Singleton Day Nursery

She has settled in highly well. All team that work with her knew her and what her needs are. She does lovely activities every day. The menu is varied, and I cannot fault the standard of food. We use cloth nappies, and the childcare centre is cheerful to use them also. Systems and processes are in place so that we consistently sense like we are involved in our daughter’s day (despite being in a pandemic, not entering and masks). My daughter runs in in the morning and is so cheerful going there, which makes a huge difference to my day. My daughter has been in Singleton Day Childcare centre for just over 6-months.

Management has consistently been highly responsive and supportive when we’ve needed to engage with them. Both my kids are thriving in this setting! The team are highly attentive, compassionate and consistently keep us updated on changing needs.

Team have been so welcoming and supportive. On the second day, my little one couldn’t wait to get into the arms of the lady and go inside. The app is exceptional, giving updates and photos to give you peace of mind. The outside area was highly important to us, and it looks incredible. The kitchen and under 2s area can be seen through windows, so loved seeing all the veg prepped for dinner time when I turned up unannounced to ask more questions! And most of all, the parents I have spoken to at drop off/collection have only had highly positive things to say about the place, and I’ve asked a few! Outstanding, efficient, supportive, great app, kids can’t wait to go, multiple kids there, no dramas… have all been comments people have given me, so I sense highly pleased with our choice and can’t wait to see how our little one grows during her time there. Some scores are lower only because too early to comment yet. I can’t comment long term as my little one (11-months) has only had two settling sessions so far, but I can say she has loved it.

The team are all exceptional, and I adore how they take time to give every parent a full and detailed handover at pick-ups. That means so much. He is highly pleased when a lot of his school friends attend Playtime Scheme too, but equally, he has lots of enjoyable when they don’t. He is especially fond of one member of team, and she’s been made aware of this.
I can highly suggest this place and will continue using it for half term. Thank you for all your hard work, everyone. My son attends Playtime Scheme at this day childcare centre; he has never said he doesn’t want to go in.

My son has been going here since he was 10-months-old. He has developed strong bonds with the team; it has also truly helped his development and prepared him well for school. My 10-month-old is due to start soon, and it is comforting to know that my son has such great care at this childcare centre. I am confident his transition to the childcare centre will be managed well by the team. I suggest this childcare centre to all my friends.

The team have been truly compassionate and supportive and have worked with us to help our daughter settle in. The app is used truly effectively to share information, and it is easy to keep in touch with team throughout the day if needed. It has taken our daughter a while to settle in, but the team have been so attentive and committed to helping her find her feet. We would definitely suggest it! We have been truly pleased with our journey at Singleton Day Childcare centre.

Consistently receive excellent pictures also. Excellent updates through the app if there’s anything we need to. Everyone is highly welcoming with a excellent atmosphere, and my daughter consistently goes in cheerful as well as comes out.

Notice since he started, he has flourished with his speech and talking more clearly. Team are consistently cheerful, welcoming and so supportive. The app they use is excellent, as can see what the kids are doing, so sense excellent knowing they are getting taken care of and shown the enjoyable they have. Best childcare centre by far. My son has attended since December.

All team and management are expert. Well done, and keep it up. I think the kids are improving their skills because of the activities that are held every day. Again, highly cheerful and appreciated the remarkable journey. Highly cheerful with the childcare centre.

All team members are compassionate, calm, supportive and expert; I consistently sense that he is in highly secure hands while at the childcare centre. We especially delight in the regular updates from his key worker, who consistently keeps us updated on his day and discovering development.
I also wanted to mention how supportive and welcoming the management team are, consistently on hand to deal with any enquiries that we have.
It truly is a remarkable childcare centre, and sending our son there is the best decision we ever made.
