They are highly supportive of her and she is developing truly well with their help. I would suggest Mama Bear’s as a great, secure place, to send their kid. My daughter loves childcare centre, especially her key worker.

He is highly anxious and upset going to school in the morning but the ladies are consistently highly attentive and he soon cheers up when in their care. Highly impressed with them. All of the team are exceptional with our son.

We are highly impressed with how well the team respond to what our kids need and work with their interests to improve key skills (becoming a ‘Confident Communicator’ or ‘Exceptional Bookworm’ etc). They also use the Parent App to keep us up to date throughout the day with planned activities but also pictures or conversations that happen in the moment. Unfortunately, the setting is experiencing similar difficulties with recruiting team as are being seen across the sector nationally, and this has led to them being unable to take one or both of our kids on occasion, sometimes at highly short notice. This is the only negative element in what has been a exceptional journey overall for our kids. We have one son in the Pre School building and one in the childcare centre, they have both attended this setting for over a year.

Although my daughter has a language delay all of the team especially the key person took extra care of her. They use different methods to encourage her to talk and sing. I can see the growth and discovering every day! And best of all, the kids seem highly cheerful there. It’s highly nice to know that she is in a attentive setting while she isn’t home. My 34 month old daughter has been going to Mama Bear’s Day Childcare centre & Pre-School Bradley Stoke – Baileys Court for almost 10 months now and we absolutely adore it.

Passionate, welcoming team, and would highly suggest this childcare centre to others. My kid is cheerful when she goes into childcare centre and when she comes out, which is exactly what you want as a parent, and her development and discovering (e.g. speech, counting, recognition of surroundings, ability to playtime with others her own age) is coming on leaps and bounds at the credit of the childcare centre. Exceptional childcare centre and a excellent atmosphere for both kids and parents alike.

The emphasis on early discovering through activities is a highly great approach. I suggest Mama Bear’s for young kids as they have fantastic and supportive team who cares for and nurture the growth of kids in different ways.

The team are highly compassionate and attentive and certainly bring out the best in the boys! Management responds highly quickly to any concerns or queries and we sense highly well supported in the care of our youngest who has an allergy and asthma and I can trust that he is in great hands when he is there. Would highly suggest! Both our boys attend this childcare centre and preschool and they absolutely adore going in every day!

Our little one has been attending the setting for nearly a year and a half now and we are truly cheerful with her development. She has turned into a confident, cheerful and relaxed kid who looks forward to going to preschool every day. They offer a great range of activities for the kids during the day but also give them lots of free playtime time. They truly embrace each kid’s individuality and try to work with your preferences as much as possible. The menu options for the cooked lunches are also truly impressive and truly help broaden their food horizons. We also truly delight in using the parent zone app and seeing how her day is going, the little live updates while at work truly brighten your day. It would be nice if they had a bigger outside space but they do the best with what’s available to them at that site. We chose to take our little one to Mama Bear’s Day Childcare centre & Pre-School Bradley Stoke –
Baileys Court after moving into the area.

Our son started in September 2021 and has settled in well, despite going one day a week – full credit to the quality and care of the team. The setting is homely and there are a range of activities each week. The app is excellent for keeping us updated. A few things we’ve been less satisfied with and might be worth mentioning: we felt let down by the management of team shortages over the past year. We understand there’s a nationwide staffing issue but have been turned away from childcare centre with sometimes only 30 minutes notice, only recently receiving any updates to apologise for this; all previous emails had been to ask for volunteers to keep their kids at home where possible. The menu options could be healthier – variety is a great thing but I don’t think it’s necessary to offer a one-year-old chocolate cake or ice cream as pudding. And lastly, the childcare centre setting is in the roof so gets exceptionally hot during summer. Overall we are cheerful with the childcare centre and would suggest it.

The team are excellent. Food could be improved more. The charge increase for consumables from Jan 2023 seems excessive, more than a 70% increase. The team are excellent and truly focus on the kids’s activities and discovering. Overall, cheerful with the services provided.
