Home From Home Children's Day Nursery Ltd

My son has attended this nursery since he was twelve months old. He is now two and half and thriving. He absolutely loves the staff members, they are like a big family. I also feel very supported by the staff. They keep me up to date continuously throughout the day, making me feel at ease. I one hundred percent recommend this nursery, it’s the best in the area.
The food is amazing and they are always carrying out new and exciting activities. Thank you to Home From Home Children’s Day Nursery Ltd for everything so far.

I could not recommend this nursery enough. Every staff member is extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They go above and beyond every day. I can not believe how well the staff know all the children with their individual likes and dislikes. If my son is ever upset going (which isn’t often) they know exactly which staff member to get and the right things to say to get him smiling and going in happy. He comes out every day smiling and happy and asks to see the staff when at home. I couldn’t have picked a better nursery and will be devastated when my son has to leave.

We absolutely love Home from Home Children’s Day Nursery. It is the only nursery my son (2 years) has been able to settle in and the girls are absolutely brilliant with him. He has a favourite nursery worker, who is always happy to see him, tells me about his day and is really positive. All of the girls have a good understanding of child development and the children are able to decide for themselves what they participate in.
The facilities are brilliant, the soft play, the outdoor area and the amount of toys and books available. I love hearing about all the different activities the girls have set up for the kids. The kitchen provide a vegan diet for my son and I receive daily updates of what he’s eaten, done throughout the day, nappy changes and lots of pictures so it feels like I’m watching him throughout the day!
I’ve noticed a change in my son since he has attended the nursery, his speech is coming along and he acts out songs and things he’s learned at nursery with us. 100% recommend.

Finding a nursery can be daunting, mothers guilt kick in, is it the best place? Is my child going to be happy? I can honestly say from the moment I walked in I wanted my son to go there. He’s been there 2 years now and absolutely loves it! He’s always happy and that puts me at ease whilst at work. All the staff are amazing I literally can’t fault anything about them. My son loves all the girls that’s have helped him grow into a confident little boy. The food menu I get jealous over sometimes when I’m eating a sandwich and he’s got home-cooked meals and desserts. I have highly recommended Home from home to anyone who asks what nursery my son attends. During covid which was a hard time for everyone they went above and beyond to make sure all the children and staff were well looked after. I know my son is going to miss all the girls once he leaves to start school. I will miss them all as well. I can’t thank them all enough! 5* from myself and my boy.

Our minds were put at ease from day one after receiving a photograph of her out on a walk with a big smile on her face!
My daughter has thrived from attending nursery two mornings a week, she has learned so much and gets so excited to go and see the girls and her little friends.

My two daughters attend Home From Home Children’s Day Nursery and it is most definitely the home from home experience for them! The staff are absolutely amazing with them they go above and beyond. My little girl always comes home telling me about how she’s had a fun filled day and is so excited to go back each time! The nursery on my stay and play sessions was always lovely and clean with plenty of age appropriate toys, the staff were absolutely amazing with the other children to which was lovely to see knowing they were going to care for my little ones. I couldn’t recommend this nursery more, the best nursery by far in Wales!

We’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Home from Home Nursery. The staff are incredible and my little girl has thrived since joining in September 2022. I love the app that allows me to see photos and a personal diary of my little girl’s day. It definitely helps going to work knowing she’s so well cared for as well as having incredible learning experiences that will help her to develop each week. Communication with the nursery is fantastic and they’re only a phone call away with any queries. My little one has settled beautifully and that’s thanks to the patience, enthusiasm and passion of the staff who work there. Diolch!

My son started at Home from Home when he was just seven months old, and as a first-time parent I was petrified to leave him in the care of others. We attended three stay-and-play sessions, but after the first session, I knew this was the place! He absolutely loved it there!
Staff were friendly, understanding and so nurturing to all children – I just knew my son would flourish in their care.
Throughout my son’s nursery journey, lots of referrals were made to support my son’s development and nursery were so supportive of this, sending off relevant documents and evidence to support these referrals.
All staff were so accommodating to my son’s needs, I really couldn’t have gotten through each referral process without them.
Day-to-day communication with the nursery was so consistent and thorough, it was just amazing.
I have never thought I, as a parent, would get so attached to a nursery, I would 100% recommend Home From Home to any parent.

We absolutely love Home from Home. Both of us as parents and our daughter. She attends one day a week but absolutely loves the staff and gets excited when they greet us at the door. The communication, the care, kindness and love from the staff are second to none. Not to mention the amazing app that gives me such a lovely picture of her day/how it’s going. I can’t thank you enough!

Excellent nursery both my son and daughter have attended. The staff are lovely and go above and beyond. All meals are freshly cooked and prepared in a good variety. Lovely activities go on daily walks and have outdoor garden areas and soft play facilities. Would highly recommend it.
