June 21, 2021 at 12:00 amMy son has been going to this nursery since he was 6 months old. He seems to really enjoy it. The staff are amazing and very good at communicating. I was really nervous about him starting due to Covid and not being able to join him on his settles but they made me feel at ease. Nothing is too much and they do everything to make sure myself and child are supported and comfortable. The bond my son has with his key worker is incredible. 100% recommend anyone to send their child here

June 28, 2021 at 12:00 amI have an extremely busy, loud, and active 3-year-old boy and I was worried he would be too much for them. But, they haven’t batted an eyelid. They have embraced him and love him. He is so happy and I can relax knowing that my son can be himself and that they are brilliant at their jobs.

June 28, 2021 at 12:00 amMy daughter goes to the nursery once a week and she seems to really enjoy it. The staff are very friendly and communicate well with my partner and I. They always tell us about her day and what activities she has done. If there are any concerns they contact us promptly or discuss when we pick her up. Our daughter was born during the covid pandemic and nursery has helped her develop into a very confident toddler. The App is great too as it puts our anxieties at ease by seeing what she eats when she sleeps, and nappy change etc.

July 12, 2021 at 12:00 amJust amazing, totally professional, caring and diligent. The staff and their programme have wonderfully engaged my 23 month daughter, bringing her on beautifully. After only a few sessions she transformed. Highly recommended.

My son is always super happy to attend and has made friends and adores all the staff. I love watching him grow and develop with staff who give so much care and attention to the children.

My son has so much fun and loves his trips to the care home or Sainsbury’s for a babyccino! We’ve had two children there from 1 until almost 5 and now our youngest is 2 and loving his time at nursery.

March 24, 2023 at 12:00 amA wonderful nursery that has supported us as a family since our daughter joined, aged 1, in September 2020. Despite the extraordinarily difficult circumstances at the time, the staff did everything to offer the best care to our daughter, while also going that extra mile with kindness and support to us as parents. Our daughter is now in preschool and absolutely loves it. It is brilliant to know that she is getting such a wonderful educational experience that promotes her development, without her even realising. She is just having lots of fun and relishing in the social experience offered. The staff are brilliant – so very kind and caring – and the range of activities is excellent. We are very grateful to all at the Cooperative Childcare Cainscross for everything that they do.

March 24, 2023 at 12:00 amOur daughter loves this nursery. She is happy going in, and always happy on pick up. The app is very informative of their day, and the staff always endeavour to give us a good handover from their day! Staff always seem very friendly.

March 25, 2023 at 12:00 amMy son started this nursery in September 2022 and absolutely loves it. He was a bit upset to settle but the team really gave him the support and now he is thriving. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I get updates throughout the day on their app and a detailed chat when I pick him up of what he has been up to during the day, nothing seems to much trouble! He has a good range of meals and nutrition. I highly recommend this nursery

March 28, 2023 at 12:00 amMy child loves attending Co-op Childcare Cainscross nursery. His development has come on so much and he loves everyone at the nursery. We are always kept up to date with what he’s been doing/ eating throughout the day and he’s always getting up to lots of different activities each week. I would highly recommend sending your child to this nursery.

Great app which lets you know how they are eating and sleeping throughout the day as babies. Staff always have time for you and are simply wonderful with the children.

March 28, 2023 at 12:00 amWe love Co-op nursery so much. Our 2-year-old has been going since he was 7 months and he is so happy there. The staff are amazing and supportive. The menu is really varied so he eats well and there are a lot of fun activities – he’s always busy baking, painting and playing. We’ve signed out 6week old baby up for a space too and know he will be happy there.

March 28, 2023 at 12:00 amThis is my second child to attend this nursery. All the staff offer fantastic care. The facilities are good and toys/games are changed regularly so children don’t get bored. Communication is good via the online system and in person.

March 28, 2023 at 12:00 amI can’t fault this nursery at all. The staff are fantastic and put so much love, care and attention into what they do. Sending my children here was the best decision I have made for their education. They are always so happy to go in and come home excited to tell me about their day.
One member of staff, in particular, has been brilliant with both my children who have built lovely bonds with her and she has worked so hard to get them ready to start school.

Both our children have attended there, with our youngest still in attendance, and we can only rave about the kindness, dedication and utmost care every single member of staff has shown us and our children. We can go to work safely in the knowledge that our child is well looked after and that his best interest is always put first.

Every single member of staff we have spoken to has been so friendly and welcoming to us and our son and we always feel he is in safe hands and is well looked after whenever we drop him off. He’s had a great time there and the staff always make the days lots of fun! Would highly recommend it!

The management and staff are super friendly, caring and professional! We have informative feedback at the end of each day about all the fun she has been up to as well as caregiving information such as nappies, meals and sleep. You can tell the staff really do care for the children that attend and nothing has been too much to ask!
I’m very happy that we chose Co-op Childcare.

March 29, 2023 at 12:00 amThe nursery is lovely – a really caring and nurturing environment, where my children have absolutely thrived. My eldest (just turned 4) has been at the nursery since he was 1 and now loves being in the preschool room – the nursery is a real home from home for him. My younger child has just started in the baby room and has settled really quickly and is very content to go to nursery.
All the staff are great and staff turnover seems low so children get to really know the staff and develop lovely relationships.

Tailored care plans and activities for the children, encouraging their favourite activities. The happiness and care of the children really are at the forefront. Excellent meal choices and a variety of activities and toys to play with. Any questions or queries are always answered promptly. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

April 6, 2023 at 12:00 amCo-op Childcare Cainscross is a fantastic nursery! The staff are very welcoming and the nursery manager is so friendly and helpful. We had a few settling-in sessions and attended the first with our daughter. We have noticed our daughter settle really quickly into the 2-3 room and she is always smiling when we pick her up. Her interaction with her key worker and other staff there is lovely to see, they are very caring and kind.
The variety of activities they do are really engaging and keep her learning and growing in confidence with her language in herself generally. The facilities are excellent and she has had no problems transitioning part-time at Co-op whilst still at another nursery. We are looking forward to her going there full-time when more space becomes available, and for her preschool year.
