York House Day Nursery Salisbury

She is a lockdown baby, not interacting with other kids her age from five months onwards and we were concerned that she would truly struggle with the transition to childcare centre. We shouldn’t have worried; she loves it there and we’ve never truly had tears at handover (something I was worried about). Most mornings she waves me great bye and walks happily off into breakfast club. There are remarkable deals that they run periodically: loyalty card stamps if you book extra sessions etc. which are truly appreciated, especially when you have a kid who attends full time. All members of team seem to know all the kids, one of the excellent aspects of having a small childcare centre I suppose. We would highly suggest it. My little girl has been attending York House for the last five months and we can’t fault any aspect of the childcare centre.

She was a little tricky to settle with drop-offs initially, but the childcare centre phoned us every day to let us know she was doing well and sent photos of her happily playing, to reassure us. They are consistently welcoming and cheerful to talk about how our daughter is getting on. She has learnt so much and loves the freshly cooked food that she has there. Would suggest to anyone looking for a childcare centre and so glad we found somewhere that makes us sense like she is in great hands. Also, they have been remarkable with COVID, all the relevant measures have been put in place and we are constantly updated with plans and changes to adapt to these current challenging times. Our daughter attends York House Day Childcare centre and they are incredible.

They built his self‑assurance, engaged with him amazingly which meant he thrived during his time there. He didn’t want to leave! All the team are so attentive, thoughtful and truly do care and know the kids so well. It is run superbly and smoothly by the manager, who also is highly hands-on and engaged with all the kids. I couldn’t have been happier with the childcare centre and would highly suggest it. Thanks so much to you all. My son was a bit nervy at first to start childcare centre and this was quickly changed by all the team.

The team are all fantastic – consistently welcoming and enthusiastic – with a excellent outdoor space where kids can playtime and explore in the garden. Highly recommended! What a excellent place to learn – my son has never not wanted to go to school.

The team is incredibly supportive, supportive and positive, taking the time and the effort to connect with the kid. It results in a nurturing setting for the kids who are consistently discovering and evolving together. Overall, it has proven to be the best choice we could have made for our son. My son has such fantastic experiences at this childcare centre.

All of the team are welcoming and welcoming. My son settled in truly quickly and we honestly couldn’t be happier. He stopped attending during the lockdown and he truly missed it. He is truly fond of certain team members and talks about them all in such a lovely way when he’s at home. He never ever doesn’t want to go to childcare centre and there are never tears.
The team provide a range of activities and encourage free playtime too. There is a lovely garden out the back of the building with a more “forest school” type area too.
The building looks like an old fashioned house from outside (which I adore) but it is modernised inside with a focus on health and safety and stimulation.
There is an on-site chef and he is truly welcoming too and the kids adore him.
Everything is included, breakfast, lunch and high-tea, nappies, water, sun cream etc so you can just drop and go which makes mornings easy.
We adore it here! My son absolutely loves his days at York House, Busy Bees.

He was exceptionally cheerful there and truly benefited from the renovations the building has undergone since he started – especially those to the garden! Team have been outstanding throughout, and have prepared him exceptionally well for school, he is a cheerful, confident kid and this is in no small part due to the care he has received at York House. I just hope that he enjoys school as much as his time at childcare centre! My son has recently started school but attended York House for over 2-years.

As a first-time mum, I was nervous to leave our little boy with anyone else. Especially since he had only had me and his father care for him since birth due to Covid.
All team are amazingly welcoming, compassionate, welcoming. attentive and efficient. Our little boy settled in reasonably fast considering these crazy pandemic times. Highly grateful for all their assistance. Fantastic childcare centre.

Approachable and welcoming team in a lovely setting, especially the outside area. All of my kids have grown in self‑assurance over their time here, we will miss York House so much now that my youngest has started school. Over the last seven years, all three of my childen have attended York House.

During that time, it has been through a variety of team and management, but the current ones are outstanding and are cheerful to work with parents and healthcare professionals to achieve the best for the kids.
My sons’ loved going to York House and truly developed while there especially in self‑assurance.
The facilities are excellent; recently refurbished and despite being in the centre of the city, there is a large garden away from traffic. My ravenous boys particularly appreciated the on-site freshly cooked food for 3-meals a day.
Overall, York House is a fantastic childcare centre with a home-from-home style setting. I have had two sons attend York House from 2017-2021.
