Busy Bees Portishead

I am truly cheerful with his overall development. He is consistently cheerful to go to daycare at Busy Bees in Portishead. I adore how cheerful he is at the end of the day when I pick him up. Even at times he did not want to go home because he delight in it so much! I definitely suggest my friends and family to find out more about Busy Bees. Their management is highly well organised, communicate well with parents/guardians, outstanding safeguarding as well (I remember the childcare centre called to double-check when my parents-in-law went to collect my son). My son first joint last year when he was 2-years-old.

The girls have been exceptionally attentive and catering for both my son and us as parents.
He enjoys coming into childcare centre and it’s excellent to be able to leave him knowing that he’s being well looked after. My son has attended the childcare centre since he was 6 months old!

The team are consistently inviting and polite and truly seem to care. They have excellent facilities with plenty of outdoor time and classrooms that are well-appointed and kept. I cannot suggest them enough! Busy Bees is a remarkable childcare centre, our son has loved every day there and is consistently cheerful at drop off and pick up.

The girls have been excellent and we’re so so accommodating for us during lockdown and the change of days and hours. I have no bother leaving her and they’ve listened to my needs. Thank you! I would suggest Busy Bees Portishead definitely. My daughter settled before lockdown and has re-settled in this week.

My little girl’s updates has thrived since being here and she has excellent social skills. My daughter truly enjoys her time here and doesn’t want to leave at home time. I would suggest this childcare centre to anyone who wants a home from home setting for their kid. My daughter has been attending Busy Bees in Portishead since she was 5-months-old and I have nothing but positive praise for the team in the Baby Room.

The administration team and Office team are absolutely shocking, constantly not receiving receipts, 2 payments not being receipted onto my account, overpayments by mistake and incorrect invoices. The financial admin team are ruining it for everyone. I have a parents social media group, and it has happened to 4 of us in the last 3 months. Never again. I would not suggest this Childcare centre if you work full time and pay for your childcare.

It’s obvious that the kids’s happiness and well being is put first. The team are incredible. Ever since my daughter started, she has loved it. Even after lockdown, after nearly 70 days away, she rushed in happily, glad to be back and came out smiling, full of news. She’s there for another year before she starts school, and I couldn’t be happier. Busy Bees is an incredible childcare centre and I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest it to anyone.

I have recommended this childcare centre to several friends and family, and they too have had a positive journey with the childcare centre. All of the team are so welcoming and welcoming, my son loves the members of team in his room and consistently has a excellent time. My son enjoys all of the activities that the childcare centre has to offer, along with the excellent outdoor space. There is consistently so much going on every day and he is consistently discovering something new. I truly sense Busy Bees has been a excellent journey for my son’s development. My son will soon be moving up to pre-school and I sense this will give him a remarkable start in preparing him for when he starts primary school. Busy Bees Portishead is a remarkable childcare centre.

She has recently transitioned from the baby to the toddler’s room, and under the current circumstances, they have made it as smooth as possible.
The updates during lockdown was incredible, especially as a key worker who still required childcare. Regular updates about how they were operating, and what capacity they were running at was truly appreciated and helped put our mind at ease during an already stressful period.
I could not suggest this childcare centre enough. Our daughter loves her time at Childcare centre.

I truly had nothing to worry about with Busy Bees. Every need my daughter has, has been accommodated…special chairs/table, special shoes, glasses, eye patches…the team even take time out to train with my daughter physio.
Not only are they incredible with my daughter’s additional needs but they terrific at keeping me updated with how she’s been doing developmentally. They share photos, paintings etc… they are consistently doing new and exciting things.
The team at Busy Bees also care about me. Nothing I have asked has ever been too much trouble, in fact there are times when they go out of their way to help and assistance me. Sending messages in their own time, showing assistance and care.
Most of all though, my daughter is genuinely loved. Her key worker is affectionate and loving towards her and my daughter loves her too. I was nervous about my daughter going to childcare centre as she has cerebral palsy and I just wasn’t sure how her needs would be met.
