March 10, 2022 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been with DVLA Nursery since I returned to work when she was 9-months-old.
The staff are amazing. Through each section, she has always enjoyed herself I feel like she has been well looked after.
They are great at their jobs and always ready to discuss any worries, new routines etc.
The app is great so you can see what’s happening throughout the day too. Always plenty of activities to keep them busy and outside play whenever possible.
Highly recommend.

March 10, 2022 at 12:00 amMy experience of DVLA Day Nursery has been very positive from the moment my first child started there eight years ago. All three of my children have attended the nursery and I recommend it to anyone looking for childcare. What’s lovely is that many of the faces have remained the same throughout the eight years. I think this says a lot about how happy the staff are that work there, you can see they enjoy their job and care for the children like their own which makes it easier handing over in the mornings. The activities that the children do are so fun and bring on their development. I particularly enjoy receiving photos on the app, reassuring me that my child is happy. My three boys have all really enjoyed the large outdoor space which the staff make use of all year round.

August 5, 2022 at 12:00 amMy child started at DVLA Day Nursery after being in another nursery. I was very nervous, however, she settled straight away. The staff treat the children as their own and they know her so well. The staff are always at hand to give me feedback and they post lovely photos on their app so I know what she is getting up to throughout the day.
They are really strict on safeguarding, which makes me feel so much at ease. While going to their open evening it was lovely to see it really is a home from home.

August 5, 2022 at 12:00 amOur little one started in June in the DVLA Day Nursery. We were a little anxious about it as he is mainly with us and has never been great at going to people he didn’t know. Since starting at this nursery, he is much happier to go to others, (which makes our lives easier). After a few sessions of getting to know everyone he is starting to settle well and clearly enjoys his time there after only 4/5 weeks. Cannot thank the staff enough for getting him to this point in such a small space of time. He is happy and comfortable there which is all we can ask for. Love getting updates through the day and the photos of him smiling and playing. Best decision we made, looking forward to watching him grow and make friends here. As well as take part in all the wonderful planning they do as he transitions.

August 8, 2022 at 12:00 amDVLA Day Nursery are just fab! My little one is a bit anxious about leaving me but the staff there always keep her distracted and entertained so that she enjoys the day. I feel that she is safe and well looked after there, which makes it easier on us both! The food menu is always varied, and the updates through the day on the app are great! Great competitive rates for the local area too, absolutely no complaints!

The staff are great, always doing amazing activities and keeping us informed via the app about everything (food, naps, accidents, activities, learning and development, etc). I feel like they really care for my little one and I’m not missing anything whilst I’m at work. I would 100% recommend it!

I was a little apprehensive how she would be as she was born just before lockdown but due to the care and fun she has at nursery she loves it. The staff are so good with the children and deserve more credit than they are given!

January 17, 2023 at 12:00 amOur little man has been at the DVLA Schoolhouse nursery for just over a year and is thriving in an environment that supports his additional learning needs. The staff at the nursery have been fantastic helping with his development and really including him day to day. He is happy to go into the nursery and is happy coming out after a full day. We receive lots of updates celebrating his achievements and our fridge is decorated with all his art and crafts that he brings home. It is an environment that allows our son to be the best version of himself where we feel he is supported, safe and loved.

They always ensure we are kept up to date with everything the boys get up to throughout the day. The girls always give me a sense of peace and security with how they treat him and keep us up to date every all the little things he does/eats and drinks throughout his time there.

I receive regular updates on my son’s progress and what he has accomplished, photo updates when applicable and a comprehensive breakdown of his daily activities and eating habits which help massively with preparing his favourite meals in the house.

The staff are very friendly and caring, I don’t have to worry about my son, good care is being taken. As a mother, I got the app on my phone so I can see all updates each day about my son being in nursery. About nappy changes, his nap schedule and eating. Highly recommend the place.

My son has attended for some months now and I couldn’t be happier. All staff have gone above and beyond to settle and care for my child, the learning/play activities that they offer are great, especially the outdoor area! In a short space of time, I have seen my son’s confidence grow and flourish. DVLA staff are polite, compassionate and understanding. The app is beyond helpful and detailed too. Food choices are broad and healthy.
