Their care regarding the kids, the menus they design for the kids, their impeccable secure-guarding, literally everything they do has been tailor-made to be the perfect childcare centre. The team are incredible with my kid, getting care from specific members of team who know my kid’s specific needs and cues. I couldn’t suggest them more. The managers are fantastic ladies and really know their craft. This is reflected in their choice of team. The ethics the childcare centre runs by are incredible.

The team are welcoming and welcoming, the food looks so appetising and smells incredible and the playtime equipment is incredible. My little one loves going in and is consistently busy doing one thing or another with the team. Nothing is too much trouble for the team and they keep you informed throughout the day on how the little one is getting on. I adore Key Steps Day Childcare centre for so many reasons.

And all I can say is wow! The care he has received is second to none! He has learned so much since he started. The team are very well‑informed, attentive and takes teaching seriously. Team and management are very approachable and have an open ear if any concerns arise. I sense that we count as individuals and we are part of a big family.
My son loves the food as well and I am glad that the setting is providing a well-balanced, nutritious menu.
On multiple occasions, the team and management have gone over and above and have exceeded our expectations.

The team are incredibly compassionate and reassuring and send us updates and photos throughout the day which is incredible. They have all the time in the world for your questions, and you can see that they clearly adore what they do.

Team aside, the food menu seems to be varied and of excellent quality, and the childcare centre itself, having been refurbished from scratch just a few months ago, looks incredible, with incredible facilities too. As a first-time parent, having your kid go off to childcare centre is obviously a big and unnerving step, and we sense so lucky to have discovered Key Steps.

She’s got close to all members of the team, not just one person which really helps her to sense comfortable, you can tell that every member truly cares about the kids and the job they do. They go above and beyond with remarkable equipment, day trips and updates on my daughter’s development and the room leaders are incredibly well‑informed and consistently ready to chat and share updates of the day. The menus are also incredible, really balanced and varied, with excellent care taken on what kids like/need in terms of favourites and allergies etc.
I’m so glad we chose Key Steps. I would suggest to any parent looking for a childcare centre. Key steps is a fantastic childcare centre, since my daughter joined in October she has thrived!

He really enjoys it. The team are so welcoming, it’s like a home away from a home. He enjoys all the activities and the meals.

I was very cheerful when I went to view this childcare centre, especially being a first setting for my son.

Excellent spacious childcare centre, lots of range of activities available as well as different areas within the room that gives the chance for the kid to learn different aspects of discovering. The outdoor area is a big space and lots of equipment outside as well as inside.
The room my kid is in, as well as having a look at other rooms, in itself feels very homely and that gives me comfort that my kid will sense cheerful, comfortable and secure whilst attending his sessions.
The team are all very welcoming and lovely. Even outside of childcare centre when we see the team they don’t hesitate to stop and talk!
Expenses of childcare centre is affordable and for the level of care and discovering offered is at high standard. Excellent variety on the food menu also!
I also adore the fact that you can have an app on your phone to know about your kid’s day too! My son has been attending Key Steps Childcare centre since October.

I’ve seen my little ones self‑assurance grow each week. Consistently excellent activity’s for the kids and all the wooden toys are incredible.

The team are all really welcoming and welcoming. My son loves telling me about his day and has bonded well with the girls and other kids in his room. They are focused on each kid as individuals and allow them to express themselves through their own interests.
Management are incredible and easy to contact and talk to if you need anything.
The food is outstanding, they cater to all allergies and the chef goes out of her way to provide each kid with a healthy balanced diet. As a mother of an allergic kid, it is reassuring to know he is eating secure healthy meals when he is there. Highly suggest! My son recently started at Key Steps and I am so cheerful that I chose them.

The team are so cheerful and supportive, I pick up both kids with a huge smile on their faces. My son has come on leaps and bounds I can not express how much he has improved in both his phonics and writing as well as his self‑assurance, my daughter is also gaining self‑assurance and her words have developed massively!
