The team are so compassionate and attentive and helped him settle really quickly. Standards are top-notch and the building is absolutely beautiful. Have already recommended to friends. A home from home for my son!

The building and facilities are absolutely beautiful, and the team are remarkable and very welcoming even at the busy drop-off/pick-up time. My daughter seems really fond of her teacher. They seem to have a lot of enjoyable and do some varied art and other activities. We are really cheerful with everything. Thanks to the manager and the whole team! We moved from London where my daughter was very settled at her childcare centre and I was worried how she would adapt to the change but I have been delighted how quickly she has settled at Acorns Llandaff.

Our daughter has attended Acorns Llandaff since they first opened their (beautifully grand) doors in September 2021 and considers Acorns to be a second home. Our daughter loves to talk to us about her friends at Acorns, her key workers at Acorns, and all the different activities she does on a daily basis. Thank you Acorns! We don’t know what we would do without you all. Acorns Llandaff is an exceptional childcare centre run by a highly skilled manager with attentive, compassionate, and attentive childcare centre workers, cleaners, and chefs.

Lovely team, welcoming, consistently with different activities! Amazing childcare centre. I had the first journey with Acorns back in 2018 with my oldest daughter, now I have my youngest in Acorns since January and I must say: outstanding.

The team are phenomenal and our kid loves attending. The updates throughout the day, the arts and crafts and activities they do are all excellent and have helped with the development of our kid. We are so pleased with Acorns Llandaff and couldn’t suggest it highly enough.

The team have been so welcoming, so expert and consistently very cheerful. We sense very secure leaving our daughter here and she consistently comes home cheerful and excited. We are so grateful for this fantastic, comfortable setting that the childcare centre has created for her and as first-time parents, it’s been a remarkable journey. My daughter has been at Acorns Llandaff since September 2021 and my husband and I are very impressed with this childcare centre.

The managers and key workers are so nurturing, after a few weeks, they felt like part of the family. My son started at Acorns in the midst of Covid. Staff were supportive, expert and went out of their way to settle him. There was never a shortage of cuddles and adore, it’s a home-from-home. The food is incredible and reads like a restaurant menu. As a result, my son has a healthy appetite and loves trying new foods. My son quickly started to recognise letters and numbers and his speech improved in a few short months. Christmas, Grandparent’s Day, Mother’s Day, celebrations are a delight and the team go out of their way to bring childcare centre and family life together. And if you are fortunate enough for your little one to be cared for by two team members in particular you have struck gold. My son has had the best start in life thanks to Acorns Llandaff, I will be forever grateful for their kindness, enjoyable and care. This really is more than a childcare centre.

They all go above and beyond to help him and he’s gone from crying at drop-off to running through the door, excited to spend his day at childcare centre. He has now been attending for four months and I have noticed his development come on leaps and bounds. Always updated with photos of what he’s been doing throughout the day which is consistently lovely to see. I can’t be more grateful for how the fantastic team at Acorns Llandaff helped my little boy settle into childcare centre.

The managers are efficient, well‑informed, and expert at all times. They are also nurturing and clearly have a excellent passion for the work they do. I would especially like to recognise my kid’s key worker who has been patient, attentive, and adaptable to help make my kid sense comfortable in the childcare centre setting. The team are so accommodating and adapted to accommodate and care for my kid in the best way possible.

Both of my daughters have/are attending Acorns and they have only gotten better over the years. The care and adore shown to the kids by the team is incredible, there’s no concern as a parent when dropping off as you know they’ll most likely have a better day there than they would have at home! The activities are really well thought out, the kids get a lot of outside playtime and the food is exceptional. 10/10, the best childcare centre in Cardiff. When I was younger, I attended an Acorns childcare centre and so have consistently held them to a high standard based on memory.
