Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Poole Stadium)

My daughter has been attending Cuddles since January 2016 and since day 1, she’s thrived. She went in a shy little girl and within weeks she had come out of her shell. I’m so glad I chose Cuddles, the staff are friendly and easy to talk to and always ready to help with any issues/enquiries I’ve had. My daughter always comes out of nursery happy and content. She’ll be starting school next year and thanks to Cuddles, I feel 100% confident that she’ll handle such a big change fantastically as they’ve helped her learn everything she needs to know.

When my son first started, he was very shy and didn’t like leaving me. First week he cried every time I left, after that he was excited to go to nursey everyday. My son has improved in every aspect of growing up since being at Cuddles. He always comes home having learned something new for example a new nursey rhyme or song. The staff at ?Cuddles are great and friendly. They always seem to be doing something exciting and new for the children it is a very welcoming and fun nursey.

Great nursery with great staff, my boy loves attending nursery always comes out happy and telling me all the stuff he has done of a day. This is my second child to attend Cuddles at the stadium and both children have enjoyed it from the start.

My son has been attending since he was 2 and I cannot find fault in anything. He loves nursery and is always happy to go each day. He is forever telling me about his day, what he’s learnt, played with and most of all “I had fun today Mummy”. Staff are so kind, caring, attentive, fair and supportive of his needs. They have given me support and encouragement for eg potty training. I was dreading it, even though I had done it before with his sister. They were so helpful with lots of tips and ideas that actually it was a breeze so I thank them for that. Nothing is ever too much trouble, even on their busiest days. Staff are always happy and have a good relationship with each other the children and parents. They are excellent team players and the manager is fantastic. She is friendly approachable and professional at all times and you can tell by her staff that she has instilled these qualities in them. The staff at The Stadium are an absolute credit to Cuddles. I am very happy knowing my child is safe and well looked after.

I occasionally collect my grandson from nursery. Sometimes he is a little upset as it’s out of his usual routine for someone different to collect him. The staff at The Stadium are always so kind and helpful when he gets upset. One day in particular staff were amazing with him and explained to him before I arrived that I was collecting him. I have to say he came out that day his usual happy self just like when my daughter collects him. I was very impressed. Thank you.

My daughter loves it at this nursery and I, as her mother, have 100% trust and faith in all the staff there.
They are all very friendly, welcoming and always listen. They take any concerns and anxieties you may have seriously and do all they can to put you and your child at ease.

My child is extremely well cared for and the staff meet all of my very high standards and expectations.

The large open plan building is great so my daughter has room to run around and play without feeling contained in 1 small room day in and day out. It is perfect!

This nursery has so far had two out of my three children and they have all been a constant, incredible, amazing support. The personal touches and close relationships they have with my kids has been outstanding.
They take my children’s safety seriously and equally, they make us all laugh and feel welcomed. I’ll be sending my third child here for definite and wouldn’t trust anyone else to love and teach them. Amazing work!!!

We like Cuddles Day Nursery because my language is not very well, they teach my daughter and they are really friendly. My daughter is happy going to Cuddles Day Nursery.

Cuddles Day Nursery has shown my son and myself amazing support, especially over the last few months, we had a very sad loss in our family and all the staff have been there for both of us. All staff are very friendly, supportive and bubbly. My son has struggled with a few things and Cuddles has been amazing with teaching him and guiding him.

Both my girls currently attend the after-school club at Cuddles Day Nursery (Poole Stadium!).
I have nothing but good words to say! The staff are absolutely amazing, they always go above and beyond and my two always come out with massive smiles!
My girls love two members of staff in particular and they’ve helped my older daughter go through some friendship troubles and have always given her comfort when she’s come out of school upset!
Always helpful and do their best to accommodate anything we need or extra days etc!
