September 17, 2024 at 2:42 amThe manager is really efficient and all the girls can’t do enough for the kids. We sense so much at ease with our little one here. Nothing is ever too much. Highly recommended Willow Daycare. Willow Daycare has been outstanding for our family.

September 20, 2024 at 2:05 amMy little one took a while to settle in and they were so incredibly patient and compassionate with her, she now wakes excited to go to daycare in the mornings. I cannot suggest them highly enough and am so pleased we found them! Willow daycare are just fantastic!

October 11, 2024 at 3:41 pmBoth my kids went to this creative crèche. I can’t praise enough. My eldest daughter is now in full-time school and she still asks to go back to see the team there.
And yes I suggest them 1000 per cent Willow Daycare is absolutely exceptional, the team are more than supportive and welcoming.

November 4, 2024 at 2:11 pmHe loves going and we’ve never had the dreaded tears when dropping him off. It’s more so tears when he has to leave. The team are so welcoming and will consistently go over and beyond what they can to help. My son’s speech has come along so much and they have to work with speech and language to help develop this further.
The price and opening times were the main reason we choose Willow Daycare initially but now I couldn’t think of my son going anywhere else. My son has been attending Willow Daycare since August 2021.

They offer a wide range of foods.
Updates are available throughout the day in the app, which I adore!
They do lots of activities with the kids such as messy playtime and outdoor playing My little boy loves attending childcare centre.

My baby was well-fed, had plenty of playtimes, and received individualized attention. It gave me peace of mind knowing my baby was in great hands. Thank you for providing such a excellent daycare journey! I highly suggest Willow Daycare.

January 1, 2025 at 1:12 pmI am really cheerful that I chose this childcare centre for them it’s like a second home for them. The team are incredible, they keep us updated regarding everything. Very accommodating. Excellent safety measures. Both my kids adore to go there.
They learned a lot which I couldn’t have taught them.
Really appreciate the manager who put lots of effort to provide safety and quality care so we can go to work with peace of mind. We had a excellent journey with Willow Daycare, both my kids go there.

The care and attention they get is beyond and above what I expected. My two boys absolutely adore being at childcare centre.

He has progressed so much since starting and the toys and activities are so engaging. I can’t suggest Willow Daycare enough.

Before she started with Willow she was a very shy and content little girl, she hadn’t quite found the self‑assurance to talk as of yet but as soon as she joined Willow I definitely saw a difference. Within weeks she had gained the self‑assurance to talk. This was huge. The team are all so polite and compassionate. When my daughter first started coming here two years ago she was very nervous and scared. She had never mixed or even been to a childcare centre before this as lockdown had stopped that. So this was the first time engaging with other kids and adults she did not know. Handing her over for the first few weeks were difficult and upsetting for us both however, the team were absolutely incredible and kept me in the loop and updated me at all times. The manager is such a lovely person and is consistently very understanding and supportive. Willow Day Care is an outstanding childcare centre/creche for little ones.

April 3, 2025 at 4:19 amI can’t stress enough how fantastic they really are. They are consistently doing their best to provide incredible care for the kids who attend the crèche. Nothing is too much, if I need last-minute childcare for my kids, they are so flexible and supportive. They are like a second family to my kids, they have really blossomed since attending Willow Daycare. Their speech and self‑assurance have come on leaps and bounds. My kids absolutely adore it there. It is definitely the best childcare facility in Carmarthen in my opinion, thank you Willow Daycare! Willow Daycare is absolutely incredible!

April 5, 2025 at 4:12 pmThe team are so welcoming and welcoming. Interpersonal skills are top-notch! Also, the app that is updated throughout the day is absolutely incredible. Once my little girl is settled I get an update, and at the end of the day, I get a full brief of what she has done and some pictures too. The time scale for washing hands, meal times and nappy changes is exceptional. Such a supportive tool to see how much little one has eaten throughout the day. Absolutely would suggest it to everyone and anyone, the manager and her team are second to none. Such a remarkable setting for kids.

May 13, 2025 at 5:14 amIt’s well run by an approachable manager who I can contact at any time, and I know my kid is cared for! My little boy loves it there and consistently comes out cheerful! The outdoor area is remarkable. And they deliver the curiosity approach to discovering fantastically. They also have different themes every day! He’s consistently celebrating something new! They also give me regular updates and photos via the app. This really helps to see your kid having a great time whilst you’re in work! But it helps me sense included in his day! They are value for money and flexible for my shifts opening early and closing at 6.30 pm. I have recently had to move my eldest kid to another childcare centre because she was too old, and she misses Willows Daycare so much! I couldn’t suggest them enough! Thank you! Fantastic welcoming childcare centre!

The dedication enthusiasm and adore of the team is unmatched. We are so cheerful we found this childcare centre and will be forever grateful for the incredible care and start they have given our daughter. She has truly loved it here. Like all first-time parents, we were nervous about placing our kid into the care of others, especially as it was difficult to get a sense of places during COVID.

From day two she has walked in without looking back and comes home absolutely buzzing with ‘stories’ about her day! The professionalism shown by this business has exceeded my expectation.
I am grateful that I was forced to stumble across this diamond of a daycare. I was forced to change the childcare centre due to the closure of the previous childcare centre but I’m so glad it happened!

June 25, 2025 at 7:01 pmMy kid has only been there a few months and is absolutely thriving. My kid’s speech and education have improved enormously. My kid comes out of the childcare centre cheerful, laughing and chatting about his day. He often wants to go “back” to childcare centre after we have left! The team are warm and welcoming. The manager consistently accommodates a change in our kid’s circumstances and supports our childcare needs. My kid eats well and never comes home hungry (which was an issue with the old childcare centre). The setting is spotless, welcoming and varied. I adore the idea that toys are created from everyday household items. The outdoor space is incredible and with such an outgoing toddler, this is such a excellent space for him to explore and learn. The childcare centre app is remarkable and has everything on it I need to know. The updates are on point every day and consistently link to their discovering from the day. I have recently moved my kid into this childcare centre as we were unhappy with the previous one.

My kids are consistently cheerful to go to the childcare centre and come out smiling when I pick them up. My kids know the names of their childcare centre educators and talk about the adventures they’ve done during the day. The team know my kids and offer activities suited to them. One loves dancing so he can do that and another one loves pretend playtime and she can do that. And the opening times are remarkable! Fantastic childcare centre that truly understands the challenges of a working parent.
