Acorns Whitchurch

I researched and toured a few of them and found Acorns Whitchurch to be the best one for us. I wasn’t wrong because now we have been going there for almost a year and we absolutely adore it. The team are well trained and very nice people. We found our son has additional updates needs and the management and team have been a massive help to us and our boy. They even purchase special toys and make flashcards to help my son communicate better and delight in his days in childcare centre a bit more. The childcare centre is consistently spotless and the food selection is excellent. They have a high hygiene rating which gives me a lot of self‑assurance in them. They truly care about the kids and look out for their best interests. I will be sad to leave them when my son goes to school. I’m a first-time parent and I was nervous about sending my son to childcare centre.

They keep us informed every day via the app and are consistently keen to inform me or my husband about her day when we pick her up. They also cared for my oldest daughter and she loved attending too until she started school. We are very lucky to have such compassionate and attentive key workers looking after our daughter and suggest the childcare centre highly. Thank you Acorns for all you have done for our family and continue to do for our family. Our daughter is thriving and so cheerful to be dropped off in the morning. It makes such a difference to us as a family, we couldn’t imagine her attending anywhere else and we are incredibly grateful to you. Acorns provide an outstanding level of care for our daughter.

She has come on so much in terms of language, self‑assurance and socially with other kids. The team at childcare centre are incredible and every member of team knows our kid and where she is, whoever answers the door.
The manager is consistently available for advice and is extremely approachable when queries are made. 10/10 childcare centre and would highly suggest it to anyone. Our kid has been at Acorns for nearly two years full-time.

The team are consistently so welcoming and attentive with both my daughter and myself. The past year has been so difficult with the pandemic, however, the childcare centre has handled it exceptionally well! My daughter is consistently so cheerful going into childcare centre and sometimes doesn’t want to come home. My daughter has been attending Acorns Whitchurch for the past 18 months and I can highly suggest this childcare centre.

He has lots of friends to playtime with. He eats their meals very well. They have renewed the garden recently. It is fantastic with the lawn corner and discovering corner with rooftops. My son enjoys riding a tricycle there. He adores childcare centre nurses and talks about them a lot. I get daily reports via the app. Lots of photos and details on his day. I really delight in checking it. My son absolutely loves coming to the childcare centre.

It has been a joy to drop him off in the mornings knowing that he is cheerful and content and then picking him up late afternoon, seeing his cheerful face, his artwork/creations that he presents me with and to hear a story or two about his day. The greetings I received from childcare centre team, chef included, were consistently so warm and welcoming and I consistently got a thorough handover on pick up. Nothing seemed like too much hassle for the team, especially time to talk if needs be. It has meant a lot to my partner and I to see our son look cheerful and develop into a well-balanced little 3-year-old, ready for school childcare centre, in this attentive setting. Acorns has given our son a excellent start in his life journey and we shall miss bringing him here now that he is off to school childcare centre. Thank you Acorns, for your advice, assistance, attentive nature, sense of enjoyable and excellent food from the kitchen. I would highly suggest Acorns Nursery. My son has really enjoyed his two years at Acorns Nursery in Whitchurch.

I was a very anxious and tearful mother when I first sent my 9-month-old baby to Acorns. They let me stay for 1 settlement session which helped me witness the spotless childcare centre and the outstanding care they give the kids. My baby comes home cheerful and also is cheerful to be with them when I drop her in the morning. Some outstanding points worth mentioning – spotless and spotless childcare centre, the girls are loving and very tidy. The provision to collect my baby from inside the childcare centre is just incredible and satisfying. The incredible work of the kitchen team is worth mentioning too.
