Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Canford Heath)

We have been with Cuddles Day Nursery since my eldest started back in 2017, my youngest is still there now. We love the staff, they are friendly and genuinely care for the children. They are understanding and become such a big part of yours and your children’s lives. I cannot fault Cuddles – they are clean, they are fun, they are loving and everything you would want from a nursery. I always recommend them to friends and family and would never choose anywhere else for my kids.

Just the best nursery! My son is so happy there, he has settled so quickly and I believe this is due to how warm, friendly and caring every single member of staff is. Every time I go in, I am met with an abundance of smiles and helpful staff – I wouldn’t want my son to go anywhere else!

Cuddles Day Nursery (Canford Heath) is quite literally the only nursery I trust with my children. I currently travel thirty minutes, twice every day for drop off and pick up just because I don’t want my baby to go anywhere else. They are caring, considerate, honest and genuine people who have built wonderful nurturing relationships with all three of my children. They are professional and they make the nursery a magical and wonderful learning and developing environment for the children. I am extremely grateful that my children have had the opportunity to attend Cuddles, they are very lucky.

My daughter started at Cuddles Day Nursery in Natterjacks six months ago having just turned 1 and everyone there has been amazing at making her feel settled. I feel she’s really bonded with her key worker and the other staff in her room. They’re so friendly and always give a good debrief at the end of each session. They do lots of fun activities which we get photos of and so much effort goes into things like decorating for Christmas and making Valentine’s day cards etc. to make it special for the children.
Communication from the nursery is always very good, I’d really recommend the nursery to friends.

My daughter has been at Cuddles Day Nursery since she was 16-months-old and has loved every minute. The setting is so warm and welcoming, the staff are second to none. My daughter has thrived under their care and I would highly recommend them. My son will be attending when I return to work from maternity leave.
Cuddles always keep me informed of my daughter’s progress, they have many theme days and the staff all care about each child’s individual needs. My daughter looks forward to going and seeing her friends and receiving the support she needs from the staff.

My daughter has been at Cuddles Day Nursery since she was 9-months now nearly 3, they have been amazing from then to now even though Covid was hard. She is currently in wide eyes only one day a week and she absolutely loves going, always happy to attend, goes in with a smile on her face and has the best day. The staff are always so welcoming and make sure all children have been well looked after.

Our children have been attending Cuddles Day Nursery for years and we don’t have a bad word to say about it! The facilities are excellent and the staff are wonderful. The nursery is very well organised and any queries are always dealt with immediately.

My son started last summer when he was 2 and he loves coming to Cuddles Day Nursery. He runs in every morning to see the staff and his friends. Then helps himself to breakfast at the table.
The many different outside play areas are great.
You can call your child’s room to check on anything at any time which is especially great when they are new to nursery.
I think childcare is expensive wherever you choose but it’s worth paying for to attend here.
My older child also attends holiday club here occasionally and enjoys the different activities too.

My son attended pre-school 15 hours a week and he enjoyed every second of it.
The staff are incredible and so caring for your child.
He had a lot of adventures out, to the woods, soft play, the carvery and even the DIY store for flowers. They had brilliant performances at Christmas.
I would highly recommend Cuddles Day Nursery, they really do go above and beyond.
And I look forward to my other child attending in January.

My son had his nativity with his class, we’d been sent the list of songs weeks in advance so we could help him learn them. The day of the nativity, my son was very excited. They did a fantastic job, the children were amazing.
The people who look after my son’s room are fantastic. They are kind, loving and caring. They have certainly helped him to prepare for school next year.
