October 29, 2024 at 9:42 pmWe are so lucky to have had their assistance with our daughter over the last 18 months. The team give so much energy and care; they all know and understand our daughter’s needs and share the best stories with us of her days with them. She has developed so much and become a feisty, funny little girl, and we credit the team at Boscombe Down with their assistance in her development. She simply loves attending and walks on in without looking back! We wish we could take them all with us when we move! I cannot speak more highly of the team at Spring Boscombe Down.

November 26, 2024 at 8:20 amHis language has come on so well, he’s a cheerful little soul and the childcare centre is part of this! The team have been so flexible and supportive when I’ve had ad-hoc days for interviews and have been so understanding when our circumstances have changed; I couldn’t fault them.
I sense that the team are truly genuine and welcoming too, truly welcoming to the kids!
I adore the app that they communicate through, with photos and highly informed development reports. It’s useful for knowing if your kid has napped/pooped, etc. They are also truly easy to contact through email.
I would absolutely suggest this childcare centre to parents, and I wish all the team much adore and luck for the future. My son has been in two nurseries and considering that when we moved here it was under Covid 19 rules and regulations, we were unable to go inside with him, he settled so well and has genuinely enjoyed coming!

November 27, 2024 at 5:10 amAlthough she cries when I drop her off I know she is in excellent hands and that by the time I get to my car she will have stopped crying and will be having enjoyable with her friends.
She talks about childcare centre when she doesn’t go and is consistently asking if she has childcare centre that day.
I would suggest this childcare centre to anyone. My little girl has been attending here since September 2019.

January 16, 2025 at 10:00 amShe loved it there and learnt and developed so much. My son is almost two and has been highly cheerful since he started last year. The team are highly attentive, supportive and have lots of enjoyable with the kids. My kids consistently talk about the team and the enjoyable activities they have done. Team are consistently available to answer any questions and give frequent updates through Famly on how the kids are doing. It is also a highly secure and secure setting and has excellent facilities indoors and outside. They have different rooms for different age groups, but it was nice that the kids were together for breakfast and tea. Knowing my kids are cheerful, secure and well cared for takes the stress out of having to leave them for work. My daughter has just started school after 18 months at Springs.

March 11, 2025 at 3:35 pmShe has come on leaps and bounds since she has been there, and the time they take and the wide variety of playtime and discovering they spend with the kids shine through. She particularly loves the outdoor playtime area, which has an array of lovely things to get creative with. Highly suggest this lovely childcare centre. The team at Spring provide me with peace of mind whilst my granddaughter is in their care.

The team are consistently highly supportive and give regular updates via the app and private message function. They also let us know how he has been at the end of each day. My son often talks about the other kids at childcare centre as well as his key worker, who he is exceptionally fond of. My son has been attending this childcare centre for the last year and is exceptionally cheerful there.

All the team at the setting are welcoming, approachable, compassionate and expert. The childcare centre is a inviting and cheerful setting. Updates is regular and easy to view/respond to via the Famly app. I highly suggest this lovely childcare centre. My two-year-old son joined Spring Boscombe Down for two mornings a week in September.

When it was time for her to start school, she was more than ready, with lots of self‑assurance. The team here have truly helped my daughter be the fantastic, bubbly confident little girl she is. We certainly miss them all. My daughter attended this childcare centre from age one up until she started school.

April 10, 2025 at 10:49 amThe team are all so lovely and give so much to every kid. They engage so well and it’s lovely receiving updates about what they all get up to. Would definitely suggest to everyone as a welcoming and attentive childcare centre. I felt so comfortable leaving my son with them with a nervous return to work but he’s so settled and he loves going every day. My son has attended here since he was eight months old and he has come on so much (now 15 months).

My son has attended this childcare centre since he was 18-months-old, he is going to school in September and is so ready and prepared thanks to the fantastic, attentive and expert team.
He started off crying when I first left him and was highly difficult to settle but the team did everything they could to make him and myself at ease and he soon settled.

Since the start of the pandemic, they have worked exceptionally hard and have been working closely with parents to ensure the best for the kids. I just want to say a huge thank you, and my little girl loves coming to the childcare centre on a daily basis. I would highly suggest this childcare centre to anybody – they are just lovely! My little girl has been going to the childcare centre for 2-years now, and I have to say, this place is incredible.

May 5, 2025 at 10:02 amMy son has been there since two plus and leaving for primary this year. I never collected him one day and felt he wasn’t cared for. I adore the outdoors explore and playtime setting of the school. Also, the new included hot meals have been a excellent help, as I no longer have to worry about packing lunches and my little one not eating them. Truly grateful to the team. Spring Boscombe Down is a excellent preschool.

I was so anxious about her starting childcare centre and leaving her for the first time but she has settled with such ease and I can tell from the photos she highly much enjoys her day at childcare centre. The team keep you well informed also and are consistently highly supportive if needed. Will definitely be booking a place for my second kid when the time comes! Exceptional childcare centre and exceptional team.

May 10, 2025 at 12:20 amMy kids consistently enjoyed being there and the team was consistently incredible at communicating with us. Not only do the team get to know your kid but they take the time to get to know you a bit as well which goes a long way in building that trust with the people who are ultimately looking after your kids while you’re not. One of my kids has severe skin allergies and I was pleased to see how seriously they took them and were able to manage them with no problems. Thanks to the lovely team of this school both my kids were at a excellent starting point for going into reception. They take the time to work with every kid and make then sense confident about that big move up. I’m grateful for everything this school did for my kids and would highly suggest them to anyone. Both my kids attended this school for over three years’ time and I can’t say a single negative thing about this school and the team.
