any parent/career. We’re exceptionally downhearted to say good-bye but exceptionally thankful for all hard work and devotion. He’s had several strong key workers over his time within Highfield who have always had his best interests at heart – often going above and beyond to give the best care. There’s been exceptionally little crew change over in the time we’ve had a placement meaning there’s always been a familiar face at the door. My boy has was enrolled at the nursery setting for nearly 4 years. 10/10!

He adores coming to early‑years hub and runs in every morning. The team are kind, accommodating and caring, and the management goes above and beyond. As a parent, I can’t be happier with my son’s care, and I would enthusiastically endorse this early‑years hub. The food is lovely, well-prepared and diverse. My boy has been here since May 2022, he has come on leaps and bounds since being there!

I cherish the early‑years hub atmosphere, team friendliness and their continuous aspiration to develop their skill in dealing with little ones. I gave the crew section a ‘good’ rating rather than ‘excellent’ as sometimes some of them still deal with certain situations spontaneously rather than how they were trained. Nevertheless, the crew are super supportive, good listeners and kind. My little one thrived beautifully at Highfield Day Nursery and their different aspects of growth have all been monitored closely and shared with myself over the years. The personnel has been wonderful working on each aspect until achieved. The childcare centre is open for parents to pop in whenever, giving the nursery setting transparency and parents peace of mind. An example would be hearing one of the personnel telling a little one “not to be a drama queen” or “not to worry” although they are obviously going through a tide of emotions that need to be acknowledged. Photos of my child’s day been shared through the childcare centre App, a feature that we treasure.

We are so glad she is in an inclusive setting from such a tender age. It is a diverse early‑years hub, which celebrates all celebrations and festivals. Management are receptive to feedback and the food provided is nutritious. She has been there since 9 months and we are so pleased with her growth. Staff are polite and always give us a pleasant feedback. The crew at the nursery setting have so much treasure to give to our little one.

The crew are all excellent and look after the youngsters with great professionalism and warmth. The early‑years hub has good sites including a wonderful garden which the kids go out into several times a day. Parents are given regular updates and are welcomed into childcare centre often for special events and celebrations – the whole family was made to feel part of the nursery setting community. During the pandemic the team took sensible measures to make sure the childcare centre was protected, while ensuring the little ones were able to enjoy as much normality as possible. Both of my little ones have went to Highfield Day Nursery and I have been extremely delighted with the journey they have had there.

My boy enjoys times in Highfield. He enjoys playing indoors and outdoors. We feel in debt and grateful to the lovely, kind and caring crew there. The settlement section goes well. Staff are lovely. Thank you so much.

Quick to notice unfamiliar behaviour which is truly reassuring. Very helpful personnel, who are kind and useful. The kids are pleased and content whilst attending and when they return from childcare centre. Always willing to listen and advise.
