Always a cordial and warm welcome, great varied meals/snacks and it is always exceptionally spotless. Special thanks especially for the manager who is always trying her best if we ask for short notice flexibility and for being incredibly switched on, you can clearly see she knows her stuff and goes above and beyond for everything and everyone. We have great appreciation and thanks to give all team for his early years at this early‑years hub and as parents for making this one of the easiest and best experiences we could have asked for. Our boy has been going to this childcare centre for over 2 years now and we have been so so delighted with everything. I knew on meeting her and on the whole initial visit that this is the place for our boy and that he would be more than delighted and protected here, he has excelled with flourishing in his early years of playtime, education and confidence. He treasures going and trusts all the crew as do we.

I really appreciate that I am given all the information about what he has been doing and if he has eaten, how his sleep was that day, this is all really important for me as a mum. Management is fantastic as well, truly flexible with my husbands shift patterns. Highly suggest. I was really concerned about my high need baby being separated from me and start at the nursery setting. I like the idea of teaching kids a sign language too. They all give my boy attention and warm hugs when needed so that he can feel confident and comfortable while being away from mummy. The female team there are so nice, welcoming and truly patient. After much positive feedback, I chose Banana Moon and have never regretted it.

If any parent within the area is looking for a creche, I cannot endorse Banana Moon strongly enough. He goes to school in September and I know he will miss it dearly. Outstanding in all facets. My boy has been attending Banana Moon for the past 3 years, and he has come on leaps and bounds, I think this is in part down to the childcare centre and it’s team. Everyone there is accommodating and kind, and my boy absolutely adores the place and the people.

He settled really quickly and is delighted and content when there. The education my young lad is receiving is age appropriate but also makes absorbing fun. I am extremely delighted and impressed with the early‑years hub and the attention they provide for my boy. The atmosphere is kind, welcoming and always pleased.

I had had concerns that his nappies were not being changed frequently enough and I do appreciate that with many little ones it can be difficult to keep track of. In fact, I think the team suggested that he may have an allergy in the first place, which prompted me to take him to the GP to be assessed. They always greet my little one by name and seem to enjoy him spending time at the nursery setting. The crew are always enthusiastic, informative and welcoming. We’ve not had any problems since I raised this as a concern so I’m glad to see that this has better. Although, I appreciate this isn’t always needed. The recent parents evening was truly informative too. The team have been excellent when dealing with my son’s allergies and have been more informative and useful than many others. I would appreciate a little more feedback on things we should potentially consider doing with our little one at home, for instance, if we need to do more reading with him.

The correspondence has been superb with the pandemic and all the changes this year. They have been so accommodating from when we first started and throughout lockdown. I am so relieved in the decision I made and just want to give the team the credit they deserve for all their hard work and dedication. Being a first-time single parent, I was anxious about choosing the right nursery setting for my young lady, as I expect most parents are. The personnel at this nursery setting are wonderful! Thank you.

They have exceeded our expectations. We are loving this nursery setting and are so appreciative to everyone there for making what could have been a exceptionally difficult and stressful time a straightforward, professional and enjoyable time for us and our little one. The team are kind and welcoming and nothing is ever too much to ask or an inconvenience. We recently had to change our daughter’s nursery setting, which was extremely daunting and stressful, however the management and crew at Banana Moon have endeavoured to make this a simple and calm process to which they have achieved. Responses are quick and efficient and the early‑years hub app lets you keep up to date and makes you feel part of your little one’s day.
